Anyone just starting the tww?

@Donna474 So many symptoms are the same as PMS, it's frustrating. Are you temping or testing for O?

My AF is due on the 22nd but I'll be away for a hen that weekend so planning to test on 12dpo (17th) which is 5 days early but FRER says it's 96% accurate at 5 days early.
I wouldn't be able to wait until after the hen to test!! I'm only 1 dpo right now, fml!! 😂

3 dpo for me. Cycle 6 for first baby. Have been off contraception for 6 months and now seem to be getting pregnancy symptoms just before period which is super irritating when trying not to convince myself I'm pregnant! Can't wait to see everyone's results after tww!

@Baz27 @Charlotte1x from what I've read it's its 8-10 days before implantation before that your body doesn't know if its pregnant or just going through the motions.

It doesn't help that my phone has clocked on to what is going on so doesn't stop showing me baby and pregnancy related adverts!

Really need this right now. I'm obsessing so hard!

Its only kind of cycle 3, cycle 2 proper. First time I've done any tracking and decided to go for the cheaply ovulation test strips from amazon. According to them I ovulated on CD 19/20, we didn't BD on those days last month so it kind of makes sense. Glad I know now although its didn't tie in perfectly with CM but hey ho. Just worried bow that my lutenal phase isn't long enough as I only have an average 30 day cycle. The amazon box came with 10 hgc test so I think I'll start them from dpo 10 or so and then get a proper one at the end of that if still no AF.

I've actually quite enjoyed testing makes me feel more in charge. That is after the days when there was no second line!

@Bas27 only 5 so it’s very unlikely... in fact the twinges are getting that frequent that I don’t know if it’s a sign AF is going to show very early. I usually get mild twinges for quite a few days before AF arrives. Which would mean I ovulated earlier than I thought and potentially missed my chance anyway... really need to try and stop thinking about all this! Lol. We will drive ourselves crazy x

Oh @Bas27 - how do you know you’ve definitely got a bug? It’s so hard not to symptom spot isn’t it :( try and preoccupy yourself with other things if you can. I’m one to talk though, I’ve been googling every tiny symptom I’ve had! I’ve had period like cramps in my lower back and never usually would at this stage of my cycle, immediately started hoping it’s some sort of implantation pain but I really need to try and preoccupy my mind! At this rate I’ll end up imagining pains! Xx

I'm still suffering with almost daily headaches since about 2 weeks after stopping the pill (so this has been for about 5-6 weeks now), really hoping they calm down soon!

5dpo, AF due 17th July and determined not to early test - had a horrible time with an early miscarriage/chemical at 4 weeks last cycle.

Tried SMEP this month too, went really well and used OPKs for the first time.

@Charlotte1x eeek AF due for me on 15th!!
I bought some clearblue about 2 weeks ago when we decided to start ttc, then last week after looking online I bought some FRER, now I realise I will definitely lose my testing willpower after feeling this crazy at 5dpo that today I bought some cheaper (£1 ea, pack of 6) early results ones from Amazon.

This is going to get expensive.

I have to admit I’ve gone crazy on the tests - which is crazy as I don’t know how many days post ovulation or pre AF I am! I’m fairly sure I won’t be getting my BFP this month, which is hard after all my ‘symptom spotting’, I was feeling like I would. I think it’s going to be a tough day when AF does arrive. @2018isanewyear - you’re definitely right not to keep tests in the house! I definitely can’t be trusted around them

@tollie00 I’ve decided I’m gonna test on 16th July I think, unless AF comes first. That’ll be 13/14 DPO so I’m hoping if it’s positive it would be quite clear! If I had the ‘is it a line or not?’ situation I think I’d be an anxious wreck! Will be so hard to resist though. What about you? X

I think I'm 2 DPO but I'm not 100% when I ovulated as I think it was late last month.
I'm going to try not to test until my AF is late as I wasted a few last month!

Just starting my very first 2ww.
I'm 29, cycle 1 and 1dpo.
I know realistically the chances are against me on month one, but I feel like the crazy side of my brain is convinced it'll happen straight away! I need to learn patience with this journey.

@BlueArtemis a glass or two so early shouldn't affect the baby surely? It's not connected to your blood yet just travelling down. Of course don't get blackout drunk but if it's going to stress you out then I wouldn't feel bad nursing a glass or two all night if I were you.
