Who’s trying SMEP this month?

Support thread for those giving smep a go this month! I’m CD6 so going to start soon. All fingers crossed that this works for us all this month.
Debating whether to buy CB OPK or just stick with IC - might do IC until around FW and then see if I can find a few old CB lying around to confirm a positive.
Anyone else giving this a go?

@Angelmiracle I'm the same - I do t have any symptoms at all. Not even sore boobs which were my definite give away my last pregnancy so not holding it hope 🙁 but only 7dpo too so maybe not even impacted yet if it was going to happen? Only a few more days til testing!

Has anyone here linked consistently high BBT as being an early pregnancy symptom? I was going over some old charts from last year (I used BBT tracking as natural contraception) and realised every cycle without fail, my BBT would drop and keep dropping around CD20. If I was pregnant, would it stay high?

Apologies if this is a dumb question...but I'm hoping if there's a way I can keep my hopes up through the TWW! CD20 is only 3 days away, way easier than waiting an entire week 😁

7dpo...still not a symptom in town 😁 so weird! Really makes me feel like not testing before AF if I'm honest!

@dee7409 everything was the same as last month... so I completely thought I would be out!
The only thing that could possibly be related is that my appetite has been up the last few days.
I didn't really start thinking about that as maybe a symptom until this afternoon.
Still have sore boobs and back but had that last month with bfn!

@dee7409 I think you might need to wait a few more days of seeing what your temps do and it should become clearer.

Hi everyone just joined this and no idea what I’m doing but we are trying the smep.
We were trying for over s year and got pregnant in April but miscarried. Should have been 11/40 but baby measured just short of 9.
The nurse tells me to wait 2 cycles but I’m old and it took ages last time!
CD10 and got a + OPK but thinking this might b still from mis any thoughts? X

Thanks for all the congrats guys! Very excited but also nervous as hell!
I got up this morning completely expecting bfn and had a horrible sinking feeling.
Left it 3 mins and went back to have a look. Eyes wide as saucers. I froze and didn't say anything for a minute. DH was starting to wonder if I was ok. It was actually a reasonably strong line as well. Did 2xfrers but no line on the cheapie yet. so don't loose hope. I will stay on this board and keep my eyes peeled for your hopeful bfps 🤞later in the month!!

So according to Natural Cycles I ovulated yesterday...bring on the longest TWW EVER! Anyone else testing in the next few days? Keeping fx for some BFP's to keep hopes high!

What is RPR?

Negative for me at 9DPO although I might actually be 8DPO. Only an internet cheapie.

Will FRER Monday morning (am away tonight and don't want to find out in someone else's bathroom!) but not feeling hopeful :(

@Angelmiracle I think it probably is 🤣 I'm not sure if anything else could be throwing the RPR off, it dropped like this last month before AF though.

I was daft and tested this morning at 8DPO, it was obviously BFN. Temps are continuing to rise but RPR is dropping.
