TTC problems :(

This is my first post.
We’ve been TTC for 8 months. I know that’s not long but I’m 32 with a history of endometriosis and this is our first time trying. So I went to the GP about a month ago as since coming off the pill my periods have been insanely painful again. I also mentioned about TTC and she looked through my notes. She gave me some forms for bloods test for rubella, cycle days 1-4, 21 and a transvaginal scan as the pain is particularly on the left.
So I’ve had all done. I’m not showing up as immune to rubella, cycle day 21 shows I’m not ovulating and scan showed a 23mm endometrial cyst.
I said to the GP could the ovulation test be wrong as I had a particularly long cycle last month. She said it’s chicken and egg, is it negative because it was taken at the wrong time or are my cycle lengths all over the place because I’m not ovulating....
So where do we go from here....
I’ve got to have the rubella vaccine and a chlamydia test (110% that’ll be negative so not worried about that) and GP will ring hubby tomorrow re getting his swimmers tested. Once all that’s done she’ll refer us to the fertility clinic.
As an aside, some years ago, maybe 6 or so for some reason, I really don’t know why as we weren’t TTC and I was under gynae just for painful periods, I had an AMH level checked and it was very low. Add that to the mix and I’m feeling very low and negative.
Anyone had anything similar and had a success??
Thanks for reading. Sorry it’s long! X

@Owlpatrol @DontCareBear
Just wanted to stop by and say hope all is well Thanks (username change)
Got my MMR first vaccine on Friday. Next one booked in for a month so looks like end of August we can start to try again x

@spugy82 yeh that is the most annoying thing isnt it? The people that were lucky enough to get pregnant so easily just cant even comprehend the situation we are all in 😣 it is not their fault ofc and I am sure if tables were turned we would be the same (but maybe not say that 2 months was so long lol!). Docs said everything is normal but I dont believe that, as I am pretty sure I am either not ovulating or I have rubbish eggs. My periods are irregular and can vary from between 32days and 50days - clearly that is a sign that something isnt right? Mt husband and I are gonna keep trying for 6 months while I temp this time so if it doesn't happen then I can give the charts to docs and demand some kind of treatment (if my temps show ov problems that is). Ah hope all goes well for you and you get your bfp soon! X

@Owlpatrol thanks for the reply. Sorry to hear you're going through it too. Sucks doesn't it. Amh is a test for your egg reserve. Thanks for the hug. Right back at ya 💛

@DontCareBear sorry to hear that ☹️ what do the docs say? I was on the pill for the best part of 12 years before finishing it in August. Wonder if that has anything to do with it as well. Gp says once vaccine and tests are done she'll refer us to the fertility clinic. I just hate the thought of more prodding and poking. One of my friends has 3 and had the nerve to say, we didn't get preg straight away, took us two months!!!! 😫

Sorry I can't offer any advice either 😓 my husband and I are also going through the stress of TTC after I went off the pill in Oct 2015 and still no baby. Not even a hint of a positive prg test. We have been actively trying with timing and opks since Dec. I hope we and all others struggling get out BFP one day. I am sure you will have some treatment options right? X
