Congratulations to the bfp's how exciting!!

Here I am waiting for ovulation not even in the tww yet. Bfp/af expected 23rd 🤞🏻

mussie · 04/07/2018 06:55

Congratulations @trippingoverrainbows and @Anyday88!!

Anyday88 · 04/07/2018 06:43

I got my bfp this morning on a FRER! Dh could see it too!
I don't feel like I can trust it 100% yet though after my miscarriage.

Changingagain · 04/07/2018 06:31

Congratulations trippingoverrainbows!

I saw my Gp last night about PCOS which she thinks is very likely. I've got blood tests on Friday and she's referred me for a scan and to a gynecologist. She thinks the scanning department will refuse to do one though, and the gynaecologist wait is likely to be over 6 months. So for now its try and control diet / exercise, and keep TTC.

CatRen27 · 04/07/2018 00:54

@Hidcat!! Congratulations! I missed this, how are you feeling? So happy for you Flowers

NoseringGirl · 03/07/2018 23:33

@trippingoverrainbows congratulations! Brilliant news!

Angelmiracle · 03/07/2018 22:57

@hidcat that's great I think stress has been a big factor affecting me over the last few months been working hard to reduce it!

Angelmiracle · 03/07/2018 22:54

@trippingoverrainbows Congratulations on your BFP!! That's fantastic news love the positivity you and @hidcat are bringing on this bus! I pray for a H&H pregnancy for both of you xx💐🤞

trippingoverrainbows · 03/07/2018 22:20

Thanks @TheMagicTorch @HidCat

Will keep everything crossed for you @TheMagicTorch. @HidCat so sorry to hear about your MC, we can do our best to be as positive as possible Thanks

TheMagicTorch · 03/07/2018 22:11

@trippingoverrainbows congratulations!!!! Brilliant news. ❤ wishing you health and happiness!

HidCat · 03/07/2018 22:01

@trippingoverrainbows yyyyeeeeeeeeyyyyy! Congratulations! So excited! We can pull each other through this. My MC was at 11 weeks so I know exactly how you feel.

@Spottyyellowdress I'm hoping it might be implantation bleed and dip for you. Stay strong, let it out when you need to but try to stay positive.

Good luck to everyone for their next cycles, especially those who've been trying for a while. xx

@dragonmummy17 don’t even get me started...what was I meant to say, yeah your child’s been awful and made no progress at all this year, sorry we’ve only just got round to telling you Hmm? Ridiculous. No wonder I’m bloody stressed!

Good luck to everyone still in!!!

dragonmummy17 · 03/07/2018 21:01

spottyyellowdress parents evening at this time of year... that's rubbish! Fx it was all an implantation thing

trippingoverrainbows · 03/07/2018 21:01

Thanks @dragonmummy17 fingers crossed this one sticks around for longer than the last (got to 10weeks back in March before MMC)

dragonmummy17 · 03/07/2018 20:58

Trippingoverrainbows congratulations!

trippingoverrainbows · 03/07/2018 20:45

@Spottyyellowdress I've started temping this month, so been doing lots of homework. Apparently you can have a temp dip during implantation and then it shoots up again... Don't lose hope yet! 🙂🤞🏻

Spottyyellowdress · 03/07/2018 20:09

@hidcat MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS! Absolutely thrilled for you.

Started spotting today 8dpo v light pink but bit of a temp drop too so think I’m out. Marks the end of our first full year trying so feeling really really emotional plus being super stressed at work and had a big cry in the car earlier. Just before parents evening...brilliant timing!

oakleywhite · 03/07/2018 20:09

Hi all,
I'm just jumping on this bus. It's our first month ttc. I expect to ovulate in 2 days so lots of BD'ing. I'm so excited to start trying after so long waiting to get to this point. I feel like my expectations of how quick it'll happen may be unrealistic! X

Pudding01 · 03/07/2018 19:21

Hi. So I had a smiley face positive smiley around lunch time and it's back to nothing now.. Does this mean I've lost my chance already?? Hubby isn't back until late as he's watching football 😭😭

mussie · 03/07/2018 19:09

Congratulations @HidCat !! So exciting.

I know what you mean @zoClueless - I'm got a family gathering a few days after AF/BFP is due. If it's a BFP, I'd obviously be delighted, but too early to tell the family and they'd notice me not drinking! Thankfully I've been reading Expecting Better and I'm so much more at peace about the alcohol. The author did a literature review and found no evidence of any risk of one or two drinks a week in the first trimester, and a drink a DAY in the second and third trimesters. So I might have a half pint, and that should suitably con them. Of course I'll read the literature myself first as well, but it's certainly promising Smile

zoClueless · 03/07/2018 18:05

@HidCat Congratulations on the BFP!

I've just been catching up the last few days as haven't been online. Sorry for those who are out but I hope everyone's feeling positive for the next month.

I missed my surge with the cheapie OPKs but stopped testing now as I'm pretty sure I would have ovulated as I'm on CD31 now. We were meant to be doing SMEP but as I never got the pos opk it didn't happen but have managed to keep every other day with the occasional extra day off in between (some times it was just too hot to dtd!)

Anyway, think I'm going to do a FRER on Thursday as I'm out that evening and want to know whether I can have one glass of wine - mostly so people don't gossip about being potentially being pregnant, which is ridiculous as ideally I'd get a BFP and then not be able to drink anyway!

Seahawk80 · 03/07/2018 17:39

@trippingoverrainbows know what you mean about the cycles. I had a couple of 60 day cycles while TTC DS- just awful

Thanks @HidCat I'll try that, might manage every 3.

On the plus side just had our offer accepted on the house we fell in love with over a month ago so still a pretty good week!

trippingoverrainbows · 03/07/2018 17:23

@HidCat congratulations 🎉🎉🎉so pleased for you.

I'm on CD28, no AF and had a BFN a few days ago so will test again at the weekend if AF not shown up (long and irregular cycles suck)

HidCat · 03/07/2018 17:21

Thanks @Angelmiracle we dtd every 2-3 days over the 2 weeks around anticipated ovulation. I temped to keep an eye on things and that was it. I was very chilled out this month and managed to not be stressed in work as well as just trying to enjoy life a bit so I think that helped.
