Can't quite believe I've just written that title...after a lot of indecision DH and I have decided to see where fate takes us. So we're not obsessively trying, but I know generally when I ovulate so we'll DTD around that time. Tbh we're still not 100% convinced we'd cope with three, but sometimes you have to take a leap of faith.

I've been thinking about it constantly and our ages mean it's now or never. We adore our 2 DC's and if that's what we're meant to have we'll be very happy, but if fate has other ideas, we're up for the challenge!

About to start AF and then off we go Smile

I’m not feeling 100 percent again. Last night I felt nauseous but thought it was something I ate or from drinking w friends during the day. I was fine earlier today and then now again not feeling great. Although, I would be happy to be pregnant. I’m praying it’s not morning sickness. I’ve never had it before and don’t think I could cope really :(

It would be too early for morning sickness right?

UntilTheVeryEnd · 20/08/2018 16:41

Thank you all so much for your congratulations and well wishes! I’m just plucking up the courage to go get a clear blue digital - don’t think I quite believe it till I see the words.

@Mamabear12 hmmmmm so far it’s been ok, I’ve been a bit nauseous and the last 2 days I’ve been so overwhelmingly tired but otherwise fine. Maybe a bit extra bloat hahaha
In both my previous pregnancies I struggled with sickness so expecting that to hit anyday. I also had really bad SPD from around week 14 - maybe third time lucky and I’ll sail through no problems.
My DH says I’ve been hormonal Hmm but I think he’s just being picky
Here’s hoping you get your BFP this month then we can be baby buddies as well as TTC buddies

@Anyday88 awww congratulations on the scan... hope you can get a photo uploaded... love seeing little baby beans. It’s good they are scanning you tho, a reassurance! Defo considering an early scan this time round - I had an early scan with DD as I had a bleed at 8 weeks. I had an early scan with my DS because I fell down the stairs at 7 weeks and had bleeding. It will be weird not seeing bean early so maybe will have to fork out this time Grin

mondaycando1 · 20/08/2018 15:24

After a day at an attraction with my 2 surrounded by so many other children , beginning to seriously doubt our dc3 plan - summer holidays are going to be a lot more trying Grin. I've run out of opks and feel I need to do another couple of days this cycle. We'll be away when I think I'll be 10/11 dpo and debating smuggling some pg tests in luggage!

Anyday88 · 20/08/2018 08:44

Amazing news @UntilTheVeryEnd so exciting!!!

We had our early scan a couple of weeks ago because of the miscarriage in April 😍

I don't seem to be able to attach the photo though ☹️

Mamabear12 · 20/08/2018 08:08

And yes a nice line 😀 are you noticing any symptoms? I am hoping if I am pregnant this month that it will be like my first pregnany where I had no symptoms other then fuller breasts and no period lol. How were your first two pregnancies?

Wingingit3211 · 20/08/2018 07:13

Fab line! congrats!

LittleTipple · 19/08/2018 12:44

@UntilTheVeryEnd definitely a big blazing positive. So exciting. Sending happy vibes for a sticky bean!

For your stick viewing pleasure... this mornings offering. I think it’s safe to say I’m pregnant 😬

Thank you ladies for all your congratulations- it has been amazing to share our little happiness when I’m bursting to tell in RL.

@Yuzuko oh no, nothing worse when you need to DTD... are you able to either be really quiet at night or find a space for a quickie? Sometimes needs must!

Anyone else trying for DC3?!
Yuzuko · 19/08/2018 03:10

@UntilTheVeryEnd eeeeeeeeee! So excited for you! Big congratulations - and yes I agree, please indulge us with stick pics. Fingers crossed for a sticky one.

My cycles are also short, and I think I ovulate quite early in my cycle. This cycle I'm only on day 6 and I've already got ewcm. Surely you can't O tooooo early??? Last month according to my chart it was CD 11.

I'll be bd as much as possible anyhow!

Unfortunately we've got a house full of family visitors - and my dd has had to give up her bed for guests and is in our room. Nothing like it for killing any libido...😖. Will have house back in a few days - I guess we will have to get in some sneaky time somehow before then just in case I AM about to OV.

LittleTipple · 18/08/2018 22:07

Woohoo! Congratulations @UntilTheVeryEnd! So excited for you. Looking forward to seeing the line getting darker. Please indulge us with stick pics! Fingers crossed for a healthy pregnancy. Oh, and definitely think the car being ready early was a sign. x

Congratulations!! I wouldn’t have self control either lol.

UntilTheVeryEnd · 18/08/2018 19:47

I have no self control! Grin

UntilTheVeryEnd · 18/08/2018 19:21

Ironically as well we got a call from our car dealership that our 7 seater will be ready a lot sooner than anticipated- it had a really long wait cause of building issues. Think it’s a sign Grin

UntilTheVeryEnd · 18/08/2018 19:20

It was defo pink in real life and much clearer than the photo so really hoping this is it! I’m honestly in shock - my other DC were tricky to conceive - I have a very tilted uterus and had endo removed in the past so expected another long haul. I’m almost 28 but believe this is fate, as this baby was long debated prior to TTC x

mondaycando1 · 18/08/2018 19:15

Fx for tomorrow morning until - here's hoping your cheapie test is right! You had your coil out a few weeks after me so that's cheered me up (mind you at 40+ age is not on my side!).

UntilTheVeryEnd · 18/08/2018 19:11

I don’t feel I deserve it to be my BFP as I havnt been trying hard enough 🙈 it would be amazing if it is tho! I would be due very early May which was my ideal month (if one can have such a thing)
I have had nausea the last few days and tiredness...sore boobs and an increased discharge (sorry for tmi)
Got my FRER poised ready for the morning - it’s a two pack so I’m really tempted to do one tonight but I know it’s a waste x

NoseringGirl · 18/08/2018 19:09

@UntilTheVeryEnd ooh that's exciting! Definitely a line, congratulations!

LittleTipple · 18/08/2018 18:50

Ooh @UntilTheVeryEnd that looks really promising! It would be so lovely, as you've been so patient waiting for your coil to be removed. That patience should be rewarded with a quick BFP! Have you been having any symptoms?

OP posts:
UntilTheVeryEnd · 18/08/2018 17:44

@Mamabear12 I’m not just sure how many DPO I am to be honest... my coil was removed just over 4 week ago and I had a withdrawal bleed for like half a day on Friday 20/07. I did notice some EWCM around a week and a half ago so it must be early early - I picked up some FRER today so will test again tomorrow. I’ll leave it a week then use a clear blue digital to see how many weeks it says - all I can do is crossing my fingers and hope for the best at this point x

Mamabear12 · 18/08/2018 13:08

@UntilTheVeryEnd exciting news! Congratulations. How many days are you post ovulation?

UntilTheVeryEnd · 18/08/2018 07:50

So.... this happened this morning... still quite feint so will be picking up a FRER today! A bit in shock really as I didn’t expect anything so soon. You think that’s my BFP? Shock

Anyone else trying for DC3?!
Wingingit3211 · 17/08/2018 18:41

We are still plodding along. Last cycle was like 49 days . Currently on cd 15, doesn’t mean that much really. Just trying to have regular sex and hope for the best!

Mamabear12 · 17/08/2018 13:12

@UntilTheVeryEnd I think def go for an au pair! If your husband is not sure, you can get a summer au pair for example for one or two months. Or during the year you can always find au pair willing to come for a month or as you need. I did a summer au pair first because my husband was not sure. After that he was happy to get another au pair.

@NoseringGirl I had to google what luteal phase was, but yea that could be it for me? Maybe I just have a shorter one? I read some more online about shorter cycles and it got me worried if I did not ovulate or not enough progesterone etc. Note to self - stop researching online!

UntilTheVeryEnd · 17/08/2018 08:44

That must be really frustrating for you! Is there anything the doctors can do to check if you had an anovulatory cycle? Fingers crossed for the next cycle tho - I’m sure this month was just a flook.

NoseringGirl · 16/08/2018 21:49

@UntilTheVeryEnd Mostly that I'll stop ovulating but that will come along with longer cycles that vary a lot more in length with spotting and breakthrough bleeding that can go on for days or even weeks. The last cycle my temps started going up on CD6 and just continued rising until the end which was weird. I got a positive OPK on CD12 and then AF on CD25. So it's possible that I ovulated around CD14 but I'm really not sure if I ovulated at all. AF was a bit lighter than usual (my breakthrough bleeding on anovulatory cycles is usually lighter than when I ovulate) but that could just be because it was a shorter cycle so the lining might be not have thickened much.
