Who else is suffering this annoyance? I was expecting my period at the weekend, so it's not terribly late, but it's not usually late at all. But of course BFNs Confused had a squinter yesterday but it didn't really turn into anything.

This happened once before a few years ago when I was TTC DC1 and i had skipped a whole cycle for no reason!

Hunker down cause it's gonna be a long few days til we get answers Envy

Really?! That must have been the longest 2 weeks!! Fingers crossed for me then Grin

Laura549678 · 13/06/2018 11:12

Just jumping on here, with my first I was 2 weeks late before it would show up on a test! Always hope! 🤞🤞

xxJulesxx · 13/06/2018 10:32

7 days late still but bfn!! What's going on????

Pugs1 · 13/06/2018 00:23

Nearly a month late!!
Negative tests!
My only glimmer of hope is that my boobs are really sore!!

We weren't actively TTC but if it happened it happened!!

Hope you all get your BFP's
X

Dassie81 · 12/06/2018 21:07

Really happy to report that af has arrived! Thank goodness :)

trippingoverrainbows · 11/06/2018 19:37

Sorry @Dassie81 will keep my fingers crossed your cycles resume normal service soon! I am also praying for the same thing 🙏🏻

Dassie81 · 11/06/2018 17:54

No good news here! CD43, 11 days late. Definitely not pregnant. Sigh. The joys of being "old" I guess...or maybe my cycles hadn't really settled after having implant removed (in Feb, after 3 normal cycles). Would just be nice to have af now so that I can move on. Feel like I'm in limbo!!

JuliaDx · 11/06/2018 15:47

How's everyone doing? Just saw this thread as I'm in the same boat, now 5 days late.....

Anyone had any good news since last week?

Dassie81 · 05/06/2018 22:33

@trippingoverrainbows me too! CD37, 17dpo, af 5 days late. BFN today. On the plus side, boobs are starting to ache, and I'm getting some cramping. So maybe af is on her way! Quite frankly I'd be happy to see her so I know all is functional!

trippingoverrainbows · 03/06/2018 19:36

I'm still firmly on the BFN and zero AF bus 😐

Cas90 · 03/06/2018 16:54

Anyone had any positives after a while? I'm 11 days late for AF and still getting negatives. I think I am loosing my mind x

Dassie81 · 03/06/2018 09:47

Well now I'm 3 days late, 16 dpo. Did another test. BFN. I knew this would happen, but wanted to use the last test i had in the house so I can't keep on testing when I know deep down this is probably just a mega-long cycle. Now I guess i wait and see when AF rears her ugly head. So annoyed and upset. That'll teach me for putting off having a second for so long. Off to drown myself in carbs...

Wishful30 · 02/06/2018 20:27

@trippingoverrainbows

Yes, 2 stone would put in the healthy range easily!
Only went for test as DH was concerned he had a problem. 'What if'
So we went together and paid for a package deal with initial tests. It was about £300 so well worth it to find out the problem.
We've been referred back to Nhs for IVF so hopefully should we need it, I will have lost the weight and be ready to dive in.
The nhs don't fund IUI only IVF. Which actually I feel is a real shame.
It's a fraction of the price and a lot less invasive/complicated.
It's not got the best success rate, but being on this app has made me speak to lots of success stories!
🤞🏻

trippingoverrainbows · 02/06/2018 20:17

@Wishful30 I'm so sorry to hear this. When did you decide to go visit the doctors to see what they would do? Guessing you probably had to go private for the tests too if in the UK. Hopefully this will the start of more positive times for you 🌸

I have no clue if there is anything the docs would do to regulate my cycles as if has only been 2 cycles since the MC.

On the weight front, I really struggle with this too. Would losing the 2 stone help get you into the 'healthy' weight range? It's so so tough

Wishful30 · 02/06/2018 19:37

@trippingoverrainbows
Yes, babies everywhere you turn!

Ttc has mentally screwed me up in short 🤦🏻‍♀️
I always knew when I was due give or take a day. Got cramps a couple of hours before.
All the temping, opk's, checking everything, I honestly think stresses us out more than we realise.
It does have an impact on our cycles.
I generally ovulate day 14/15 every month. The rest of it is just a guess.
I've gone from 28day cycle to 25-30days since scrutinising everything.
I've had 3 chemical pregnancies which seems to throw everything off.
It's all so stressful.

Then to randomly find out you actually have a low egg count and they're not necessarily maturing very well was such a slap in the face. I had no idea, didn't even cross my mind.
Nothing to say we can't get pregnant thank goodness, just that it 'may' be more difficult and given I'm 35 already it's been advised to 'hurry things along'
So we have opted to self fund IUI for 3 cycles, first shot with no meds.
As nhs won't refer me for ivf until I loose about 2 stone 😐

Never felt so alone in all my life. Poor DH is just sitting in the sidelines unable to do anything but produce a sample and be emotional support 😞

trippingoverrainbows · 02/06/2018 19:26

@Wishful30 that's good news that you're taking some steps forward, will keep everything crossed for you. How do you feel about TTC?

I'm 30, TTC no. 1, been actively trying since Dec 2017 and fell preg quickly but had a MMC around 10 weeks. Feels like everyone is pregnant at the moment

Wishful30 · 02/06/2018 19:19

@trippingoverrainbows

Do you mind if I ask your age?
Do you have any children already?

I'm 35 cd5 now. 11months later still ttc #1

Going for IUI soon 🤞🏻

trippingoverrainbows · 02/06/2018 18:14

Any news @BuntyII?

trippingoverrainbows · 02/06/2018 18:12

I've just stumbled upon this thread at the right time, I feel like I'm losing my mind. Had a 51 day cycle last month (the first cycle after MC) and I'm now on CD30, no sign of AF and no BFP. Praying that I'm not in for another super long cycle this month.

Good luck to everyone that a BFP will come your way soon 💕

Wishful30 · 02/06/2018 08:13

@Jenstro20
So so true!!! Never had a problem with my cycle. Always been spot on. Knew what day to expect it. Had cramps a couple hours before. Boom job done.
Now... we'll now I dunno if I count the spotting as cd1 or the proper bleeding. So now I dunno when I'm gonna ovulate. And as soon as I get my peak, I've gotta drop everything a run to Harley Street 🤦🏻‍♀️

Going to be a long month!

Jenstro20 · 02/06/2018 07:47

@Wishful30 AF is a witch. Just when you think you have her figured out, she changes.

Wishful30 · 02/06/2018 07:37

Thanks @Jenstro20

My pains are only mild, and I've read about the shoulder thing too.
Pretty sure it's just AF messing around after chemical.
Took a test anyway, negative. Which is good then.
Will keep check over the weekend and if no better see the gp Monday
Smile

Frizzy1986 · 01/06/2018 23:43

Finally buntyll!!

Yep I think she's properly started now. Still feeling a bit weird. Tummy feels like there's bubbles in there or something and af is still not quite right. Def getting stronger now though and red instead of brown.
Looking forward to next month.

Jenstro20 · 01/06/2018 22:07

@Wishful30 I've had an ectopic. My first symptom was a sharp pain that doubled me over and was horrendous, but it was the same day of my period due date, so thought it was a bad month. I then walked around for just over 2 weeks feeling miserable, uncomfortable, really really bloated. Eventually I got tingling in my shoulder and thought the pain/cramping was an appendicitis. I had faint pregnancy result in A&E and they said that sharp pain must've been the rupture- they were amazed I lasted 2 weeks. Any concerns , get it checked x

BuntyII · 01/06/2018 21:55

@Dassie81 definitely - drink til it's pink!
