Wow @Boboelephant 10/10 and going for 2 more! Good for you! My OH sounds like yours- he cannot wait to JKS on the daily.

@Pancakes7 hope today goes ok for you. As the other ladies have said, be kind to yourself and take as much time as you need/can

@SerenaOverjoyed i know how frustrating it is when you just wanna get pregnant right away- but I think giving our bodies some time to recover and let our hormones and uterus rest is never a bad thing. I have found these 3 months off have actually made it a bit easier for me- in the beginning I was crazy obsessed with getting pregnant but I was told by my doctor to stop for 3 cycles. (I had 3 consecutive MCs) and now that those 3 cycles have just ended I really feel like I'm in a much better mental state to do this,..

I am currently sitting in Dr Shehata's office waiting to get my results- very nervous! Wondering what he has found! And wondering whether he is going to give me the go ahead to TTC this month! Fw is coming up in a few days so I might be joining in on the JKS marathons! 😬

ek78 · 04/06/2018 10:52

Thank you @bobotheelephant - I hope it happens for you this cycle especially after all your efforts! I find the exercise really helpful and its nice to try and work on a goal (for me getting fitter and stronger) that is related too but not limited to ttc.
@pancakes7 hope it goes ok at work today.

DaisyMay25 · 04/06/2018 10:45

@Boboelephant I'm CD7 so SMEP starts tomorrow. Gotta go for some scans today about my pain but probably won't get the results for a few weeks. Hopefully this isn't a long TWW for you!!

ek78 · 04/06/2018 10:41

@serenaoverjoyed I like the cb tests because they are so simple to use (ie. idiot proof!). I tried the cheapies first but could never get a dark line. After my first mc, once my cycle got regular, I only needed to use four cb opks a month because I could tell pretty much when my fw was going to fall. So I liked how it was quite a short and self-contained process. I got pregnant again (sadly my 2nd mc) a few months after starting to use them. However this month has been the month of constant flashey smileys - which I think is down to it being my second cycle mc and so I probably didn't ov. I'm going to keep going with them on their own for one more month but if I get another funny cycle I'm thinking I might start temping to get a better understanding of what is going on. I think most people on here get on fine with the cheapies though? It might be a case of experimenting and seeing what works for you.

Boboelephant · 04/06/2018 10:27

@ek78 glad to hear you are feeling a bit more positive. I'm doing more exercise lately too and it definitely helps the PMA. I hope it happens soon for you hun.
@Pancakes7 hope today is going ok.
@SerenaOverjoyed it sounds like a good idea. Give yourself a break, it can be a marathon. Hopefully you will fall quickly with your sticky bean but it will help your mental state. Haha I am but will have to go again tonight as temp still hasn't risen. Another very positive opk last night so sure it will be today. Hopeful for temp rise tomorrow and then rest! 😂 I use the cheapies which are fine but you do have to be patient and let the line darken. I think temping helps as it confirms it so takes away some of the guesswork.
@Cakelaur thanks love I hope so. Fingers crossed the egg comes from my left side so easily gets to my tube and meets the little swimmers!! Yep been using fertility check gel and have the pineapple and fertility cream at the ready!! Just waiting for my temp rise!

SerenaOverjoyed · 04/06/2018 08:48

Any view on clearblue digi opk vs cheapies, beyond price? The CB looks idiot proof..

Cakelaur · 04/06/2018 08:45

Eek @HidCat .... like I always say... IMPLANTATION BLEED!! It was right for @Primrose16!!!

@Boboelephant I think you deserve a medal babe. But it'll be worth it!! You'll feel so much more relaxed in the TWW knowing you did everything you could. Have you been using preseed or and equivalent? Have you got pineapple core, progesterone? Etc ready for the TWW?! Ooh I'm so excited!!

SerenaOverjoyed · 04/06/2018 08:45

HidCat and MrsLCW fingers crossed for re-testing!!

KnitKitty so sorry to read this, it's really unfair. Sounds like you were amazing in cooking and hosting after a stressful week and bad news Flowers

RedRobin7 good work! Enjoy the holiday. Hopefully with a bit of luck and your sexy knickers 3 of you will fly back Grin

boboelephant 10 days, wow. You must be exhausted!!

Pancakes7 Good luck today, returning to work is hard. Hopefully you'll find it comforting to get some normality back.

I think I'm going to accept good advice and take a break this month. Including the chemical I haven't had a non-miscarriage cycle since February and I could do with a break for my sanity. DH was initially all for this (and pushing the hol back a week) but now seems unsure which is annoying! Hmm I'm trying to accept this will be a long road and racing to conceive won't help.

I think I'll start temping and opks though.

sweetpea0318 · 04/06/2018 08:15

Good luck @pancakes7 hopefully work will be ok today and will give you a bit of distraction from everything.

Pancakes7 · 04/06/2018 07:58

Thanks @Boboelephant yes I think in a week when its negative we will try. I just want to be pregnant again asap. Yeah my boss is usually good. I just hope he still is now he knows I want a baby... anyway I best leave for work. Feeling very anxious to face everyone.

ek78 · 04/06/2018 07:30

Wow @bobotheelephant! Well done on your marathon!
I’m now at cd 26 but I think I didn’t ovulate this cycle so I’m not feeling the stress and excitement of the 2ww. Doesn’t mean I won’t feel sad when AF arrives but I’m actually feeling quite good atm. Ive been focussing on getting out and doing some exercise and so I feel a bit better in my body. I can take a shift on the outside of the huddle. 🐧

HidCat · 04/06/2018 07:15

@Cakelaur I'd been testing using internet cheapies but all BFN so far. Didn't test this morning. Had a bit of spotting this morning so could go either way still!

Boboelephant · 04/06/2018 06:26

@Pancakes7 my doc said that it didn't matter about waiting for af as they only recommend that for dating purposes. I'd say once you stop bleeding and get your negative go for it. I ovulated 4 days after negative so it all happened quite quickly.
I hope work is ok for you. Hopefully you have a supportive boss. Just take it day by day. It's a huge trauma and one we don't get over in a few days or weeks. Be kind to yourself!
@Cakelaur haha thanks!! Ovulation is stretching out a bit- looks like today now- so it might become 12 for 12! 😂😴 woohoo for 12 weeks!!!! 👍👶❤ Hope Wednesay is perfect- I'm sure it will be!!!!
@DaisyMay25 haha I agree about the crazy part!! How are you going? What CD are you?

Cakelaur · 03/06/2018 22:43

Oooh @HidCat so close!! Are you holding out to test?? Or testing early?? 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

HidCat · 03/06/2018 22:41

That's come around so fast! I'm sure everything will be fine for you! I'm in the TWW with AF due Wednesday so feeling optimistic and trying not to overanalyse everything and failing. Hopefully will be joining you on the pregnancy boards in the not too distant future!

Cakelaur · 03/06/2018 22:38

Hi @HidCat I'm ok 12weeks today. Beginning to get nervous for my nuchal scan on Wednesday. Had some spotting again a few days ago. But starting to feel like this actually could be my rainbow! 🌈

How are you? I've been sort of following along. Just sprinkling baby dust and crossing everything for everyone's bfps this month!

HidCat · 03/06/2018 22:04

@Cakelaur how are you doing?

DaisyMay25 · 03/06/2018 22:03

@Boboelephant omg, you're crazy!!! I could never manage that! Fx it pays off for you 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Cakelaur · 03/06/2018 21:53

@Boboelephant 10 for 10!!! You're a legend!!! It's gotta be the month!!! Xx

Pancakes7 · 03/06/2018 21:41

@Boboelephant Also well done on 10 in 10! Fx for you this month! I said to dh we need to jks every day if poss!

Pancakes7 · 03/06/2018 21:39

@Boboelephant thanks, that's good to know. I started bleeding again. Hoping one more week then we can get back to operation ttc.

I know really should wait for af but I'm too impatient. I won't use any ovulation tests but will just see what happens. Just got to hope. Been feeling down today. Still stuggling with whats happened. Feeling anxious about work. This is the longest I've ever been off (2 wks)

Boboelephant · 03/06/2018 21:25

Haha @RedRobin7 good for you!! I hope they put DH in the mood and you get some quality bd'ing in!!
Yeah it's a bit OTT really but I feel like I need to try everything this month! I am dreading the idea of not being pregnant with both my due dates coming up so soon so hopefully the marathon is my good luck charm! At least DH is happy, I have the other end of the spectrum where he would love it every day twice a day and I need rest! 😴
@Anyday88 thankyou and I have mine crossed for you too.
@KnitKitty sorry to hear about your wobble but it really is good to let it out and feel it. I love the relief that comes after a good cry. So glad you had a lovely day today. Definitely keep up with your positive mantras and I hope DH gets a bit more frisky for you during fw!!

KnitKitty · 03/06/2018 20:54

Thanks for all the kind messages.
Lilimum4 Sorry this happened to you last time too. It's comforting to know others are going through the same journey.
I had a major wobble last night and cried for about an hour. Not just about the chemical but also my previous miscarriage and also just life in general. I've had a horrendous week at work this week and am not at all where I'd like to be in life and just everything got on top of me. I am feeling much better again today. It's OH's birthday so I've spent the day cooking and hosting for a surprise birthday gathering. Had a lovely meal in the sunshine and I'm keeping up the positive mantras. A new cycle is a new chance. Just got to keep looking forwards and not lose hope.

Jessabean good to hear from you again. Sorry AF arrived and that it's a bad one. Good to hear you're making some changes to make you feel more in control. I'm looking at doing that too. Please stick around to let us know how you're doing.

RedRobin7 Enjoy your holiday. Getting my OH to do the baby dance more than twice a week is a huge task for me too. Seems like a chore for him sometimes. The worst thing is it seems like whenever I'm really in the mood for it it puts him off. Sigh.
I hope your new bras work their magic! Wink
And WOW Boboelephant 10 times in 10 days??? You must both be exhausted! Haha! Really hope it does the trick!

Good luck to those in TTW and/or who are testing soon.
Good luck to those just starting a new cycle or in their FW.

Anyday88 · 03/06/2018 19:32

Thanks @Boboelephant they were pretty good 😊

I have told myself I will wait until atleast Friday, I just need to find some willpower from somewhere now.

I have my 🤞🏻 this is going to be your cycle!

@Hidcat 🤞🏻 For Wednesday then.

@Lilimum4 I never know exactly so I have my 🤞🏻 for you 😊

RedRobin7 · 03/06/2018 18:59

@Boboelephant Haha I've packed a whole weeks worth of sexy knickers! The granny pants stayed at home 😂😂 Even bought 4 new bras for the occasion lol!

Bloody hell! 10 times in 10 days - that's impressive! Fingers crossed for you 🤞🤞
