[... Insert jazzier title here!]

The bus is still running, we're sick of bastard bfns, and crossing fingers (and some) for Feb 2019 babies. Come join!

I'm 35 yo
DD is 3yo
Cycle 25 (urgh!!)
Af/bfp due 18th June

After a few months charting and opk-ing, I've decided to chuck it all out and try and dtd every other day. Eek. Only two more cycles until we start ivf in August so crossing fingers we can get a natural bfp before then. Here's hoping!

Thanks ladies.
@sodababy2 was it only a little? I feel like there was too much blood lasy night to be ok.

It's brown today. More like spotting, albeit heavyish spotting sometimes.

Mammyofasuperbaby · 01/08/2018 10:22

Just read all the updates. Hope things are better today @Treaclepie19, I've got everything crossed for you for a happy healthy pregnancy

mayago · 01/08/2018 09:53

Wow, @sodababy2 !!! Congratulations, lovely! Can you cancel the IVF appointment and get a refund on that fee? Grin

I'm sorry @Treaclepie19 it's a bit of an uneasy time in early pregnancy. Fingers crossed everything is fine!

Mammyofasuperbaby · 01/08/2018 09:12

Bfn today Sad. I'm either due after today or only dpo9. So just waiting to see what happens

sodababy2 · 01/08/2018 08:54

I'm sorry @Treaclepie19 I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. If it helps I bled all through first trimester with DC1 and all was fine.

Thanks everyone! I can't believe it! Got my IVF consultation next week which I've paid £500 for!! Totally unexpected. No symptoms at all. With my m/c in February I tested early as I just felt pregnant. I definitely don't feel pregnant now - only reason I tested was because I was stuck at home all day with pregnancy tests!!

Wish I hadn't tested early now as I'm not even 4 weeks! The terror of things going wrong is hitting me too.

I'll lurk around here if that's ok and cheer you on? Really rooting for you all xx

Hisashiburi · 01/08/2018 06:44

Treaclepie19 · 01/08/2018 05:46

Treaclepie19 · 31/07/2018 22:25

Thanks ladies :)
Crazily it was our first month trying (it took about 4/5 months when I miscarried and the same with my son)
We used preseed and just tried to dtd every other day.
I am crazily tired. I've had cramping and a bit of spotting... weeing like mad.
A bit of food aversion too.
I was sure my period was going to come though.
Short cycles mean that even though I found out on Friday, I'm only 4 weeks by most calculations. The NHS calculator puts me at 4w 4 days.

mayago · 31/07/2018 11:29

Congratulations @Treaclepie19 !

I admire your resolve @sodababy2

I've been cramping with backache since ovulation. No idea what is going on this month, as it's still too early for implantation even Confused I'm worrying this is strangely somehow the end of my fertility. It's so easy to make these jumps!

sodababy2 · 31/07/2018 11:14

Congratulations @Treaclepie19! Did you do anything differently? Do you feel any different?

I'm 10dpo today and working from home which is a disaster for me in staying away from testing! I usually wait til at least 12dpo but I can almost hear the tests calling me today! Absolutely no symptoms so definitely don't have any hope. IVF consultation appointment next week so concentrating on that.

CatRen27 · 29/07/2018 23:02

Congratulations @treacle! Fingers firmly crossed for a healthy pregnancy. 😊

Im only cd12 - not sure what planet i was on earlier saying cd15 or whatever.. dtd tonight in case of an early ovulation like last month. If its later then I'll most likely be on the flight home so will try to get the swimmers in ahead of time. Romantic!

Hope you ladies are doing well xx

Great news treacelpie!!

I am the same as you mayago. Don't think I ovulated last month and had a chemical the week before. I'm CD14 and think am.ovukating now. Now it's just the waiting game!

Hope everyone is doing well xxx

Treaclepie19 · 29/07/2018 15:37

Thank you ladies :) I did have the pink too so I'm a little nervous. I also had brown before my miscarriage...but we shall see!

LethargicButAwesome · 29/07/2018 14:53

@mammy hold on in there, we drive our self crazy during the tww, I think everyone does-try distracting yourself remember soon enough you will know either way.

LethargicButAwesome · 29/07/2018 14:51

@treaclepie that is so exciting! Congratulations 😘😘 wishing ou both lots of health! Brown blood is old blood so wouldn't worry too much, keep moniting it tho! :) great news to end July

Mammyofasuperbaby · 29/07/2018 14:04

Congratulations Treaclepie19. Don't worry about brown blood it's old blood
