Hi guys- so we are on cycle 5 of trying (I don't think it will happen for us this month tbh). I'm literally doing everything possible to help our chances, I'm having zita west pills and maca root x3 a day! I have been for an arvigo maya massage a couple of times (and do it on myself each night as the massage woman told me to). Eating well, exercising etc. After we do the deed, I even lie there with my legs in the air for 10 mins (sorry if TMI). I even say a little prayer every night whilst we are actively trying. I'm now in that awful 2 week waiting period. The thing is, TTC is bad enough, but i suffer with anxiety (and some depression) and not being successful is making it all the more worse. Then it's a vicious cycle because the more I get anxious, the more I think that is making my chances of pregnancy lower. Anyone else suffer with anxiety and have any helpful tips please?

Thanks everyone. Appreciate the responses.

@Hayleyg2305 which cycle did you stop trying and stop worrying. Did you just get fed up or did you have some other technique to stop worrying? One of my best friends was TTC for nearly a year and she got pregnant once she "stopped" worrying. But I just don't know how to even do that? x

@Nillynally I'm totally with you. I recognise that I just need to chill out but it's so hard when you are a natural worrier and esp suffer with anxiety. Good luck to you x

@Amz8898 best of luck. It's called arvigo or maya abdominal massage (they are one and the same). I happened to stumble across it on another baby forum and thought it's worth a shot. It's basically an abdominal massage so all very natural and nothing invasive. If you google it there is a fair amount of info and depending on where you live, you can find accredited therapists who can perform the massage. I'm also considering acupuncture tbh as I have also read that this can help x

Hey..
I know how you feel , I'm waiting on my injection running out at the end of this month . I have spoke with the doc as I have fibroids, polyps and ectoprium so I was frightened it was going to make it more difficult 😰. But doc said I should be ok . I just don't know how long this injection will take to come out my system. I've only had two shots . It's awful I'm so impatient I suffer from anxiety/ depression anyway I'm dreading getting a period each month if it takes a while . What massages have you been doing ?? Good luck TTC
Xxxxxx

I suffer from anxiety too and whilst I'm not anxious about trying for a baby I am a natural over thinker (hence anxiety) and therefore time seems to go much much slower and every day is full of a million symptoms. I need to chill a bit and go with the flow but easier said then done! Good luck x
