Just wondering if anyone else is ttc after a stillbirth and wanted to join me on this very daunting journey? Smile

@toots123 i am due to ovulate Tuesday too although i am normally a day or so ahead of my app. Judging by cervix position, it may be tomorrow... and DH is on nights 🙈☹

toots123 · 02/06/2018 18:27

Good luck @39suzy
Still no positive opk so I've forced (haha) dh into dtd! He hasn't exactly refused. At the latest it should be Tues I ovulate so we will keep at it. Just hoping it isn't a 50 day cycle

Lovely news @iamloading x

Just wanted to send my best wishes to you all. I'm currently 27 weeks pregnant after my daughter was stillborn last year. There's also some very supportive TTC boards on Sands if that helps x

39Suzy · 02/06/2018 16:32

@toots123 i am just in my fertile window i think if i have gone straight back to my normal cycle. OPK have never worked for me but relied on other ovulation signs instead. Did thejob last time although my cervix has been very soft since having my angel. I have also downloaded the MyCalender app but uses averages to work out your dates, hamdy for tracking dates, activity and symptoms though. 🤞 for you x

@Delilah7 thank you for your wishes x

Delilah7 · 02/06/2018 07:34

This is for everyone on this post that has had to go through this - I couldn't imagine going through that. And your beautiful babies will always know be with you.. Love to you all x

toots123 · 02/06/2018 07:16

Cd19 and not even a sniff of a positive opk. Looks like I'm in for a long month. Forcing dh to dtd every second night anyway Wink

@Bumbers i keep having a quick look on the january one then back tracking incase i see something i dont want to. How ridiculous. I bet in a weeks time we will be wishing we felt like we do now haha.

Bumbers · 01/06/2018 14:08

@DBoo I think you're right that just a bit early. I had a look at some of the pregnancy threads and lots of people also saying no symptoms - and several of them are a lot further ahead. I have also had the possible feeling sick thing, but pretty sure it is (weird) wishful thinking!! Hope your dream ok and that it is a positive sign.

DBoo · 01/06/2018 09:33

@Bumbers i think were just a little early aren't we? Although my nipples are sore im on progesterone so i think it may be that causing it.

I keep thinking i feel a bit queasy but i think im imagining it if you get me. I did have a weird thing last night i remember having with my stillborn so hopefully thats a sign everything is going as it should at the moment.

Bumbers · 01/06/2018 09:28

@DBoo we are at pretty much the same point!! Crossing everything.

I have nothing symptom wise (i dreamed I had some boobs last night so it is clearly getting to my subconscious!) but I don't think I had many symptoms at the beginning last time and that was with twins. Desperately hoping for a singletons as our odds would be much worse with twins (the consultant advised a singletons pregnancy.. like I have any control over that!)

DBoo · 31/05/2018 15:30

@Bumbers im either 5+1 or 5+2 sore nipples and tired-er earlier on a night but other than that i dont feel pregnant either. If i remember rightly my symptoms never really kicked in until after 6 wks so hopefully thats why.

Good luck everyone.

Dont know if it made a difference my son was stillborn almost three years ago but i took seven seas conception vits (and a whole other concoction) but seven seas are apparently good for regulating cycles and getting pregnant and they're cheap in savers too.

LilacIris · 31/05/2018 13:48

I’ll join you @toots123

I hope everything goes smoothly for you Bumbers. I’ve never really had symptoms that early on either.

I feel I am a couple of cycles away from my first month ttc but at the same time, maybe that is all psychological.

@39Suzy my period was really heavy and then just completely stopped. It’s never normally like that at all.

Good luck everyone.

toots123 · 31/05/2018 08:15

Good luck everyone! This is our first proper month ttc and coming up to the fertile window. It has always taken us a while to get pregnant so I'm not hopeful for this month but will give it our best go!

Would anyone be interested in joining a Facebook group if I created one? I'm rubbish at keeping up on here lol x

Good luck everyone! Have all my fingers and toes crossed for everyone.

I have no symptoms at all (5 weeks tomorrow) so struggling to even believe I am pregnant. Probably a good thing not to believe and get attached as I know the odds are not good that this will be our rainbow.

Hoping everyone else is feeling a bit more positive!

39Suzy · 30/05/2018 18:00

Good luck @mrslcw xx

MrsLCW · 29/05/2018 15:55

Its my first month too ladies, and having all those back and forwards thoughts too, hopefully we get each other through it! Sending positive thoughts to you both! Xx

39Suzy · 29/05/2018 15:47

@dboo yes it is... more scary at the moment but trying not to dwell too much x

DBoo · 29/05/2018 15:11

Thanks @Eryri2018.

@39Suzy is this your first month ttc after your loss? Ot's a scary and exciting thought hopefully we can keep each 9ther going.

39Suzy · 29/05/2018 11:23

@dboo i know what you mean.... i keep swaying thinking 'why the hell do i want to risk that happening again' then 'i dont give up that easily'.

My period has finished now after a few heavy days it tailed off quickly so actually was pretty short compared to what i thought it would be. So begins month one of trying...

Eryri2018 · 29/05/2018 07:51

So sorry for your losses everyone. My youngest bridesmaid was born 10 1/2 months after her beautiful sister, who was still born at term. She is totally awesome !!

X

DBoo · 29/05/2018 07:42

Happy to stick around and thank you.

I keep having little wobbles. Think i am doing well at burying my feelings and then they come out in terrible ways. I actually said i didnt want to be pregnant the other day. Of course i do. I am desperate for this. All ive ever wanted is to be a mother even from being 16 / 17 but i always held off until in the right relationship and here i am pregnant and saying stupid stuff like that. I know it's because i'm so scared though.

It's a really tough thing to completely change your life in the hopes you get to be a mother and then it is taken away from you. I have been pregnant 53 weeks (not including this time) and still have no baby. Thats a whole year out of my life of restricting myself and being scared. There's no wonder i am over reacting and going into protection mode.

toots123 · 29/05/2018 02:35

Congrats @bumbers and @DBoo hope you will stick around with us. We are all here to hopefully keep each other sane

Fingers crossed for us all! Sending lots of love.

39Suzy · 26/05/2018 07:57

Thank you @dboo and congratulations to you. There seems to be a lot of rainbow babies which is so positive
