Thanks @Boboelephant And @SerenaOverjoyed

Spoke the the EPAU - thankfully ours is open sat/sun morning. The nurse says it's nothing to worry about. Bodies do strange things after MC-pain could be bits shrinking back to normal, or it could be body prepping for AF. Says the gloopy blood is also nothing to worry about. Just hoping it either stops or AF hits ASAP-then I'll feel a bit more normal. Opks have all been negative so far, only testing once a day though as I assume the line would start to get a bit darker the day before it goes positive?

Such a strange situation-never have I hoped for AF with such gusto before!

Good luck to all poas this weekend, fingers crossed and baby dust to us all. X

Blondcat · 19/05/2018 09:21

@boboelephant I believe I am in the tww about 2-4dpo I think though not tracking and didn't get much ewcm so not sure if I even ovulated as wasn't tracking as is first proper cycle after mc. Hope you are ok today x

Boboelephant · 19/05/2018 09:02

@Cakelaur oh I was going to say. DH built the pizza oven. Get yours on it!! My DS loves it! 😀

Boboelephant · 19/05/2018 07:32

Thanks @hayleyfx and @Blondcat. Where are you both in cycle?
@maxiflump1 thanks. Fx for you. When is DH back?
@Laney79 sorry you're still having pain. I agree about calling the EPU.
@SerenaOverjoyed thanks so much. It's a bit soul destroying but the pizza was delish! Sorry for the wasted pee sticks, definitely get scratchies next month!
@Cakelaur thanks mate. Bought it now.
@BabynameEdie thanks hun. How are you feeling? Has it sunk in?

HidCat · 19/05/2018 07:01

@Cakelaur I'm loving the scratch card idea lol

BabynameEdie · 19/05/2018 00:32

@Boboelephant sending huge hugs xxx

Cakelaur · 18/05/2018 22:59

@Boboelephant yup! That's the one. It's £5 delivery but worth every penny in my opinion. I'm so sorry AF got you! She's a total bitch!! Sending massive hugs. Also... OMG... pizza oven!!!! Well jel!!! 🍕

@Lilimum4 I'm so sorry! A loss is a loss! And it's not fair! We've all been through enough!! Jump in the middle of the huddle! 🐧

@Flossylolly85 grab an frer. That's the most sensitive test. I didn't get my bfp this time until 15dpo and this baby is growing perfectly at the moment. Strangely the bub I lost I got my bfp at 10dpo.

@YellowDaffodils86 good luck babe!!! Got everything crossed for you!! 🤞🏻

@SerenaOverjoyed sorry for your bfn. Maybe a new trend can start!! Instead of buying hpts... next month everyone buys scratch cards.. see who wins!! 😂

@maxiflump1 yay for Ov! 🤞🏻

SerenaOverjoyed · 18/05/2018 20:23

Laney I have no advice to offer other than call EPU (sorry to say this on a Friday night! X) I'm sorry you're having to deal with this, take care x

Boboelephant sorry she got you. You deserve better than this bullshit. I hope right now you're firing up that pizza oven (I have one too and I love it!!) and pouring the wineWine

Lilmum I'm so sorry, I'm surprised to see such a strong line go. As soon as there's a line there's a bereavement.. so much can be pinned on a bfp. Look after yourself Xx

I got a bfn with my frer.. meaning I've wasted twenty bloody quid on pee sticks!Angry It occurred to me that poas is a bit like gambling, and I wish I spent that £20 on scratchcards..

Laney79 · 18/05/2018 19:49

Is it normal to still have pain three weeks after medical management? I've been spotting/passing sticky clots throughout but not very much...but I keep getting pains on and off. My Tum feels tender and heavy. This latest bout has been going about three hours...I'm on ibuprofen and a wheat bag...just feels wrong the pain coming back like this. Could understand if my period was starting but so far it's not. I'm a bit worried...anyone had this?

maxiflump1 · 18/05/2018 19:40

Sorry meant BFN x

maxiflump1 · 18/05/2018 19:39

Welcome to the huddle @Flossylolly85. Sorry about your BFB @Boboelephant and @Lilimum4

After my over dramatic post last night happy to say I have a smiley face this evening. DH is away on a stag but we did manage to dtd this morning before he left so fingers crossed it's enough!!

@lilimum4 and @boboelephant so sorry you haven't had better news today.

hayleyfx · 18/05/2018 18:49

Omg @PumpkinPatch000 congrats!! I hope it’s a very sticky bean 😊🤞
@Boboelephant aww I’m gutted for you! I so hope you get your BFP very soon, you deserve it. Enjoy the pizza & wine and fingers crossed for better news next month!!
@Lilimum4 oh no I’m sorry! You have nothing to be sorry for, it happened to me last month too & it’s rubbish! Hugs x
@Flossylolly85 I’m so sorry for how you’re feeling hun. Definitely talk to someone, go to doctors, just whatever will help. I hope you get the help you need. As for TTC, I’m so sorry how difficult this has been for you, I hope there’s a little miracle just around the corner. We’re all here whenever you need to vent. Sending you lots of hugs. Flowers

Boboelephant · 18/05/2018 17:03

Thanks @Martydog.
Glad it went well @Eastend2015.

Eastend2015 · 18/05/2018 14:24

@flossylolly85 I really feel for you. Perhaps it’s worth seeing if you can get on the list for some counselling. I have just come out of the assessment and feel loads better already. Turns out panic attacks, dizziness, palpitations, anxiety, sickness, backaches, headaches can all be symptoms of grief. Which is a bit of a relief actually as I was beginning to think I was properly ill!

Martydog · 18/05/2018 14:19

@boboelephant that’s the one I used

Boboelephant · 18/05/2018 14:04

@Flossylolly85 so sorry for everything you are going through. I can really relate. We've been trying for that long too. I had an EP 18 months ago, then it took a year to fall again. I had the early scan exactly one year after ectopic rupture, found out it was in the uterus and thought we were set. 4 weeks later we find out there is no heartbeat. 6 months later we're still trying and nothing. The process is unbearably cruel. I Also found out today that my other friend who was struggling is pregnant and I got my period. What a punch in the face.
I'll cross my fingers for a miracle for you. I think it's important that you do talk to someone about your depression. You're going to need to be mentally strong for your IVF journey. Rant away, everyone is wonderfully supportive. xx

Flossylolly85 · 18/05/2018 13:36

@YellowDaffodils86 thank you for the welcome and sorry for your loss too
@boboelephant sorry for you losses and thanks for the advice.
I feel like how you mentioned in your previous post and just don’t know how long I can go on. I’m so scared of testing again because a + or - feels like such heartache either way. If it’s - I’m I devastated and wondering what the hell is going on and if it’s + I’m instantly in panic mode that I’ll go for my scan to hear the words ‘I’m sorry’ again. It’s liter a year since my last miscarriage so the timing is ironic. And to top it off one of my friends announced she’s found out she is having a girl from her 20 week scan...she didn’t even tell me she was pregnant!!!!
I know I’m depressed and should go to the dr’s but worried it will have a negative impact on our IVF?
Sorry for the rant, it’s just so hard everyday at the minute. After losses and fertility issues, the best thing in the world becomes the most painful and worrying xx

weasledee · 18/05/2018 13:31

Yeah bobo, just coming to the end of AF. Then we have this miscarriage appointment on Monday and then fertile week starts the very day we go on holiday, with family members.... typical Smile

Boboelephant · 18/05/2018 13:16

Thanks ladies. 🐧❤
@YellowDaffodils86 I hope you have better luck tomorrow! 🤞

@Cakelaur is this the cream??

YellowDaffodils86 · 18/05/2018 13:04

@Boboelephant ahh im so disappointed for you, im so sorry.
You just never know when your month will be, it doesn't mean its not soon.
Pizza and wine sound like a good idea.

I feel like im out as i have no symptoms really, mostly wishful thinking if anything.
Just feel its not happened this month.
13dpo tomorrow and will test with fmu, if it bfn, im writing it off and will await AF.

Lots of 🐧hugs for you and @PassTheAfterEights

@Lilimum4 Ttc is a bitch, so many ups and downs and false hope at times. Sorry it wasnt this month but fx for next.

@Flossylolly85 Welcome and sorry for your losses

Eastend2015 · 18/05/2018 12:45

Exactly what @claire138 said, squeezes all round!

Just on my way to first counselling appointment. I hope it helps! Last loss in February and still cry at the slightest thing. This TTC bollocks is enough to turn anyone into an emotional wreck!

Claire138 · 18/05/2018 12:34

Oh I’m sorry @boboelephant and @passtheaftereights it really is so difficult trying to stay positive. Take this weekend to pamper yourselves...big penguin squeeze 🐧 🐧
@lilimum4 you too need a big penguin squeeze 🐧 So sorry you had to experience that.

Boboelephant · 18/05/2018 12:10

@PassTheAfterEights thanks love. All sound like great suggestions. We are actually planning on firing up the pizza oven tonight so pizza and wine sounds like a plan! Will defo try the yoga too. Thanks for the link. Seeing my girlfriends from uni on Sun so that'll be great. Will watch the wedding tomorrow!! And I guess before we know it, it will be time to start the whole thing again.
@Flossylolly85 welcome and I'm sorry for your losses. First thing I would do is go and buy a frer and test today. Two days can make a big difference as can the test brand. Good luck.

Flossylolly85 · 18/05/2018 11:32

Hi All,
Hope you don't mind me jumping on this thread too.
I have a DD from a previous relationship, DH and I have been trying for over 18 months. I had an early miscarriage and then a missed miscarriage in quick succession last year, but we've not had any luck for over a year. We've had tests done and so far all my tests have come back okay, but DH has sperm issues across the board. We've started down the fertility treatment route and waiting to start our consent app for IVF ICSI.
I also have irregular-ish periods as in they vary in length from 24-27 days long and have a short LP, which is only roughly about 10 days long.
I know I ovulated this month and I'm now cycle day 32 and roughly 14/15dpo still no AF which I've never get a cycle this long. I also did a cheapie pregnancy test wed cycle day 30 (100 from ebay for £3 job haha) but got a BFN.
I keep having the odd cramps and funny feeling in my b__bs, but they aren't sore, getting bigger or anything.
Anyone else had this before and got any views on it, or more importantly think that I could still get a BFP?? i'm worried as this is how it started with my last missed miscarriage. Didn't get BFP until really late, but baby never developed past early stages
Thanks x
