TTC after Pregnancy Loss Thread 20 - Fx for 2019 babies

Hi ladies, I'm new to this site so hope I'm doing this right, but this is my first month of TTC after losing my little girly at 20 weeks back in Feb. This followed from an early MMC back in Aug too.

My hubby and I are both still completely heartbroken, but we now have some answers and plans in place for next time. I won't lie, I have my hopes up for falling pregnant quickly this time round, as it happened first cycle with both other pregnancies... but I'm most likely setting myself up for a fall!

@Anyday88 I use ff too. I've also used glow but I don't like it as much since they updated it.

@Anyday88 I used fertility friend to track bbt temps. I like it cos it's simple and without frills and for £29 a year (ish) you get a complete analysis which I love!!!

@HidCat sorry about the pic and memory. But don't delete it. I always find its good to keep something. I have a little envelope in my bedside table with my scan pic (that had no heartbeat) and the notes from the scan. I also had a bump pic (or a bloat pic haha) and I printed it and put it in the envelope. I never look at it but I like having it there. My MC is very real still and I don't want that baby to be forgotten. But everyone is different.

@boboelephant you're not an old cheese in the fridge! I'm still here too! AF arrived a couple of days ago so no fertility cape for me first month after MC. I'm on holiday without DH over my next fertile week as well I think, so unlikely to get a BFP next month too! So I'll cheese away with you

@Anyday88 I use Ovia. I like the fact I can record lots in there but it's really simple to see the key info without over analysing everything.

Just been skimming through photos as it's DS's Birthday tomorrow and stumbled on a pic I took before my MC, labelled 11weeks. I'd felt confident enough at that point to start taking and recording pics but I had my first bleed of miscarriage less than 24 hrs later. Feels like forever ago now but still brings it all back. Forgot I even had the photo. I don't want to delete it as it's all I have left of the pregnancy but I know it's going to suck seeing that in future.

90 mins on phone to bff who had 12 week scan yesterday (boy!) for a much much wanted and difficult IVF conception. Genuinely utterly over the moon for her but felt a wobble for the first time. Have prayed and prayed not to be very pregnant while she was going through IVF, not that she'd have begrudged it in any way. Had miscarriage a week after she did, didn't say anything as she was in much worse bits than me, now feel like a shit for shutting her out and know she'll be so angry when I tell her.

This whole fking thing is a bitch from hell. Tear stained rage filled waddle to centre of huddle please.

@YellowDaffodils86 oh sorry didn't catch up properly. I had stark white bfn at 10dpo too. Do not panic! Xxx

@YellowDaffodils86 thank you thank you 💕😍 am still very tentative about it. It doesn't feel strong enough and I don't feel like I have any symptoms at all. Just taking it a day (an hour?!) at a time and we'll see where it gets to. When are you testing? You're so strong willed, you and @Boboelephant ! Xx

@Boboelephant I meant to say earlier but got caught up at work, that my temp dropped yesterday too, at 11dpo. It rose a tiny bit today at 12dpo. You are still in the game for this month. Wish we could all be there with you to wait for that test tomorrow. It will happen for you, either tomorrow or if not then soon and no one thinks you're old cheese 😂🧀 xxx

I keep getting pain in the top of my rib cage the last couple of days. It's so uncomfortable and gets me hopeful. Stupid body signs!

Haha, iv cracked! Mainly because this morning i spent my first hour at work feeling really sick, i was thinking of going home and assumed a caught a bug, but then it started to fade and then i was fine. I also felt a little icky when i woke up, i put it all down to tiredness.
But with that and the bfps that have happened today i thought id just see.
Big fat stark negative of course, its only 10dpo so who knows. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦‍♀️
But i will not be testing now till sat/sun.

It doesn't get any easier each month and whilst I am so truly happy for everyone on here that has got their bfps I'm aware of being left behind and feeling a bit like the old cheese sitting at the back of the fridge! I believe I'm in my fertile week now but we have guests over until Saturday so hoping there's some strong swimmers in there from Sunday's antics in case I ovulate early. I reckon I'll ovulate sometime between Sunday to Thursday though so hopefully we'll get some BDing done in time. My dreams have been telling me I'm having a really short cycle and am ovulating early, which could be true, but I'm hoping it's not happened yet.
