Faint lines at 14dpo?

Sorry I know this is probably not answerable but I would value people’s experiences.

AF due yesterday/today.

I first tested positive 12dpo (pm) and did a couple of tests both faint positive mainly as I’ve been caught by indents in the past.

I’ve then tested using FMU yesterday am and today and while the lines are marginally darker (I think) they’re still faint.

I did a clear blue (rapid result 25miu) this morning and the line is very faint, I would’ve discounted as hopeful line eyes if it wasn’t for the FRER.

Pics attached. I guess I just expected/hoped them to be Big-Fat-Positive by this point and I’m a bit worried that they’re not.

I know I am pregnant now, I know I can’t know or change what will be either.

I tested positive at 10dpo and got blaring BFPs but then they started to fade significantly every 48hrs and ended in a chemical pregnancy at 5+5. I knew something was wrong from the start somehow.
So even with a blaringly obvious bfp it doesn't always mean it'll be ok and I wouldn't worry yourself over it, the best way to check is to wait 48 hours and look at progression that way, testing daily will drive you nuts. Just remember you may not be exactly the DPO you think you are. :)

@EverythingNow it happens to us all at some point :)

EverythingNow · 30/04/2018 11:20

Thanks @Stephisaur, I hope so.

I feel silly to keep testing and posting, I’ve never been like this before.

It may just be that you implanted late, in which case your hormone is only just starting to rise.

You should get a result on a digi in a couple of days :) Fx for you!

This mornings test, a Sainsbury’s own because FRER are so blinking hard to get hold of.

Rationally they’re darker than the bfn I got on them at 12dpo AM. But still so faint for 15dpo.

I know I just need to try and forget about it and assume I am until I start bleeding or not. But I kind of feel in limbo as they’re so faint, do I bother booking a Drs ‘booking in’ appointment (realistically wouldn’t be able to see them for a week or so anyway)

CB digi was of course negative as was a Tesco one so I guess HCG is still under 25miu?

Thank you everyone!

@wellthisisunexpected, sorry to hear of your loss. My last pregnancy was a v early loss 2 years ago, which was one line followed by negatives the next day. We weren’t ttc at the time. I think that’s what’s throwing me, I don’t want to get excited in case it’s over before it begins.

Definitely positive.

Fwiw, with my DS my tests were really faint for a week.

Last pregnancy I had strong positives at 12dpo, unfortunately it ended in miscarriage.

StargazyDrifter · 29/04/2018 12:56

Definitely see positives! Exciting!

delilabell · 29/04/2018 11:25

Absolutely can see positives on them! Congratulations Flowers

Congrats! The lines on my positive tests for both my kids were similar at this stage.
