I have a glass of white wine (drink 'til it's pink and all that) in the garden, under our cherry tree. Hubby currently getting me dinner. Sun is shining. It's Friday. This day could only be improved by the removal of the pre-fp feeling in my abdomen!

Funnily enough having got home very late after flight delayed last night I picked a fight with DH this morning (3 hours sleep before work doesn't agree with me). At least he'll have forgotten that when he gets in!

Yes this is the fourth time for me too. I'm still shaking. I desperately want to be pregnant but a BFP doesn't bring joy anymore. And knowing I still have a womb full of adhesions and a very short cervix isn't helping. I'm waiting until middle of next week to call my surgeon. Could well miscarry before then anyway.

Last time I wrapped myself in cotton wool and miscarried anyway. I'm going to keep up walking, light gym work and healthy eating as much as possible this time. At least I feel I'm more prepared this time for a loss.

9 weeks, that's brilliant, getting ever closer to the end of the first trimester!

God, Paranormal! You really are a fertile fecker! It's so hard after miscarriage, so much conflict. I'm still in a state, 9 weeks today, and I still won't believe anything until much further on. This is 4th go for you as well isn't it? I really hope the clinic have a plan to help this time. Bed rest and such maybe?

Called DH. He's beyond shocked but thinks this one is meant to be. I think we just got a dud condom and will have to anxiously wait it out. Have zero symptoms but decided last time after having severe nausea for weeks and miscarrying anyway to try not pay too much attention to symptoms.

So a tentative Pom Pom shiver in your direction, and I'm raising my plastic glass of prosecco in your direction (I'm on holiday - no judgement please)

I honestly have no idea. I suppose they aren’t the best form of contraception but we used them properly and each time. Just checked the box and they are in date. I really wasn’t expecting a positive test, just I’m 5-7 days late and am always very regular.

I haven’t had big problems getting pregnant but I’ve had big problems staying that way. Just called recurrent miscarriage clinic and left a message.
