April 2ww

Well folks, I woke up at 3am with the weirdest feeling in my abdomen and the need to pee. I'm 10dpo today so took a second test. I had a faint line yesterday on a CB and today I have this on a FRER. AF isn't due til Monday but do you see what I think I can see or could it be a pesky evap line? Opinions much appreciated

Please may I join in too? I'm a lurker and sporadic poster...cycle 5 ttc #1. Am in tww, think I oved Friday or Saturday so am either 3dpo or 4dpo today...torture. We've been doing SMEP this month, am glad to have a few nights rest now! Anyone else tried it? fx for everyone! Xx

@waitingforbubbles I'm cd21 today and got my positive opk last Sunday/Monday so 6dpo today. My data consists of 40+cycle history and patterns based on:
-cm
-cp
-bbt
-heart rate
-symptoms such as headaches, cramps, energy level etc
-medications
-sleep pattern
-time since surgery.

The algorithms get more exact and reliable after 25 cycles as it matches the same pattern from all the previous bfn cycles.

Hello! I'm new here so I hope it's okay if I join. I'm currently 7DPO on cycle 1 baby no. 1. Finding TWW veeery hard & symptom spotting like crazy.

@starwishing I'm intruiged about your app that analyses the chance that you're pregnant this month, do you know what data it goes off to calculate that? How far through your cycle are you? X

@SunshineSparklesSmiles sorry I meant only my first cycle! Yeah I get what you mean I said to dh I'm not going to get my hopes up I know it's unlikely we will catch this time but I know if af comes I will be disappointed.

@sprinkleofsunshine we're ttc #1 too. Last month I was symptom spotting every day and was really disappointed but it's a new month and trying my best to be rational, it's not easy though. This is a good place to be though as we're all in the same boat

@SunshineSparklesSmiles oh really, I have a while to go yet only about 2/3 days dpo but I really want to try and hold out to test. It's only my second cycle ttc with #1 also but I'm already going a bit mad symptom spotting!

I hadn't heard about the evap lines until I joined the forum as this is my 2nd cycle TTC so I'm afraid I don't know too much about them. I'm wondering if mine may be an evap line as I've been a bit naughty and tested 6 days before my AF is due

Until I started reading on here I never knew tests had evap lines, are these common & are there any brands that are particularly bad for them? I've just bought some Tesco cheapies when I was food shopping to test next week with.

Will keep my fingers crossed for in the morning.

@DBoo thanks for taking a peek for me, trying to keep an open mind at the mo as I've heard similar things hence the switch to FRER tomorrow. AF isn't due til Monday so I have a bit of a wait yet. I'm going to try to be cautiously optimistic, will keep you updated

The first pic in particular it looks very blue and clear. I have heard they can be bad for false positives so dont want to get your hopes up but it looks good to me.

I'm 9dpo today, had a really faint line on a CB early test today but have to squint to see it so may be an evap line. Have been having such bad achy cramps today that I actually felt sick. Fingers crossed for tomorrow morning's test.

Ovia, Glow, clear blue advanced digital, fertility friend, flo and natural cycles.

My data today I put in says 1% chance of being pregnant based on my data history. I've done 42 cycles with ovia and flo so they are the reliable ones.

If testing early and can afford it id stick with frer tests. Tbey always give great lines even when faint.

Last month i was sure i saw a hint of a line on my savers cheapy one and drove myself mad.

Well team star is out. My app has analysed my info and there's a 1% chance of pregnancy 😆 so only 5dpo and already I'm out! Not bothered as this month was my last one before magic cycle 50! Whooooo 50! Ttc is a loooooong journey!

@4leafclover we're on the same dpo but I'm due on Thursday, I have a 13 day luteal phase so I have slightly less time to wait.

I'm going to test with the cheap strips early next week - not til I get to Sweden which is where we are going next week. Two reasons to be excited!

sprinkleofsunshine I know what you mean about being clueless as a first timer - I think it will be easier next time - although hopefully that will be in a few years and not next month!

I got my BFP on day 31 of my cycle, I was 3 days late as my cycle is usually 27/28 days.
I’m only on cycle 3 so not entirely sure exactly when I ovulate I was just guessing at day 14 or so! Was on the pill for around 10 years prior to ttc.

@4leafclover I'm due around the same time as you. Thinking when I can test but don't want to test too early. My app says to test next weekend but seems like such a long wait & know I will be over analysing everything next week.

This is my first tww also so not really sure what I'm expecting!
