Who’s TTC a Christmas Baby. March 2018

Not that I specifically want a Christmas baby. But my LMP was the 20th March so that means, going by a 28 day cycle, if I fell pregnant this month, Baby’s ‘estimated’ due date would be Christmas Day!!!!!!!!

It’s the first month that I’ve felt ready to start trying again after a miscarriage and my cycles haven’t been completely regular.
Ranging from 27 - 30 days. So I’m using OPK’s and Temping to try and pinpoint ovulation.

Should be ovulating within the next 4 days.

Anyone else actively trying this week?

I'm the same @MagicalCreatures & @Knittinggurl both DD & DS I had IB & with DS I had a bfp at 10 dpo so not getting my hopes up either. On the plus side I've been feeling like AF is due to arrive any minute for the past few days and she hasn't so glad to have got to 10 dpo as I was worried my LP has got shorter as when I conceived DS it was only 10/11 days at most...trying to see the positives of this cycle even if I don't get my BFP!

This morning my DD told me I have 2 babies in my tummy...Maybe she knows something I don't, or I'm just fat! 😂

@cakelaur congratulations. How many days before Clearblue advanced fertility monitor detected your pregnancy. I have one, I normally have a 28 day cycle, got a peak on 3 &4 April. So should be due on Monday but it’s not offered me to do a pregnancy test yet? Any advice would be great, I completed a 10day dtd marathon this month on all high days so think my hopes are to high :(

been lurking a bit this month currently either 4/5 dpo and i am not symptom spotting this month

Its not looking very promising this month. I had IB at 8do and BFP at 9dpo with my last pregnancy and tons of symptoms.
Think I’m 8dpo this time and barely any symptoms at all. Boobs aren’t sore etc.
I’ve had constant cramps since OV and really vivid dreams the last 2 nights (one about going into labour and the other actually having a baby boy in my arms) but nothing else.
I’m not completely giving up yet but I’m not getting my hopes up x

@magicalcreatures, i think so, had bloods done tuesday on cd21 and my app gives me the most fertile days, used opks so fingers crossed its worked this month, im now in the 2ww so fingers crossed !

Testing has been delayed until Sunday (cue strop from me even though it’s my own bloody reasoning)

It’s gone from a quiet day in to seeing half the family, and I have no poker face whatsoever so it’s best if I don’t know!

DH also keeps pointing out that I’ve been later than this before, and I have to kindly remind him that they were my pill periods and thus don’t count!

BFN for me this morning. Think I'm probably out for this month. With DD I had IB at 9DPO and my BFP at 10 DPO. No IB or anything much going on down there this month!

tested last night at 9dpo with fairly dilute wee and got a bfn...not sure what else I was expecting really, I just can't help testing when there are tests in the house! I think my AF is probably due tomorrow or Sunday so if it hasn't shown up by Monday I'll test again then!

@Foamybanana93 sorry for you loss babe. I had an mmc in jan and just got my bfp a few days ago. So hopefully you get yours!!!

Hello ladies, just found this thread hope you don’t mind me jumping in !

Had an early miscarriage at 6 weeks 3 days on the 14th feb, currently on cd23 of this cycle and worked out if I get a BFP this month my due date is my birthday ! Now that would be an amazing birthday present, currently backwards and forewords to gp appointments as been TTC for the last 3 years 😔

But fingers crossed and babydust to all 💖

@Cakelaur 😂 I weed in my pot and realised that the spare test I had wasn't where I thought it was (in the garage of all places!) so I've saved my morning wee for when I can get to The shop! I honestly just think I've been mistaken in thinking my cycle is 26 days long and it's actually 28 though! I'll let you know!

@MagicalCreatures I was the same with BBT. Just bought myself an Ava bracelet so that I can get more accurate readings. Will report back!

@magicalcreatures yes definitely. You need to be asleep (I think) for at least three hours before taking it. I have a habit of getting up an hour before wake up for a wee or my youngest son shouts me and I sleep in his room.

I'm only confident that I o'd this month because of the blaring positive opk and what looked like a corpus luteum on my scan.

It's just all of the unknown and the inability to control it!!!

9 days until AF due. Counting down slowly....

@MagicalCreatures I'm normally a total POAS addict so probably won't be able to wait but just don't think we're in with much of a chance given we didn't dtd v much which is what is making me think about it, I've been feeling queezy & lightheaded today but that could all be in my mind...will see how I'm feeling tomorrow I think but I probably won't be able to resist the temptation!

That’s what I’m finding my bbt is like. I’ve had the usual pattern of it going higher after ovulation but then it spikes up and then down again.
I have a terrible sleeping pattern too. I have a bladder condition so I wake up quite abit in the night. Do you think that’s got something to do with it?

I'm 4dpo now. Such a long time to be waiting for everything arrgh. I gave up on my BBT as my temp was all over due to bad sleeping patterns! Just ordered a new thermometer though that should be better (I hope!)

My BBT chart doesn't look promising either...but that could be due to the act that I started on what Glow reckons was ov day and I've missed some! Grin oh I'm useless at tracking properly!!
Fx no symptoms is a good thing for us!

It’s totally up to you. If you’ve not got any symptoms at all then try and wait for AF but saying that some people don’t get any symptoms. Do what’s right for you and how you cope with it x x
