You have to be careful with magnesium as too much from supplements can cause problems I think it's 350 whatever the measurement is max a day. If you're taking a conception vitamin it will already have some in probably.

When discussing TTC with an ex midwife I was telling her about the array of vitamins I'm taking and before I started the lost she asked if folic acid and magnesium were on there so I think they're definitely good ones to take.

I'm slowly convincing myself I am pregnant. I really don't think I am but am imagining symptoms lol. I have just been looking at cycle insights on ovia. Last month cycle was 26 days. Month before 25. I'm day 26 today. Having said that, the two months before that were 29 and 32 but I was going through some stress then which completely cocked things up.

Coq 10 is egg quality
Evening primrose oil is for ewcm
Magnesium and vitamin d seem deficiencies seem to have some link to MC as does b12 I think. B12 is mainly for energy.

Niacin also knows as b3 I think is supposed to be good for preventing abnormalities. They're trialling it on mice at the moment.

Can't remember benefit of b6 or omega 3 6 and 9 but I have briefly read about them.

Zinc is good for sperm in men.

I will get some of those and see if it helps xx

There's quite a few vitamins you can take BLK for egg quality, ewcm and sperm quality so they're worth looking into and there's always pressed which gets some great reviews too.

I am taking:
5mg folic acid (high BMI)
Coq10
Vitamin d
Vitamin b12
Evening primrose oil
7 seas conception vitamins

I also want to add vitamins b6, niacin, omega 3,6&9 and an additional small dose of magnesium. If I could get dp on board he'd be on vitamin d and zinc. But I've got no chance 😂

I spoke to a pharmacist today and asked is there any over the counter supplements that can help assist to get pregnant. She was unhelpful and said "it's cause you're trying" so you may as well stop and it will happen. Cheers love that's helpful.

I'm due in either 2 or 4 days and symptom spotting like a crazy woman. Brushed over my boobs earlier and tmi warning nipples felt really sore so I was debating going and getting a cheap test at dinner but I think I will just hold off for now. When you know the worry starts doesn't it, sometimes ignorance is bliss.

I have a hen party soon and I am hoping that is like a jinks haha.

So I caved in and tested. I think if the 3 day spotting I had last month was implantation bleeding I would have had a positive surely? Not due for another few days so trying not to get my hopes up.

I know it's just rubbish but hey ho onto the next month. Will try to refrain from testing so dam early but I thought the day before my period would be ok :( . Just in boots there felt my self welling up . So bought some make up lol. Emotional wreck! . In a way I feel a bit silly for being so upset and emotional, I know there's far worse off than me :( . Woke up to blood today . Quite upset because I was certain I could see a line yest . And it came up after a minute but. It was too faint for a bfp . Could it have been a chemical ? This is all new to me :(

Bfn again today. Starting to get sore nipple, nothing else really. 10 days late for af now. Don’t think I’m going to test for a while I’m sure af is just being strange this month. Might get a friend to take my bloods for me if still nothing by next week

Any one else due on today but nothing? Re -Testing this weekend probably, I had an inconclusive test today neither here nor there could be indent but not evap as it was like this after a min...anyone else in limbo land like myself?!
