Two Week Wait .... another one ....

Hi everyone! I am facing down my TWW (AF due 22nd of March) and thought, after looking at other threads of the same topics who are on the BFP/BFN now, I thought I would start another for those with their fingers crossed for late March BFPs.

I am on cycle 8 TTC #1, have used Preseed for the first time, I am taking Evening Primose Oil and I have the DH on Vit C. I am feeling really positive having DTD the day before and of ovulation, but can feel the paranoia and counting down days setting in. I feel all in the same boat can lean on each other as we try not to POAS :-/

Anyone in?

Thanks @DBoo I've ordered preseed and also the home sperm testing kit. Anyone used that??

Preseed gets really good ratings it's worth a try. Also dtd every other day - better for sperm quality. Mind you if you do too much research you end up down a rabbit hole.

Good luck sunshine. If you have internet cheapies I'd be testing from Tomo but would be lucky to get a bfp that early. It's fun poas though haha.

@DBoo I'm taking vitamins. Not heard of pressed till this post tho so I'll read up on that now!
I don't know if it's possible to forget about it? All those cliches drive me mad."stay positive" "just relax". It's impossible no one tells you it might be hard getting pregnant. We spend most of our lives trying not to get pregnant, so just assuming it'll happen when you want it to is normal? I didn't prepare for this rollercoaster!!

I got my positive 10dpo @Sunshine 😁 proper squinted on my internet cheapies so took an early response test and had a really strong line x

Hey gang,

Been feeling poorly for the last few days so haven't been on to keep up with posts! I hope the majority of you got your BFP's or that they are on the way... 💁🏻🤰🏻

According to my apps I'm 8dpo... feel awful! First month of TTC#1 so I think I've been overthinking Everything which has made me stress and get sick 😂 But not sure when's best to test? I'm itching to crack open my internet cheapies!! I know most would say when AF is due which is 'meant' to be next Tuesday (3rd)?

Two years? Can you see a different gp? I thought the standard was one year. You're not out till af lands as everyone always says.

Lala good news is that your ovulating. Don't want to patronise you but have you tried different vitamins, preseed, temping all that kind of stuff? People always say if you forget about it it happens. I always wonder if there's any truth in that.

@DBoo yes been to gp. They test you after a year to see if you're ovulating. Luckily I am. I have a kidney prob that may or may not be an issue. There's mixed advice on that! So don't really know. Next step if testing sperm 🙄. Which my partner isn't over the moon about! It's a emotional rollercoaster I wasn't prepared for...!

AF is due today. Feeling very low today and we have been trying since last march technically. Docs said can't do anything till two years ttc

Have you been to your gp? They can see you after a year can't they?

Only cycle 1 for me but I'm already panicking that my weight is messing with my fertility (I have no evidence of that) so after today (out for tea tonight) I'm going to really put some effort in to shift some. I'm sure I read even loosing 10% of your body weight can make a big difference and that should be easy enough. I need to start swimming im so lazy.

My boobs are very sore but again that could be good old AF. I have my fingers crossed tbh. Started to feel a bit ugh now but I think that's more thinking AF will be here by this time tomorrow

I've spotted a bit this evening so after deffos coming. I'm happy now I know for deffo tho. Onto the next one.

In my previous pregnancies I had period cramps for weeks so it is a pregnancy symptom too. Good luck keeping everything crossed for you.

If it's any consolation my best friend is a nurse is 12 weeks along . And she only recently stopped getting cramps she also had a v v lowcervix until the other week, zero discharge and only got achey boobs last week . Disproving a lot of what we read on the internet . Lol god help us symptom spotters

@dboo I am not out yet. But I am having lots of cramps no show from AF yet, get the feeling it's not long now with the cramps. Can't imagine I'm having cramps if I was pregnantSad

Two of my sil's are trying. I would be devastated if they fall before me (but happy as well) so I can understand that. You poor thing. I can't remember, are you definitely out yet?

@dboo my partner doesn't even know I have bought tests never mind that I have taken one. I want to surprise him if when I can tell him we're finally pregnant. I fell pregnant with my two babies whilst on contraception so when I'm not on it and haven't been for over a year it's frustrating. On the plus side I have just found out my cousin is expecting am happy for her. But a little jealous... I know it's bad Confused
