Two Week Wait .... another one ....

Hi everyone! I am facing down my TWW (AF due 22nd of March) and thought, after looking at other threads of the same topics who are on the BFP/BFN now, I thought I would start another for those with their fingers crossed for late March BFPs.

I am on cycle 8 TTC #1, have used Preseed for the first time, I am taking Evening Primose Oil and I have the DH on Vit C. I am feeling really positive having DTD the day before and of ovulation, but can feel the paranoia and counting down days setting in. I feel all in the same boat can lean on each other as we try not to POAS :-/

Anyone in?

Ye sometimes I think we get too het up over dates. It can happen at any time. Its all luck really isnt it. I dont think conceiving sticks to rules or logic.

@sqidgeBum you never know! I have no idea when I ovulated that month because we weren't actually trying! I had been tracking my periods because I'd just come off of the implant after 6 years and I had documented when we had dtd and my dates just didn't add up one I found out o was pregnant, but hey DS decided he was coming either way 😂

@PreparingToBeAMummy I read somewhere that early pregnancy releases lots of 'happy' and calming hormones so you never know! Whatever is meant to be will be. Welcome both Smile. I am loving the different dates everyone's AF is due. Hopefully lots of varied BFPs.

I'm in! Period due 18th. Just coming off antidepressants so probably best not to fall this month but still desperate to anyway!

Symptom spotting like crazy and I’m pretty sure I’m making up some symptoms too!

Here I go. I have really watery discharge at the minute @TTCnum2 but at 3 DPO I couldnt possibly have symptoms. God damn it.

Ones I can remember is needing to wee more often and really watery clear discharge sorry for TMI 😂 But that was it! And it took me to be 10 day a late until I got a bfp!

Got some little twinges today, which with AF due in 8 days I'm not sure whether it's that or something else?
Not that I want to become a crazy symptom spotter - but can anyone who's had a baby already/TTC number 2 let me know what sort of things may be signs of early pregnancy (scared to Google lol 😂)

I have 4 FR left and 1 IC so going to try and not use them until the day I'm due, which I think is the 9th my app says the 12th so maybe we will go with the 10th for good measure!!

I keep re checking the tests I took and the first one defo has a faint pink line. The other 2 might have a faint faint faint line but I can't tell if it's pink or not, It could be an evap or the stick indent. I know false positIves are rare but surely if followed by 2 begs it must be right? 🤔

BrownEyedGirlv2point0 awwwww that gives me such hope! Its getting difficult. I am calmer this month, but I cried for days when AF arrived last month. My SIL in pregnant too after conceiving first cycle, so that didnt help. I am fully expecting AF this month really because there have been so many BFNs despite DTD all through FW and on ovulation day. I am young (26), healthy weight, eat well, don't smoke, dont drink much (2/3 glasses on a Friday). I should be popping them out lol. Its just the way it is I suppose. It will happen eventually, like it did for you.

SquidgeBum when TTC#1 I did the same thing! Then when I did actually get pregnant I didn't have or notice any symptoms until AF was 1 day late. I was also on a business trip and let myself drink while there. The last day of my trip I was suspicious something was up but didn't really believe it due to month after month of BFN's. Got home, POAS and was extremely surprised!! Went to my Dr. 2 weeks later to confirm by scan (I had a MC at 8 weeks before so doc wanted to check early) and got to see a heartbeat at only 6 weeks gestation!

Hoping the opks have just missed the surge and that I'm still in with a chance. My oh works away so we only have weekends to dtd so I'm praying it's all fell right

Pob13 when I started TTC I was the same. I was so convinced it would just happen first or second cycle that I was turning every twinge into a symptom. I am on cycle 8 now after having months of spotting every symptom under the planet and driving myself mad over and over again. Now I try to ignore lots of stuff and just say 'its my body tricking me'. Its so hard though! I know its strange to say but try assume its all AF symptoms until proven wrong.

Last cycle I went mad symptom spotting and testing. I am determined not to test until AF is late. But I have no will power, so who knows! Might get DH to hide the FRERs.

Stephisaur that is such a good idea!! I have put a note on my app for the 19th saying 'test day' to try to force myself to wait until 2 days before AF is due to test, but usually I get to 10 dpo and I test (my luteal phase is really long. Usually 18/19 days between ovulation and AF). I then drive myself mad testing for 9 days. Last month I was on half term when AF was due and I tested so much and was a blubbering mess by the end. I am determined not to test until closer to AF this month. I feel your pain TTCnum2.

Browneyedgirl - I think Sunday and Today should have you covered? Fingers crossed!

TTCnum2 - you need one of those lockable jars where you can set a time limit before it opens. Then you can't get to the tests!

I got a positive OPK test yesterday but didn't DTD last night due to DH feeling sick and going to bed early. We DTD this morning. I hope it wasn't too late. We also DTD Sat and Sun using preseed so I hope that helped. I'm going to drive myself crazy thinking we missed the egg!

Feeling a bit annoyed with myself. I tested on 7dpo and got a really faint positive which looked pink on a fr, did another one yesterday but not fmu and got a bfn, so did another fr just now with fmu and bfn! Bit annoyed that I test so early in the first place, I know it's ealry and I got still be pregnant but now I feel like I'm not and I'm just waiting money on all these test 😫

Ye it feels ages away when you are waiting for it. I am just trying to focus on work and we are getting a puppy so I am focusing on getting ready for him too. Trying not to symptom spot but I was already turning discharge (sorry for the TMI) into symptoms last night. I am only 3dpo. Silly.

AF due on 20th here.

6th cycle of trying for number three and 3rd cycle since miscarriage in December.

I really hope this is our month trying so hard to stay positive.

Wishing everyone luck and will hopefully be supportive seeing other testing around the same time - Feels such a long way away.

I'd say 9 days before your due is a bit early? But for some they get a bfp 6 days or so before they are due, with DS1 I didn't get a bfp until 10 days late! And is was the faintest one at that!

Tagging in girls!! Ttc number 2, first cycle technically, we actually fell pregnant by surprise the beginning of Feb but it was a chemical 😞. I used clear blue OPK and got a static smiley and dtd the next morning,
Took another okp that afternoon and the test line was actually a bit darker on that one then the day before when I got my static so hopefully I ovulated the day with dtd and we have caught the eggy!!

Question though I've never been very good at knowing my cycles as I was on the implant for so long and my cycles was all over the place, in Jan I started on the 7th and Feb the chemical happened on the 8th, so I'm gusssing this month I'm
Due the 9th, but my ovia app reckons the 12th? Would is be this late? Just eager to test! X

I'm not sure when to test. My cycles are 23ish days so I according to an app I'm using I ovulated on the 27th February but due my period in 9 days. Surely that's too soon to test?
