@Mimilicious013 yeah I know what you mean. Hope you're still managing to have some nice times. Yep we did SMEP, opks, vitamins and acupuncture and still af came so feeling a bit ripped off! But I will continue and give it another go. DH and I had a chat today and I've decided I'm going to join the gym. Do something that makes me feel good so off to sign up later today. Are you going to take some more time off trying for the moment?

I have been trying to keep myself busy and hanging out with my friends but obviously deep down my heart the void is still there .how are you doing hun? af is such a nightmare hey. did you manage the smep that you wanted to try. hope you treat yourself this weekend and gl with the new cycle

March has been hard on me because I would have been due. Anyways was just checking in to hear how you are ladies and to wish you many bfps soon.

BFN here. Again. Might be early but symptoms evaporated overnight, starting to feel absolutely wretched. DH birthday tomorrow so off out today but neither of us could feel less like it :(

@Cakelaur your name makes sense now. I just assumed you liked cake! Lol I've been using the serenity one you've got. My temps post ovulation are much more stable this month so I do think it is helping.

We only managed to do it once this month due to dh's exam but it was very close to ovulation. I wasn't holding out much hope until @nocatshere said that they'd only DTD once before her bfp. Dh had been studying full time since being made redundant in dec. When the exam was out the way he was going to start looking for a job. Fate intervened and he's ended up applying/interviewing and accepting a job within 6 days! After a really shitty 2017, I feel like things are finally going right for us. But now I think I'm setting myself up for a fall when I get a BFN again next week.

@bobo I've totally been where you are. I swing from positive to negative on a daily basis sometimes and it's exhausting. It's so hard to accept that this isn't something you can just throw the kitchen sink at. The first few days of AF are the worse so be kind to yourself. Xx

I'm definitely out for this month. ☹☹ AF just arrived. I'm struggling to be positive as there's not much more I can do next month that I didn't do this month but guess we'll just have to try again. At least next fw we'll be on holiday. One positive is that my cycle was 30 days which is the shortest I've had in years. I also have an appointment with a gynae specialist on Monday so maybe they'll have some answers or suggestions. Christmas babies here we come!

@Cakelaur I love that you own a cake shop. And now wish we were friends in RL! 🤣 That timetable is insane though. Glad you'll get some rest soon!

Hahha! @Primrose16 & @Boboelephant I own a cake shop and we have a massive events company that has 8 parties in one week who always want cakes every year. So this week litterally been at work from 6am- midnight every day. Just tomorrow and Sunday to go then I can take Monday off. Plus in two weeks I get my puppy and I flick to part time. Plus I have 3 weeks off from mid April! Haha! And a trip to Mauritius. (Weirdly glad I'm not 5 months pregnant like I should have been but equally nervous about having a baby around this time next year)

@Primrose16 Glad your spotting has stopped. And defo nice that you could take it easy today.
@Daffodil77 I do that too!! Haha. Book things in the hope I can't do them!! Haha! Just to tempt fate. Or I order 50 opks and tampons 3 days before AF due!! Haha Oooh what progesterone cream? I just bought the serenity one to test this month

@Kingy2910 I hear you. I did a test yesterday (ridiculous, couldn't have shown as positive but you know..impatient!!) - was nervous about either outcome. Also hearing stories about recurrent mcs and don't know how women have the strength to get through it again. I felt like it broke me.. but I guess the chance of a bfp & sticky bean outweighs all the worries? 🤷🏻‍♀️ this whole thing is mind-boggling!!

Ok hope got my fingers crossed for you.....babynameedie.....I'm in tww test probably Tuesday next week but am scared for either outcome if I'm honest. Bfn would be ok but when's af gunna show.....bfp would be amazing but frightened in case I would have to live this nightmare again 😢

I have no idea where I am in cycle, possibly somewhere between 5-12 dpo ! So who knows. Am trying not to obsess - easier when work v busy like last few days but then as soon as have a day off....it's so all consuming! 🤞🤞for everyone still in tww 💕

@Kingy2910 I took a photo but it looks like a BFN on screen. If I hadn't been staring at it so much and in different lights, I probably wouldn't have thought any more of it. I will definitely re-test tomorrow or Sunday!

Sorry to those who have had the arrival of AF.

Over the past few days I've had some strong symptoms. Part of me wonders whether my miscarriage has made my body more sensitive this cycle, but I don't know whether that's actually possible. I did a test and it was either BFN or a very very very faint line (which I could only see in a certain light). My husband couldn't see a line at all, so maybe it was just wishful thinking. I'm going to test again tomorrow or Sunday, depending how I feel. I'm 11 or 12 dpo today. I just want to know the outcome now as it's making me anxious. If it's BFN, I will continue using the Clear Blue OPKs next time as they were definitely useful this cycle.

@strawberrye you are 100% right. The googling does not help! I manage to distract myself on days when I work or when I'm with DS and DH but if DS is sleeping I'm there googling like a crazy person and making myself feel worse!
I also do the same with the bfn. Totally try and convince myself it's a false negative. Doing it right now! Hope you manage to hold out until af due to test. Also hope the holiday is not too awkward!! Just try and ignore her.

@hayleyfx yes I am happily going on holiday with DH soon as well, however we're also going with DH's extended family, including my brother in law's girlfriend who seems to despise me for some reason not known to me! We are all staying in a villa in the middle of nowhere...might be an awkward few days!

@PassTheAfterEights I wish I had a doggie to cuddle up to and go on long walks with! Unfortunately work prohibits this at the moment. Sounds like you are having some promising symptoms. When are you going to test next? I'm going to try and hold out until the day AF is due or the day after if she doesn't arrive, which I think will be 13dpo or 14dpo. Really hoping I don't cave as I think I find the BFNs more difficult to deal with than AF somehow, I always try to convince myself its a false negative with a BFN whereas AF feels more certain.

@Boboelephant I also do my fair share of Googling but I find that's counterproductive when I'm trying to take my mind off it, just sends me down a rabbit hole of obsessive Googling...
