Anyone fancy contributing to this and letting us know what odd habits have made their way into your life?

I knew I’d been ttc-ing for too long when I woke up at 1am this morning with my bbt thermometer beeping in my mouth and no memory of putting it there. #sleepcharting

The pregnancy due date is soo true lol and eating soo many pineapples u start to constantly smell like them oh says whats that new perfume im like eau du citron😂

Sorry to commit the cardinal sin of resurrecting an old thread...

But I had one of these today - having to reorder conceive plus. Proof that it doesn't guarantee conceiving in the first month despite that seemingly happening to most people judging from the reviews.

This seemed like the best place to get it off my chest 😂

Been ttcing too long when you use a period tracker for the calender rather than finding the calender app on your phone to see what date it is

@welshsoph. Totally lol. A good few times ice wanted to pull DH up on something but then thought "But if he goes off in a strop, which he will, then he won't want to have sex"

@physicskate. I also apologise for off the schedule sessions lol

I actually talk to myself about ttc, using the abbreviations lol Hmm I've also come up with a name for a new type of thick, glue like cm I get before flo - I call it "globby cm" ha ha.

When you're on to a new cycle and immediately check pregnancy calendars to see roughly when you'd be due if this was your month this time

When after 6 months you attempted to do the entire OPK thing, found it far too stressful so gave up and have been taking the 'aim for regular sex' approach. Then gor a Dr appointment after a year.

When your intitial tests come back all normal and you're not sure whether that's good or bad (because it means no solution but equally means you're more likely to just be being unlucky) and you're shipping DH off for his tests next

When you look at how much you've spent on vitamins, OPKs, pregnancy tests & pre-seed and realise it would have paid for a holiday.

When you hear the words "I'm not going down on you DH, it's not good for your sperm" come out of your mouth while attempting to dtd Blush

When you're suddenly horny but DH is sceptical of your motives and is trying to work out if it's fertility related.

Yet another who has literally told DH to stop arguing with me because we both need to be calm as it's fertile week.

When you count the time you've been ttc in years rather than months.

When someone asks a question on Conception about opks or bbt or cm and you know ALL the answers and then some.

When you have hpts that have gone out of date.

When Amazon keeps reminding you to stock up on Preseed or opks.

When you realise at every new pregnancy and birth announcement that had you got pregnant first cycle, you'd have a 15-month old by now.

PS Thank you for editing my grammatically incorrect title - for goodness sakes, I produce copy for a living and my DH is an English teacher yet I still managed to make that mistake! Grin

When your husband tells you that the daily mail says that to increase chances of conception you should have sex twice at a time and have lots of cuddles afterwards and you just feel really angry
