I beg af’s pardon, it wasn’t three weeks, it was two weeks late. Felt longer as I think I first tested about 5 days before it was due!!

@Westieandlittleboymama I agree. When you really want it so much, maybe it just confuses your body about what to do? I imagine my womb saying, "I'm trying my best with what I've got, and I want to make you happy... but there's no baby here this month. Sorry"
I hope I'll have more restraint with stick pissing this month.

@pasbeaucoupdegendarme 3 weeks late?! Our bodies are trolling us. Mine only lasted for 3 days. Hope you get a short one too. March is our month. I can feel it in my bones.
Am I meant to be giving up caffeine for optimum conception chances...?

Af arrived last night/this morning with a vengeance... only about three weeks late!!! What on earth was that all about?!

Hey guys, Well that's me TTC again, second proper month and got everything crossed! Mind u my AF last month was really light and lasted 3.5 days and was more like brownish discharge (sorry I know TMI)! DH thought I was pregnant cause I've been getting sick at nights! Really weird time the now, u just convince yourself cause u really want it

I poas again yesterday am and still bfn.

I know just what you mean about a long random cycle. I had a really weird one before I got pg with dc2 - except mine was a long long bleed rather than lack of it. The gp thought I’d maybe “conceived” but not implanted properly. It did work next cycle though so fingers crossed it’s similar for you!

Been back from the slopes for a week (although it doesn't feel like it - I'm so tired of snow now!). I did another digital test on Wednesday which was negative. I had cramps this morning and think AF has come. It's brown though. Any ideas what this means?
I really really don't think I'm pregnant, but am so annoyed with this abnormal month. I'll have no idea when I'm ovulating (DH will have to put up with me jumping his bones every other day until next AF or BFP) and this long cycle means I have to wait EVEN longer to test. I've already proved what itchy fingers I have...
Anyone have any good news?

How odd that you’re in the same situation. Are you back from the slopes now?

My cycles that I've tracked have been between 39 and 35 (I made the assumption that they'd be getting shorter and more regular) so I'm now between 7 and 3 days late for AF. I tested with a French test (I was absolutely desperate to pee and trying to hold it in until I could work out the instructions!) on Saturday and with an Amazon cheapo this morning. Both negative.
I'm not sure whether to presume that I just skipped it and start the sperm meets egg method as normal? I stopped 'just in case' wearing my mooncup because what's the point.

Just popping back in to say af is now about 6 days late 😬 Haven’t done another test since Friday as quite frankly it’s peeing on money 😂 I’ll test again if no af by next Friday. I’m feeling a bit FFS about is all!

@winterwarmers & @applesauce1 well we will go for it then and FX we will get those BFP's

cd 7 and af finished yesterday so we are ready for the fw in 7 days time, i will start doing opks at around cd13

27, TTC #2 and currently in AF so starting again! I will need to gear myself and DH up for a month of TTC x

I'm 29, TTC #1. Started TTC in Feb. Cycles are between 35 and 39 days. Currently cd40.

Did a clear blue digi and says not pregnant so think my body may be playing tricks on me...

I’m so much in two minds about dc3 that I don’t really know what to think!

Westie, I think I'll end up the same as you. I've got something in the back of my head asking "what if the tests are wrong?" But realistically, I know this isn't our month. AF will be here any day.

@pasbeaucoupdegendarme AF arrived this morning but it's a relief to know either way so we can start again next month! Bit disheartened cause you do start to think what if?

Gosh I love mumsnet. It feels so reassuring that there are other ladies in the exact same situation.
So I've been using my mooncup since the start of the holiday just in case( definitely wouldn't want an embarrassing AF appearance on the slopes!) but still no sign of AF. My CM is quite thick and opaque though. Does anyone know what that means?
I've never bothered monitoring my CM in the past so not sure if that's just normal at the end of a cycle.
I'm hyper aware of every twinge, but I don't feel pregnant st all.
I did think I was getting a funny metallic taste in my mouth yesterday, but then remembered that it's a normal side effect of some medication I'd taken that morning...
at this point, I just want AF to come so we can start again on the next cycle, and so I can more accurately pinpoint when I'll ovulate next.

Please can I join? We've been TTC since Jan 2017, one miscarriage in Oct 2017, lots of home life stress but firmly back to TTC now. Currently CD22, not sure how many DPO but possibly 7/8. I definitely feel different to normal months, my boobs have been killing me all week, feel really swollen and very tender, I'm so bloated it's unreal, could hardly fasten my jeans this morning. The other day feeding my cats made me feel very nauseous due to the smell.

I really don't want to get my hopes up but I do feel like I could be pregnant. Tested in CD20, don't know why, I know it was too early and obviously it was negative, going to try wait until Monday to test next but the urge may take over before then!

Westie, I had some bleeding on 12/2 followed by several days of feeling really heavy and bloated. Sore boobs, very emotional... lots of icky egg white stuff. Physical feelings have tailed off rather now but obviously still no af....

I have 2 dc already and for various reasons I didn’t even suspect I was pg with either of them until fate played a hand at 6/7 weeks so I know it’s posdible to be pg with no symptoms at all other than missed af at this point... I’m not sure if that helps me or not.

I’m off to buy some different tests as I’ve been using the most basic boots ones and I’m convinced they’re lying 😂

@pasbeaucoupdegendarme I totally understand! DH tells me ur only 4 days late, far too early to tell...i obv know different and get frustrated so just don't discuss lol! I just want to know either way, get a BFP or AF!

Hi Westie, sounds like we’re in the same boat. I’m also late for af now but no sign that’s coming but bfn as well. It’s driving me crazy being in limbo... I’m ready to kill dh who just says I’ll have to wait a few more days and what’s the big fuss, it’s not like I can change anything! He’s right, obviously, but it’s so unsympathetic.

Hi can I jump on the thread! I am 4 days late for AF. Usually have sore boobs, bad cramping, bloating, big appetite and crazy headaches! I only have on/off cramping and headaches and really sore legs any thoughts? Took a test, BFN😕
