2ww: solidarity & symptom spotting

Anyone else in the 2ww?

1dpo cycle 1 post-mc, AF due 20/02 - last 2ww thread I was on got me through!

Trying to follow Kwick's rules for 2ww, no hot baths / cold veg etc, and not to react to every single twinge Hmm

Not sure if I'm in TWW yet as can't be sure when I'm ovulating but think I may have ovulated this weekend. I'm on month 3 of TTC (number 2, DD is 4), but last month was only 25days which threw me, hence not knowing when I've ovulated!

@vickywood3 try not to focus too much on it! It's such a hard, long wait! I was symptom spotting all the time last month! Been better this month.

It's a crappy process as often AF & prep symptoms are similar! 🤞🤞for you x

@MamaL86 i reckon so, if your uterus wasn't up for it I don't think it'd keep trying to implant IYKWIM? You never know, might be what it takes to give the whole system a kick into action & you'll end up with lots of hormones and a very snuggly little bean in there!

@aaronpurrsir certainly could be a symptom - had it too and now quite pronounced. Just hope it doesn't mean anything bad! came with increased cm for me too.

Could murder a hot epsomy bath and 100% do not feel I should risk it :/

Congrats to all the faint lines, here's hoping they get darker!

I'm way too early to test (only 5 DPO) so will need to wait until Sunday/Monday at the earliest. But I have had a constant dull, crampy feeling in my womb, like period pains, ever since 2DPO. I don't know if that's an early symptom or I'm just clutching at straws?!

@cookiesaurus definitely a line - fab news - hope the next one (/few!) are darker, it is so tense isn't it! I was driving myself nuts and happy to waste the test this morning just to relieve some tension but of course still driving myself nuts now. Have still got fairly pointed sharp pains / cramps in uterus which I didn't have before and aren't making me feel that confident. Slash terrified it's retained HCG from MC. Roll on the next few days...

Thanks @colourful86 can't wait for the postman on your behalf! Have good Mr. Amazon arriving tonight with a fresh batch but determined not to use til FMU tomorrow. Not sure how much is in the FMU / later in the day thing - my first test last bfp I tested FMU in a bonne maman jar then hopped straight in the car to boots for the FRERs Hmm

2WW here. Have ovulated either yesterday or today, not sure which, positive OPK on Saturday and absolutely LOADS of CM. Like soaking through my knickers, daily pads just wouldn’t quite cut it so onto always regulars! DTD on Sunday morning and last night but he pulled out just as he was squirting (sorry TMI) because he had cramp. Felt like singing the ‘every sperm is sacred’ song from Monty Python at him! Think he still managed to get a teeny bit in though.

Anyway had of pain yesterday and last night a bit and have had some this morning too but it’s not been as bad as usual so whether I O’d last night and slept through it i just don’t know. Suppose I could take another OP to see what it says.

@PassTheAfterEights I can't wait to see the postman tomorrow with my frer tests I'll be more exited by that delivery than valentines gifts 🙈 I can see the line on yours! Eeek that's so exciting, update us all tomorrow, want to watch it get darker!

Thank you so much ladies! Still can't quite believe it, feel I may need to pop out and get another test just to make sure! I'm still a little worried what my super light periods could mean in terms of this pregnancy but trying to stay positive and trust my body - hopefully it wouldn't have let me get pregnant unless there was a decent lining?

@PassTheAfterEights ooh I do think I can see a faint line! I'm going to have absolutely everything crossed for you and will be checking this thread for updates Smile

Good luck to all those in the 2ww. Sending you all tons of baby dust and don't be too sad if you don't have many symptoms - I certainly didn't this time around!

Not sure how to tag. @passtheaftereights - I have everything crossed that is your BFP and line should continue to get darker.

I don’t want to get my hopes up, but I can’t help it and still have my TWW 😫. Off to work soon so who le take my mind off it. Did anybody else get really early symptoms? And if so what? Xxx

@weasledee, my mother once told me that she was sick right after dtd when she fell pregnant with my older brother. Maybe coincidence but she truly believes that was her first sign. Lol. Hmm

@vickywood3 don't want to raise your hopes but I'm sure I get symptoms that early - tiredness, weird and vivid dreams, headaches anyway. Backache and twinges by 6dpo and this time have had the heavy boobs too.

On which note - realise I'm probably about to waste £3.50 for anyone else at 7dpo - I cracked (SHAME) and used my last FRER just now, mid morning wee, and there's a ghost. Not so much a BF as a small skinny, but it's there. It's so faint IRL I doubt the pics will come out but here it is for anyone curious (sharpened one of the images in case it helped i know i'm a loon)

Not raising my hopes just yet and even if it's good news there's a long road ahead, less than a month since miscarriage, but FXXXX...

Hi Ladies and congrats on your BFP 😊. I am on #1 TTC and am 4pod - my partner has had vesectomy reversal, so odds are against us. Although, I know you can’t have symptoms this early, I feel I do, but also feel I am losing the plot and obsessing over symptoms that could of potentially been their before but I have never noticed. My AF is due 26/2. I am hoping talking to other women in the same boat will help keep me sane xx

@weasledee FWIW I don't think 6dpo is too soon for symptoms; in my head anyway it's too far in advance of AF to be her instead. Hope it means good news for you! Had the wild vivid dreams last night to go with yesterday's heavy boobs, twinges and headaches but for my own sanity really need to not get carried away. Desperate to test!

@jasmin93 great idea, DH is away tomorrow day so planning something nice for supper. Although the last time I tried to bake in 2ww before BFP I was hyper clumsy and had to throw away TWO attempts at a Persian love cake before giving up 😖

Ahhhhhh @MamaL86 I had a feeling in my bones about this one..... it is definitely positive and that is a great line, huge congratulations!!!! 🎉 FRER's are about the safest HPT's out there - no false positives and no evap lines. You are upduffed. Absolutely delighted for you and shall ensure a glass of wine on your behalf this evening! 🍷 tuck into those pancakes instead 😉😘

I still feel bloated & go to pee far too often (tmi). It starts to annoy me as I feel so uncomfortable Confused. At least it's Tuesday now Halo

Ok ladies, I caved this morning and tested
-mainly because dh and I are going out tonight and wanted to see if I could drink. I think I may have a faint positive? Was 100% not expecting this and scared as I feel like AF might start any second. Are first response tests known to give false positives? Trying not to get my hopes up!

So 6Dpo here and I actually felt sick today. Now I always suffer from HG, but surely I can't get such a strong symptom this early!!!!?

Welcome @billi11 Flowers I had my peak on cd18, so for you dtd as much as possible would help (?) Dont give up yet for this month. It could be any day now x
