Hi all,

Just started the 2WW (I think) as I’m pretty sure I ovulated yesterday/today based on Flo & the bloatedness I’ve had...just wondered if anyone was at the same stage as me and how they were feeling about it all? This is TTC #1 for me xx

More than likely it wouldn't pick up the hormone level as it would still be very low. Don't dwell on it because it doesn't mean anything at this stage!! Xx

buntingandstarcharts · 14/03/2018 09:43

I tested at about 7DPO, obviously it was negative 🤣🤣

LG88 · 13/03/2018 19:39

Hope you are all OK ladies!! @buntingandstarcharts and @Hopefulbunny I am counting down the days and optimistically awaiting hearing good news from one of you! I think it is just the boost we all need. 💕

buntingandstarcharts · 13/03/2018 18:29

@Hopefulbunny I'm LOVING your positive vibes ❤️❤️ how many DPO are you? I'm 6 I think? Eeak! When will you test? Any symptoms? X

Hopefulbunny · 12/03/2018 21:47

Hi Ladies,

LG88 , I'm okay at the moment almost into the tricky bit of tww though! How are you what dpo are you

Buntingandstarcharts, I think anything before 10dpo is too early where are you at now?

I think one of us has to get a BFP We can do this!!!!!

buntingandstarcharts · 12/03/2018 12:35

How early is too early to test? X

buntingandstarcharts · 11/03/2018 15:45

@LG88 I'm 31 and it's our first too. Thank god for this thread where we are all a bit obsessive. How many DPI do you think you are? I wish you knew immediately after ovulation too as it would be easy to just move on!

LG88 · 11/03/2018 14:34

@buntingandstarcharts no not at all, I am 29. How about you? Is this no 1 for you too? I know, it makes it so much harder when it seems like it is happening so quickly and easily for everyone else. Not that you are not pleased for them but it does start to make you feel a bit low. Trouble is although you know that stressing about it makes it worse it's so hard to not have it on your mind the entire time. Straight after ovulation the days begin to drag so painfully!! I wish you could just know instantly so that you could just put it out of your mind if it's not the month. I really don't think it is our month either! Just not feeling it this time. Xx

buntingandstarcharts · 11/03/2018 13:58

@LG88 I have absolutely no symptoms at all and definitely don't feel like it's the month for us. I know when I ovulated yes and we made the most of it, but that hasn't helped over the past 3 months 🤣🤣 We did use that pre seed so maybe that helped? But we shall have to wait and see. I think I'm about 4 DPO? So early early days. I do wonder why it takes some people a long time and why some people fall pregnant so quickly? How old are you if you don't mind me asking? X

LG88 · 11/03/2018 13:13

@buntingandstarcharts thank you, yes I was absolutely fine afterwards, just came over very funny. Strange. I haven't noticed any symptoms but it is still early i guess and I have been really trying not to look too much into everything this time. I totally agree, Sundays are the worst!! It's so tough isn't it, I have had a few friends who have got pregnant in the first or second month of trying. I know it hasnt been long but it feels like forever and because it seems to happen for everyone else you start to question if anything is wrong dont you. Sad why do we do it to ourselves.. how are you feeling? Any symptoms? Do you know when you ovulated? Xx

buntingandstarcharts · 11/03/2018 12:42

@LG88 are you ok after fainting?! Omg how scary for you 😪😪 Do you think you're getting any symptoms? I'm going to the gym to put it out of my mind today! Sunday's are the worst for wondering hopefully! I totally agree! Why does everyone else get pregnant SO quickly. A few friends have fallen pregnant in the first two months. I know we've not been trying for much longer but it feels like the road is going to be longer. Xxx

LG88 · 09/03/2018 22:45

@buntingandstarcharts i have promised myself that I will not symptom spot this month. I nearly drove myself insane last month thinking every little thing was a sign. I weirdly am already sure this isn't going to be our month either but am hoping that will stop the pressure. I haven't tested this month so don't even know if I have ovulated yet but I got up in the night last night and fainted.. Weird. It must give you very mixed feelings to see your friend having fallen pregnant. Doesn't it feel like it happens so much more quickly for everyone else!!! Sad
@Hopefulbunny here's hoping you start a trend and get a BFP really soon. How are you feeling? Xx

buntingandstarcharts · 09/03/2018 13:14

Hi @Hopefulbunny and @LG88, I've decided I'm not even going to count DPO this month to avoid insanity. I did use OPK sticks and I think I know when I ovulated and we had sexy time everyday in the lead up and over that period. I just don't feel it's our month though. My best friend started trying the same month as I did, she is now pregnant and to avoid being crazy I need to not symptom spot as last month I really thought it was 'our month'. Do you girls have any symptoms? X

Hopefulbunny · 09/03/2018 12:21

Hi Ladies,

I'm in the tww now. I'm feeling hopeful that my cycles have returned to normal after early miscarriage.

I'm 3dpo now, I might test at 11/ 12 dpo.

How is everyone doing any symptoms yet.

LG88 · 08/03/2018 20:54

@buntingandstarcharts of course you are allowed to ask these questions!! I think that's what we are all here for! Smile
I wish I could say we would but I still think we will be freaking out in a weeks time!! I haven't taken OPKs this month so not totally sure if /when I have ovulated. Been a bit more difficult for us this time as we have been on a family holiday the week of ovulation but we have still managed every other day. I think it has helped as it has taken our minds off it all a bit I think. They say it should be around every other day I think.. How goes it for you ladies? Xx

@LG88 it's good that you're feeling calmer, I am too! Will we be the same in a week? Which day did you ovulate and how many times did you do *it? Am I allowed to ask such personal questions?! Haha I'm just wondering whether we do it enough/too much!

LG88 · 08/03/2018 12:15

*getting on..

LG88 · 08/03/2018 12:15

@buntingandstarcharts so far feeling much calmer this month, but for some reason I have already kind of accepted that I don't think this will be my month.. Confused how are you feeling?
@lucylondon32 how are you getting in? Did you get some tests? Xx

buntingandstarcharts · 08/03/2018 11:29

How are we girls? X

buntingandstarcharts · 05/03/2018 15:07

@lucylondon32 yes they're the ones, they do the job 👌🏻

lucylondon32 · 05/03/2018 14:35

@buntingandstarcharts me tooooo! Star x
Are the cheapy ones easy to use? Are they the ones where you watch for the line getting darker? How thick am I?? Hahah x

buntingandstarcharts · 05/03/2018 14:15

I got mine from amazon, they're super cheap and cheerful but do the job! I'm so pleased we have each other 😀😀

lucylondon32 · 05/03/2018 13:28

@LG88 @buntingandstarcharts thanks ladies! Which ones are best to use? Are the CB ones worth getting? I was looking at those in Asda x

LG88 · 05/03/2018 11:39

I agree, I used them one month just because I wanted to be sure that I was definitely ovulating and I found I felt better and less obsessive. At least it pin points a time for you rather than every day of your cycle feeling like you should do it even when you don't feel like it anymore just incase today's the day!! Xx
