Just that really.

Two of my husbands cousins have recently fallen pregnant and I am pretty sure my cousin is. Not to mention all the pregnant women at my work at the moment :(

Just annoying as I recently had a laparoscopy to search for endometriosis and nothing was found and I was told it was good news, yet I am still having gynaecological problems and I am yet to fall pregnant. My drs are useless and have no record of my laparoscopy and I can't afford IVF.

Any words of advice?

Hi Changeymcchangeyface. Totally can relate to you. I found out today my best friend and colleague is PG. I got married in the summer and have been secretly TTC since my Honeymoon to no avail - she wasn't TTC but it just happened. I was able to be completely honest and say that I am over the moon happy for her, but also so jealous she beat me to it! And we had a good old laugh about it. Yes part of me wants to cry that it's not fair, because on paper it isn’t - but i'm so happy for her and I’m glad I can ask her questions and see how her PG goes rather than googling and having non-personal responses. It also meant I can now talk openly to her about TTC which might take the pressure off my body now it's not a massive secret from my best friend. I also get to enjoy alcohol, lazy nights and mornings when she won't! Even if it’s only for a few months. So, I guess what I am trying to say is, there's pros and cons you can focus on but the cons are almost CERTAINLY going to negatively affect you and stop you conceiving, so why not focus on those positives whilst you can enjoy them and it might just do the same thing. You might end up letting your hair down one weekend and hey presto! Wishing you all luck, think positive and enjoy those few things while you can xx

No advice I'm afraid, hope some wise folks will stop by, but I know how you feel. It's been relentless baby news this last twelve
months. I'm happy and excited for my friends and family, but also want my turn to come!

Hey @Changeymcchangeyface it's shit isn't it? I'm just starting ivf and although one of the first of my friends to start trying now I am one of the few who doesn't have a child or is actively pregnant. This is honestly the hardest thing I've been through in my life.

How long gave you been trying and would you not be eligible for nhs ivf? X

No words of advice but weird internet hugs for you.

I'm in the same boat - both of my husbands cousins had babies within 4 weeks of each other just before Xmas and got several friends/colleagues who have recently fallen pregnant.

I was diagnosed with pcos at 19 so it's no surprise, but doesn't make it any easier. Putting off visiting DH's cousins as I don't know if I'll be able to put a brave face on for long enough
