Thought I'd start a new bus if that's okay as the Jan bus is getting quite full and I'm out of the loop.

I'll start with me

28
cycle 7
CD 14
Peak today on CBFM so should Ov tomorrow:-)
AF due 16/1

I have to say I'm fed up of this- we're using CBFM, softcups and preseed.

I don't know about anyone but me and DP are thoroughly fed up of having sex right now!! Although we're keeping it fun- to a degree. I wouldn't say we're dtd nearly enough this FW!

Feel so relieved I was worried I wasn't ovulating after 8 years on Cilest BC and a ruptured ovarian cyst and no luck this cycle. I'm now CD 26 and finally got my first positive OPK! I started drinking grapefruit juice 2 days ago and CM came same day and now this could be coincidence but I'm sure it's helped me! Already DTD as soon as I tested had no hope left tbh but something just told me to test haha. Good luck all xx

Hi everyone can I join?

Age 31
TTC1
Cycle 1 after MC
CD10

I usually have long cycles (can be 32-42 days) so going to have to try and DTD as much as possible to cover all bases although I'm going away with work for almost a week next week so will miss some days! Have worked out I'll probably be ok if I DTD a lot when I get back.

LookingAtTheStars89 · 06/01/2018 13:25

@Poptart4. Im ttc no.4 too. I've always been a one try tina and got pregnant in June but lost it in August not been pregnant since.

LookingAtTheStars89 · 06/01/2018 13:23

@Emelene. Some people might get a bit cross when I say this but if you can manage without lubricant then I would. I know conceive plus has parabens in it and they can mimic estrogen which could screw things up in your body :-/

Poptart4 · 06/01/2018 13:21

Congrats bumplovin :)

Sorry to all those who are out :(

According to my fertility app I'm due to ovulate today. We dtd on Wed morning , thurs night and this morning. Hoping this is enough to get a bfp. This is our 6th cycle ttc no. 4. It's never taken this long to conceive before. Starting to think it's never going to happen :(:(

Emelene · 06/01/2018 13:05

Congratulations @bumplovin! All the best. :)

I've just entered fertile week, using Fertile Check fertility gel (from Boots) for the first time. Totally didn't realise that the Sylk we had been using can be a barrier to sperm. Blush Glad I've realised now! Can anyone recommend any fertility friendly lubricant? People seem to talk about preseed?

Moo8879 · 06/01/2018 12:02

Do you have a link?

TheIntrovertedMum · 06/01/2018 11:13

I've started a secret Facebook group for 2018 ttc if anyone wants to join. It's with a few of the ladies from my born in Oct 16 baby group x

EvangelineM · 06/01/2018 11:03

Your pregnant congratulations!

cakeanytype · 06/01/2018 09:26

@Bumplovin it's darker today !!!

MrsO28 · 06/01/2018 08:37

@EvangelineM I had mirena out in July. I had a 5 day bleed, then another 7 day bleed two weeks later. Pretty much the whole bloody month. Nightmare.
After this, cycles settled to being very regular - 27-8 day cycles, 3 day AF. Only just started properly TTC rather than being a bit more careful.

jubbablub · 06/01/2018 08:32

@Bumplovin Huge congrats. That’s a line!

Testing next Friday. Trying so hard not to symptom spot. Still feeling nauseous and a bit crampy.

ronniemipperton · 06/01/2018 08:25

^ that looks like a line to me bumplovin! Congratulations!

ronniemipperton · 06/01/2018 08:25

Totally baffled by what my body’s up to this month. Have been temping and doing CB OPKs. Now on CD21 and have had flashing smileys for days with (I know you’re not supposed to look at the lines but) the line getting darker and darker. Until today when it’s disappeared completely (still flashing smiley). And no temp rise. Very odd, I was really expecting a peak today. Ah well.

Bumplovin · 06/01/2018 08:23

Is this positive?

Bumplovin · 06/01/2018 08:22

This is this mornings what do you think?

Kkk87 · 06/01/2018 07:34

I'm jumping on new thread. I was on last January bus..

Age 30
TTC #1
Cycle #6 (since mc in September)
CD 13 (ovulation predicted today)
Af or BFP due 20th jan

Last af arrived Christmas Day, was a tough one as didn't think I'd end the year and still not be pregnant again..
I've got 4 baby showers coming up and they're all within 6 weeks! I really didn't want to still be TTC by then. But before this what it is . FX for everyone

SadWinky · 06/01/2018 00:20

Hope it’s ok if if I hop on. Since miscarriage earlier this year I hadn’t seen signs of ovulation and cycles all over place so although had been trying, was not holding out much hope. Now cycles seem to be settling down, am tentatively dipping a toe in. FX for all! Will try to hold out to my AF due date (20th Jan) to test...

Age 34
Ttc #2
cycle 7
CD 12
Got what I think are positive OPKs yesterday and today
AF due 20/1.

EvangelineM · 06/01/2018 00:02

I don't know how many DPO I am, I had the coil out on 7 December and bled for about four days, then I bled again on the 22nd for five days, very heavily. I've assumed that was my period but after five years of the coil, I've no idea of how long my cycle is, how long AF is etc. According to flo, yesterday was ovulation day.

Today I feel nausea, tiredness, breast pain and achy stomach. Also been quite teary.

When DH and I DTD two days ago, I had a touch of spotting afterward for an hour then nothing since.

Guess I will just have to wait and see whether AF is coming sooner than Flo says.

Has anyone else had the mirena coil removed and began ttc?
