What age would you consider "old" to be TTC#1

Posting because I'm anxious and paranoid about my age and TTC. I keep seeing commend where people have referred to ages and saying "later in life" etc and things like that. What age would you consider old/older for TTC#1?

I have two friends who have conceived #1 at 45 and 46. They are both young in outlook, physically fit and great parents. One of them fitted in a second child 3 years later.

I’m pregnant with number 1 and will be 36 by my due date. Quite average among my friendship group.

Older than 40 but I know first times mums who are early 40s and all is good
