Hi, so I’ve been off contraception since June, I fell pregnant after about 6 weeks but unfortunately the pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 6 weeks. I’ve been reading a lot online about the luteal phase. My luteal phase is only 11 days and I have a 26 day cycle, I’ve read that anything under a 10 day luteal phase can be considered a fertility problem and can cause miscarriage. And 12-14 is considered normal. So I’m right in the middle of short and “Normal”. I just want to hear other people’s stories on having an 11 day luteal phase and if people done anything to try and lengthen their luteal phase. .
