So couldn't resist, did a first response, BFN, 6 or 7 days before my 1st missed day of my period - I'm hoping I'm just too early, as I my cycles not exactly regular... urgh, feeling so deflated, I knew I shouldn't have tested yet... :(

Not too bad I'm planning to test in the morning but not very hopeful as had sore boobs and cramps all week. Af due sunday or Monday!

So symptom spotting has reached its peak, even though logic dictates that there will be no symptoms 😂 still have a week till im due to do a pregnancy test according to ovia. Trying not to convince myself of anything either way, as I've started getting a thick white discharge, much like hand lotion which I've never had before... I'm keeping everything crossed it's a good sign and not just my body prepping for AF. How's everyone else feeling? Xxx

@Kah09 I'm on the folic acid and I've been on metformin for a few months as well as insulin but I've started taking Pregnacare supplements off my own back too.

My blood sugars were actually really good when pregnant with my son. Basically I just gave myself loads of extra insulin when I ate!!

@BandhaAid hello fellow type 1 diabetic!! It's so nice to read your posts and I wish you lots of luck! Please let me know how you get on with your sugars etc. as my care team were a little disappointing during my last appointment!

Have you been recommended any other supplements other than 5mg folic acid?

Also, a bit of a general question for others on here too - which thermometers would you recommend? And apps? I use ovia but my predicted fertile window is always off by a week at least! X

No problem. I try to make sure we do it five days in a row from when I start getting ewcm until the day after I ovulate according to my bbt

@BandhaAid that is a fabulous idea, if I don't even tell him my window then there can't be any pressure because he wouldn't have a clue without me letting him know. Thank you so much for the advice. Xxx

I know it's hard when your partner seems stressed by it all. This month we were much relaxed than last month and it helped that we didn't really talk about it. I initiated sex because obviously I was aware of my fertile window than my husband is but we didn't start having regular sex until cd11, which means we didn't get bored of it. Just try to keep it light and loving rather than a chore, the same as if you were having sex without the aim of conceiving.

@BandhaAid we're trying to do it regular-ish, every 2-3 days throughout cycle, but we did have 5 days without not long after AF, then we've concentrated our 'efforts' around the two days of my ovia predicted fertility peak then had a day break before back at it the the day of and day after my LH spike. Xx

Very early, I'm normally more late than early,
Last af was 1/11 I think and I ovulated 17/11 (did a few opk on the sly)
So due based on my cycle 1/12

That's really early, isn't it? Did you ovulate early this cycle?

Was really trying to be relaxed this month but who was I kidding, I would have loved an Xmas bfp especially as we have a newborn in the family.

Currently 5dpo.

Feeling a bit despondent today, I'm a pessimist and always expect the worst, so I'm not getting my hopes up for a BFP this cycle.

I've driven my DH insane by obsessing, and have felt like I've had to force him to BD even though he's the one who has felt ready for a baby longer than me! I don't think he likes the pressure of performing as he's usually all over me constantly - has anyone experienced anything similar :( I need to work out how to not be so intense/ obsessive... we've been together 11 years, married for 1 and I don't want to make this process unemployable for him :( xx

Me too, but I'm 9dpo today and AF is due on Thursday so it's early days.

Well I'm due around 1/12, ovulation was 17/12 and sure I had implantation spotting on Friday.
Couldn't wait so did a Frer, I think it's bfn but not convinced I can't see something!!!
Arghh!
