Smellybluecheese · 29/10/2017 09:40

41, first month. Definitely was not expecting that!

carpetbrush · 29/10/2017 09:40

25- 16 months (expecting first now)

DoAsDreamersDo · 29/10/2017 09:39

33 and I've been trying for 6 months so far. It often seems to happen straight away or take a long time so I'm expecting a long road ahead at this stage.

Dinosaursdontgrowontrees · 29/10/2017 09:35
  1. Pregnant first cycle.
RaeCJ82 · 29/10/2017 09:34

Got pregnant on 3rd cycle TTCing at 35 but sadly MC. Pregnant again two months later, DS is now 1.

Decided to TTC #2 at 36, took 1 try but MC again. Got pregnant again that same cycle and it’s twins. I’ll be 37 when they’re born.

So pregnant 4 times really easily but lost half of them (all very early I should add).

SirSidneyRuffDiamond · 29/10/2017 09:05

I was 37 when I finally got pregnant after 13 years of trying. No hint of a pg before that at all. Unexplained infertility.

WaitingForEgg · 29/10/2017 08:54

26, TTC for 2 months

Eminybob · 29/10/2017 08:53

32 when started trying, 3 months to first bfp, but that ended in miscarriage, then a further 6 months to conceive DS.

We are on month 14 of trying for number 2 and I’m now 37 Sad

Hanuman · 29/10/2017 08:53
  1. 5 years.
userabcname · 29/10/2017 08:53

28 - straight away! Very lucky I know.

bulldogmum · 29/10/2017 08:51

Eek forgot age - 1sr DC was 34, had her at 35. This time I’m 36 and will have him at 37.

QueenInTheNorth26 · 29/10/2017 08:51

22 and 3 months

crazypenguinlady · 29/10/2017 08:50

I was 29 (3 months shy of 30) and got pregnant on first cycle with my son.

bulldogmum · 29/10/2017 08:50

1st Dc - was on pill and fell pregnant by accident within a few weeks of dating now DH.
2nd DC (currently 26 wks pg)- one shag.

Seem so to be no reason why some are quick and others struggle. Also felt a bit guilty as had a good friend going through 7 years of fertility treatment. Sending everyone luck who’s trying.

Badgoushk · 29/10/2017 08:50

Aged 36, on my first cycle

ScarletSienna · 29/10/2017 08:47

I just wanted to add to my post, the second time we were ttc my periods and cycles were erratic and I think this is linked to me being older even though only three years so. I was also shocked to learn just how much the odds of chromosomal disorders increased year on year.

tiggersdontlikehoney · 29/10/2017 08:45
  1. Had sex once. Took the MAP and it didn't work.
converseandjeans · 29/10/2017 08:45

31 and took 4 years for DD then 36 and second cycle for DS (so way quicker than expected)

AccrualIntentions · 29/10/2017 08:43

(Undiagnosed PCOS, needed Clomid in the end).

AccrualIntentions · 29/10/2017 08:43

Started at 30. Took 2 and a half years.

MsJuniper · 29/10/2017 08:42

34 and it took a year.

Tried again at 38 and it’s taken 3 years and 6 mc to get to being currently 17 wks.

Flowers to all those who’ve had to deal with issues ttc
