Thought someone better start a new thread as we're getting close to the 1000 mark!
Ready - what's your question?

Just been off wandering around the MN universe. Found this thread which made me giggle. Enjoy the silence while you can.

Ready · 15/05/2007 13:22

What's all this Pink talk I've missed

How's everyone doing? Any BFPs???

nomoremagnolia · 14/05/2007 17:41

WoodmouseWithPinkEars?

Woodmouse · 14/05/2007 13:17

agree with Nomore - very quiet again on the TTC1 thread. I've been stuffed at work, but managed a fair bit of BD-ing over the weekend in between Eurovision party-ing, although I dare say it was at the wrong time, but fun anyway . I think my costume may have had something to do with it!!! DH is off on his travels (again) returning next Sunday. Is anyone else now in the 2WW period?

LOL at all the pink names. Have been trying to think how I could "pink" Woodmouse, but Pinkmouse or Woodpink doesn't really do it....

PinkElephant · 14/05/2007 09:25

Ha ha!! Love it.....all so pink and girlie!! . Good to see you ladies are on top form

nomoremagnolia · 13/05/2007 21:02

Though like Bella, I think I'll stick with what I know.
Hope you're all well, it's been very quiet on here recently are you all shagging? (not in a group orgy kind of way though! )

Couldn't resist, sorry!!

BellaBear · 13/05/2007 16:51

Think I'll stick to this one!

EveryoneLovesPink · 13/05/2007 16:50

Or this?

PinkBellaBear · 13/05/2007 16:48

How about this?

nomoremagnolia · 13/05/2007 15:58

can I be nomorePINK

OP posts:
cityangel · 12/05/2007 22:07

Hmmm I could be PinkCityAngel... nice ring

I had high expectations for Accupuncture after 10 sessions, this time it wasn't for me. The central London costs don't help. During the sessions I have to admit to being sceptical and sadly felt no different.

Other than the relaxing effects of lying motionless for 45 minutes in the middle of the day it didn't change my cycles.

I am still not adverse to the idea as everything I read suggested it would work out long term, but at this point in time I think I need more medical info on our situation before trying it again.

PinkElephant · 12/05/2007 13:51

Pinkmartini - so sorry, I really didn't mean to offend you, I'm just laughing at how many pinkies there are....pinkslippers, pinkranger and there's a few more but can't remember them all now.
Bella - go girl

PinkMartini · 11/05/2007 21:31

Oh no PE, don't do that!
And you were here first!! I didn't mean to confuse anyone! i just didn't really like my other name. I have bid for dancing queen in the MN nickname auction, so I'll change over to that when MNHQ say we can pay.

Very tired and having probs with computer today.

BellaBear · 11/05/2007 20:28

Hi PinkElephant! GP appointment on Wednesday, and already having lots of sex (Wahey!)

PinkElephant · 11/05/2007 19:24

Hope you're all well and have a lovely weekend. Really must think about changing my name as there are so many "pinkies" on the thread, even I'm getting confused. New start and new name perhaps ......or a different shade....purple elephant?

Woodmouse - what an excellent theme for a party, I'm sure they'll be some "beauties"

How are you feeling Bella? Fingers crossed for the ovulation/GP appointment next month

Ready - How are you hun? Where are you in your cycle now? I went to the GP to have two seperate blood tests to check my Beta HCG's and am delighted to report they are doubling nicely.....next bridge to cross is the scan next wk hopefully

Where's Gilly disappeared to?

PinkMartini · 11/05/2007 17:56

I've looked and actually my lady isn't on that list which surprised me. She is, however, really lovely and I've been going to her for 5 years. If you want me to give you her details, let me know and I'll cat you.

Woodmouse · 11/05/2007 17:37

LOL at drilling holes in the ceiling - hilarious.

Pink Martini - W11 is practically my manor! I'll have a look at the list send by Cityangel. I think I qualify as very run down and would like to try something that actually works to rebalance you rather than a nice-but-not-very-medicinal-message or something. I feel like it is Pamper Woodmouse Weekend!

what's everyone up to at the weekend? I am off to a Eurovision party, which is fancy dress. I am trying to persuade DH to go as Dana International in a dress and heels, but I think the possibility of that is vanishingly remote! He keeps muttering about putting on tennis whites and going as Cliff Richard

cityangel · 11/05/2007 16:52

Well that's handy! You could drill a hole through the ceiling and get long needles!

herbaceous · 11/05/2007 14:59

Cityangel - how extraordiinary! One of the recommended practitioners from that list practices from the clinic above my office!

cityangel · 11/05/2007 13:38

It's advised to pick on from here: here

PinkMartini · 11/05/2007 13:29

LOL Herbaceous- My fab lady is english and in W11 so rather more like the latter (though no whale music thankfully!) but as I haven't been to a Chinese acupuncturist I can't give a helpful answer. Sorry.

herbaceous · 11/05/2007 13:00

I have a question about acupuncture - is it best to go to a old-school Chinese place, with jars of herbs in the window and all that, or a touchy-feely middle-class place with whale music?

PinkMartini · 11/05/2007 12:54

Woodmouse - re acupuncture I was recommended mine by my MIL but I can ask her if she can recommend anyone not in London.
It's usually relaxing and I feel so much better afterwards - sometimes a bit spaced, sometimes a bit euphoric. I've been having treatment on and off for five years - whenever I get run down I go, and she puts me back in balance, now she is working on getting me pregnant. She thinks I'm going to have a girl first.
I am v needle phobic but with this, it's worth it and I just deal with it.
