Hi Tigerchick
yes i'll probably be testing in the morning, against my better judgement!!
really and truly my cycle used to be like clockwork, 28 days but have had 3 "late" cyles of 36, 37 and 40 days in last 3 months, so i shouldn't test tomorrow. was so sure by my temps etc that this should be a 28 day cycle (well that's all we bd'd for!) now of course i'm convinced i got it wrong and we've done it at the wrong time.
(me? obsess?!)

hope you get sorted soon by the way!
not sure there's anyone else left on this cycle...where's my cycle buddy....waiting4bambino??

tigerschick · 25/04/2007 09:18

Hi ladies.

Stresshed - Sorry about your m/c. I agree that bd-ing every other day across the middle of your cycle is the best bet. There are ways of telling when you're ov-ing to do with ewcm etc but regular bd-ing will cover it either way.

Kazza - I know what you mean about obsessing (I gave it up ages ago as my body is crap!) but I know how easy it is to get sucked in! Will you be testing in the morning? Good luck.

Anyone else still here? Hi if there is anyone!

kazza25 · 25/04/2007 08:34

hi everyone, sorry not been on for a couple of weeks but i was finding i was obsessing so much in the 2WW that this making me worse! NO OFFENCE......
now i'm due on tomorrow so allowed myself the luxury of a final 24hrs of guilty obsessing, just in case!! no obvious symptoms of pg or af, but last 5 days have had twinges in abdomen, either side, mild and short lasting. seem to be worse when bladder is slightly full?! don't remember any of this with ds. been a bit stressy at dh and weepy on occasion but prob af....anyhow
Stresshedd.........if your cycle is 26 to 30 days, i would be bding from cd9 to 20, every other day (or more often if you're up to it!! then you should def be covering all possibilities.

sorry to those whose af arrived and congrats to the BFP's. seems to be a lucky thread on the whole!

have a good day....bound to be checkking in regularly to make the most of it.

stresshedd · 24/04/2007 23:32

Hi girls,

Haing been here for a few months, been trying to keep my mind occupied wit other things, not really succeeding tho...

I MC in April last year at 12 weeks and have been ttc since Aug last year but no luck.

Can anyone just confirm for me, if your monthly cycle is normally around 26-30 days, you should be BDing around 10-14 days after LMP, no? Im driving myself mad, I keep reading different thngs and am wandering if Im doing it at the right time or missing out on vital days!!

Any advice would be great,

Hope youre all well

Morning ladies.

BM - Huge Congratulations. Really pleased for you. Hope all goes well from here on in

AM - Sorry about your af. Hope you get some answers at the drs tomorrow. Are you TTC #1? If not, you may get help on the nhs even if you haven't been trying long this time. That's what I'm doing.

Lexie - chin up sweetie. Hope you also get some answers tomorrow. Make sure you tell them how low this is making you feel and that you need to know what is going on. Come back and let us know what they said, if you can bear to

Bbabymumma · 24/04/2007 10:32

Lexie am so sorry. My message had crossed over with yours. I had got to the point of giving up too. No AF for you yet though. These tests can be such a nightmare.

I was imagining it every month don't worry! I was obsessively symptom spotting. Maybe test again after 11dpo if AF still not here. If it does arrive - crack that bottle of wine open.
