Any October testers?

Well Af turned up with a vengeance today( over 2 weeks late!!) 😩

I did two tests a few days after missed period. Bfn

Have you done a test @Wants? Brown blood is old blood so it might be implantation.

Just don't know what is going on ATM. Period now 14 days late. Last few days, a couple of times when I've been to the loo there has been a smear of old brown blood on the tissue but nothing has come of it. What the flip is going on???!!!

I've turned into a symptom spotting lunatic. I'm 7DPO and having dizzy spells. No sign of PMT and I'd normally be all over the shop by now. BFN today although not with FMU. I know it was pointless but I had to do something!

AF due in 7 days i.e. Thursday . Would it be wrong to test every day? I have 5 tests left ...

I'd forgotten how shit the 2ww was.

Sorry for all the BFN's and AF arrivals this week. FX for next month.
Still no AF or BFP for me!

@shortcake76 I thought the same thing about them till I joined mumsnet and seen how successful they can be? My DH thinks the same thing! I’ve convinced him to get some cheap one on amazon so that’s a start, after getting over AF showing today we’ve decided to give it another go and hopefully get that November BFP thanks for your help!xx

@Page123 I am convinced it was down to the kit that we fell. We'd been trying for 18 months. I had held off buying them as thought they were a fad and overpriced, but I can honestly say I think it helped us to pinpoint precisely when it was high and peak fertility time. My DH is still unconvinced, however, and refuses to believe a plastic stick as he calls it! I guess he is erring on the side of cautious and not getting his hopes up.

And shortcake 76 I might purchase the clear blue ovulation kit if you say it helped you? Maybe in the new year if we go back to TTC it would help thanks :)

I think I’m out 😔 I had brown spotting this morning and it’s now red, AF playing tricks. Don’t know if we’ll try again it’s been 7 1/2 month ttc and the BFN don’t get any easier but I might change my mind and see you in a November thread? Good luck JenNtonic :) xx

Hi girls. Had BFN yesterday on FRER test and AF due tomorrow and still have all the preggo symptoms aagghhhh xx aww page we need those mittens that go through ya coat, but with the string cut short to keep our hands off the tests. I'm not even TTC I'm just convinced now and after the BFN I must say, despite my situation, I'm quite upset, it's ridiculous !!!
Shortcake I don't think I'm gonna last until the end of the day let alone a week !! Lol xx

do hold out. I did one test and it was negative, left it a week and got a positive.

I have to say too that we were ttc for nearly 18 months and in the end I purchased ClearBlue Advanced Digital Ovulation testing kit and I am convinced it was down to this as I'd got my dates all wrong previously.

Hiya! I did my test today I couldn’t wait 🙈 but it was BFN :( so AF is 7 days late now I’ll try again in 3 days but that will be the last one because it’s driving me crazy having all the symptoms and no AF but BFN!! But then it took my sister in law 2 weeks before she hit a BFP so holding out hope!

Well the signs are certainly there aren't they :-) I'd def test again weds. I got a test today but I'm waiting for the morning to take it xx (half scared half excited ) xx

Can I join? I’m now 6 days late I had BFN on the day AF was due and 4 days later. Now tempted to test on Wednesday so I’d be 8 days late?
Been having cramps and put off food and a cold so I don’t know if it’s all in head or anyone else is the same?

Hi ladies.
In mmmmmm AF is due on Thursday. We haven't been trying as such but have had unprotected sex 4 times in the last month.... anyway OH is on his way home with FRER tests. Do you think I should test tonight or wait until the morning ? Does anyone know what it says on the instructions?
My boobs are on fire and swollen, I'm breaking wind a lot, have some heartburn, am constantly hungry and SHATTERED.

I'm on CD20 today and BFP due on the 18th. I've been off the pill since July so my cycles are a bit irregular but definitely feeling strange post ovulation. I'm so thirsty, can't sleep at night and have lots of lower back pain and left ovary pain as well as morning nausea and dizziness. I also had pink spotting on CD18. Didn't really DTD that much this month and I'd love to think that it was going to happen but I'm not convinced. Hoping to hold out till the end of my period to test but really struggling with the wait already!

shortcake76 as much as I’d love it to be implantation I’m pretty sure it’s going to lead to af. Feeling pretty fed up tbh, I never thought it would take so long.

Spotting so think I’m out 😔

I'm still waiting for Af to arrive but 2 bfn's must mean I'm out for this month. I've been having really intense 'baby' dreams the last few nights.
