I've eaten a whole box of orange matchmakers instead of dinner. I've read almost every post on AIBU. There's nothing happening on Facebook. I've got 12 days until I can poas..........someone join me and keep me sane

Ah @Paragonian it might just be a little too early still. Fingers crossed for you!
Well after saying I had not a hint of a symptom, today they have arrived in full force. Boobs that feel so heavy and sore I had to wear a sports bra to bed and every now and again I'm getting these really sharp stabbing pains right up my fanny Confused only lasts a few seconds but my god!! Ow!! The closer it comes to actually testing the more I'm bricking it...

Paragonian · 24/09/2017 10:15

Thanks @EsmeGNU !!!! Have two FRER's left, so may try and test again over next few days.

Have just booked flights for next two cycles anyway. Really difficult living separately to DH! Anyone else in this situation?

Very grateful for a short cycle though! 24/25 days Wink

EsmeGNU · 24/09/2017 10:11

You aren’t out until AF arrives @Paragonian FX you get some good news between now and Wednesday.

Here's the pic, couldn't attach it to previous message for some reason.

@EsmeGNU no idea of resting heart rate changes! Although there is some threads about it changing following ovulation (search Fitbit and hr)

Just done an early response test, due on 27th. No lines for me, not a sign of a faint one 😔

Perhaps too early to test... I doubt it though

EsmeGNU · 23/09/2017 23:54

Just with my brother and we’ve been dicking around with my mum’s blood pressure machine (yeah I know rock and roll Saturday night) and I think my resting heart rate is up?!? Sigh or symptom of crazy? 😂

I agree with @Bubble04 if you are in the two week wait, even if you are BFP, you are sharing a blood supply so no need to worry about a glass of wine. No harm relaxing and enjoying yourself @ScarlettOH and @GnTplease

I had the water craving the month I had my chem @Bubble04, and I’m like you, barely ever drink. Really hope your get your BFP. FX.

Bubble04 · 23/09/2017 17:13

I can't see the problem with drinking a small glass of wine occasionally (or indeed a g and t). It's not like the placenta has developed etc... I may be wrong though so don't quote me!
I seem to be craving water. I never drink water. In fact I very rarely drink without being reminded (bad I know), but today had to buy a bottle of water on my way through m and s. Not like me at all! Doubt it's a sign of anything. More likely my body's way of telling me to get my act together!

GnTplease · 23/09/2017 17:01

I wasn't sure about the drinking thing @ScarlettOH what is everyone else doing? We had people over last night so I had a couple...I'm pretty sure even if you are pregnant the baby isn't feeding from you this early? Also, as you can prob tell from my username, I'm partial to a drink on the weekend and don't fancy 2 weeks every month of no drinking for the foreseeable future. Obviously will stop completely when I get my BFP!

ScarlettOH · 23/09/2017 16:26

9dpo today. Did Zumba this morning and out for dinner with DH tonight. Not sure whether or not to have wine... on one hand I am still getting BFN but on the other hand if I do end up being pregnant this cycle I'll feel guilty that I drank (had a previous MC / blighted ovum and know I'll be really anxious if I do get pregnant again). It's probably not worth the upset. Going on holiday on Wednesday, AF due Thursday. Hope I know for sure by then so I can enjoy my holiday (and lots of holiday drinks if I'm not PG)

This waiting thing sucks

Bubble04 · 23/09/2017 08:46

@Paragonian it's ovia. I quite like it so far, but it's my first month using it, so time will tell
@EsmeGNU I know. We have antibacterial gel dispensers in every room and corridor to try to help, but still to no avail. I blame the government for giving us attendance targets so everyone sends poorly kids to school... so much snot in my class right now it's crazy Sad

Paragonian · 23/09/2017 08:40

@Bubble04 hi, I also temp, but use kindara. What app are you using? Your chart looks great!!!! The rise comes following ovulation, confirming it. So it's a way to help you figure out dpo without using opk's. A nice consistent rise also shows a healthy luteal phase. So sorry you're ill now!!!

@MrsMallon14 are you doing another test soon?

EsmeGNU · 23/09/2017 08:32

I never get a strong positive on OPK @MrsMallon14 so frustrating. You testing today?

Hey @Bubble04 I’m not very good at charting but that looks pretty encouraging from what I’ve read. FX. Sucks that you’ve caught a bug. When are schools going to start introducing some kind of antibacterial sheep dip for the little germ factories? 😂

OP posts:
Bubble04 · 23/09/2017 06:46

Thought I'd attach my temp chart as my early morning ramble made no sense. Does anyone else temp? Is this a good sign or am I clutching at straws? X

Bubble04 · 23/09/2017 06:13

Hello to everyone who's just joined us on the crazy train x

@GreggsSausageRolls so excited for you! Have you done another test yet? When is DH back?

@EsmeGNU my weepiness is semi gone I think. I seem to be coming down with a cold (completely unrelated - the curse of teaching autumn term). No real symptoms I don't think, but my temp chart is looking weird. Never done temping before, so not sure how to read it. At the beginning of the cycle temps were similar and low. Got a big spike on ovulation day, then temps have stayed high but consistent... haven't taken temp since being poorly as I'm sure it'll ruin my pretty graph Hoping the high temp is a symptom... now 8dpo, and af due 2nd oct. I hate this waiting!!!!!

Paragonian · 22/09/2017 23:22

Oh it's so horrible waiting... @GreggsSausageRolls that looks like some great lines to me. Can't see the extra line on yours @MrsMallon14 but it's oh so late and I'm officially wrecked after this week so ignore me really! But like you said, tests are so deceiving 😫

Crazy symptom spotting here too. I'm convinced my wee smells different (tmi sorry!), random cramps briefly today and again now (although nearer my ribs at the moment...!), more spots than usual also. No dreams here like many of you, but am waking up very happy past few days. Also told I looked fabulous today... much too early for that glowing nature people talk of!!!

MrsMallon14 · 22/09/2017 22:06

@esmeGNU it's so deceptive. I flung it in the bin then got out the shower and was like I'll just look again and thought I seen something! Haha. I'm only 9 (potentially 10) dpo. Not sure as didn't get a strong positive opk.

I've had some symptoms like, super tired, cramps, strange cervical mucus. Just really hope it is a real line in a few days!

Why oh why do we all have to wait so long! Really hope we are all getting bfps this cycle! 😁

EsmeGNU · 22/09/2017 21:12

I was just about to say no @MrsMallon14 but then it suddenly appeared. Fingers crossed the phantom line is an actual line. How many dpo are you?

OP posts:
MrsMallon14 · 22/09/2017 20:53

The dreams are horrible!! I had one the other night that it was a positive test and then had to wake up to the dreaded wait!!

That test definitely looks like a positive to me!! Congrats!

I've been naughty and tested today! 2 days earlier than the early test states! I'm going mad because I think I see something and my friend thinks so to! Can you guys see anything...? Totally going to spend all weekend testing now, af not due until 27th.

We'll I've eaten a whole box of chocolates, what to do for the next 12 days. 2ww testing end of Sept
EsmeGNU · 22/09/2017 18:52

I've had the dreams @GnTplease totally there with you. Couple of times I've woken up wondering if it was real.

Hey @MegEmski absolutely you are welcome to join. My app reckons early October but I'm fairly sure I ovulated earlier than usual. We love a pointless symptom spot around here.

Where you off to @CoffeeWithMyOxygen somewhere with lots of sun?

You definitely aren't out yet @ScarlettOH, like @GnTplease says you've probably not implanted yet.

So lovely to have some simp any on the crazy train! I've had a lot of CM this week, which I'm sure isn't usual. I do have a bit of a selective memory with symptoms though 😂 What cycle are you guys on?

OP posts:
GnTplease · 22/09/2017 18:32

@ScarlettOH I don't think implantation happens until 10-12 dpo so deffo too early to test and you're not out at all! Wait a few days and try again.

ScarlettOH · 22/09/2017 18:16

I took it and I wish I hadn't. BFN. 8po on a FRER. Not sure if that means I'm out or it's just still too early. AF due in 6 days. Feel really miserable about the situation now

ScarlettOH · 22/09/2017 17:12

AF due in 6 days and contemplating taking a FRER. (IC showing BFN)
Would love to chill out and wait a few more days but I'm so impatient Sad

loobylou124 · 22/09/2017 15:19

Me too @meg ... 10 days to go, 2dpo today. Already fed up of all the aches and twinges, lol! X

CoffeeWithMyOxygen · 22/09/2017 14:53

Esme, looks like we're on pretty much the same cycle as if Clue was right then I'm also 6dpo. Going on holiday next week but I caved and bought some FRERs to take in case AF doesn't turn up as expected...
