Is anyone else testing this week?

Would be good to chat to others who are due to POAS this week! Will be 11dpo tomorrow and tempted to do a FRER; but I had a chemical 2 months ago that is putting me off. According to Ovia AT isn't due til next Wednesday Hmm think it's gone a bit odd this month. Always 28-29 day cycles so not sure why it's given me a 34 day this month!

Anyone else hoping for a BFP this week?

well AF arrived on Saturday whilst I was away chilling out a retreat... not the best time for it to happen but onwards and upwards for next month!

Oh no @Mammabear31 Sad sorry af got you! I'm cd30 and no sign of af yet. Still mild cramps every now and then, and the odd wave of nausea. As I say though, I'm predicting af will show by Monday as I think I O'd 2 weeks prior to that. And I know my body is def up to something. To be fair if I do get af I'll just be thankful my body is back into natural cycles after the pill, so realistically I shouldn't really moan. Some women wait months!

@Mammabear31 I'd feel they were more hopeful if I hadn't stopped the pill. I'm pretty convinced it's just withdrawal from the pill. I didn't feel like this the last time I came off it but I guess every time is different! I think I'll wait until Monday, and see if af shows. I am thinking I ovulated on 28th August which will be two weeks and I'll be 14dpo. So if no af maybe test Tuesday.

I'm also off out to the pub and having a glass of wine. Figured I can't stop my life whilst trying to guess what my body is doing!! WineWine

Yes I will probably test again tomorrow morning, although I am having a glass (or 2) of wine tonight - it's been a long week!

Are you going to test? All your symptoms sound very promising!

@Mammabear31 argh, I'm still holding on to hope then until af shows up! My body is definitely doing something, cramping, waves of nausea, sensitive boobs. But I know full well this could all be af. Although have never had the nausea pre-af.

Gunna try holding out until early next week and test again with a FRER if no af.

I hope your line gets darker @Mammabear31 ! Are you testing again tomorrow? X

Stil no sign of AF for me either! So weird because I spotted 4 days ago and when I spot my period arrives within 24-48 hours and it hasn't. If it doesn't arrive by Sunday I will test again. I'm quite nervous though because we are not actually trying to get pregnant, I already have two DS's aged 3 and 2!

I tested this morning cd29 and bfn Sad but I realised I could only be 11dpo and it's possible to be negative and still be pregnant at 11dpo isn't it? I think I ov'd 28th August and usually have 28 day cycles but it's first month off the pill which is why I think I O'd later

Usually 28-29 days. Just tried using 3rd wee of the day, I can't tell if I'm hoping or if there's a faint line, but either way it's not good news as I would expect it to be darker by now.

I honestly can't remember either - it was 4.5 years ago! - but hey, everything's a symptom at this point; right?! Grin

@Mammabear31 it's awful not knowing isn't it. I've basically got no clue what my cycle length will be so I could be at any point 😂
One thing though... me and DH dtd this evening and it felt different. Like GOOD different. DH said he noticed it too. Everything was so sensitive and it just felt...not like it usually does!
Does it feel different when you're pregnant?! I can't remember from the first time around - we hardly did it anyway! But it's definitely got me wondering if I'm still in with a shot because it really didn't feel like normal.

I'm with you on the wine front, pjs - another negative this morning but no AF either - I wish I knew either way so I could put the kettle on or get the wine out!

Am also on CD28 so I guess we'll just see what happens, although I'm thinking that if I haven't had a positive by now; I probably won't. Trying so hard to keep my hopes as low as possible, 15 months of this has made me realise I need to hedge my bets.

@auroracase at the moment I've just got cheapo Morrisons tests, and a clear blue but I'm hoping to use that when I have a sniff of a positive on a cheaper one.

Hello ladies, long time lurker but 1st time poster. I'm TTC and testing this week. Due AF on Sunday and tested twice already which have been BFN but my boobs are really sensitive so hoping its just too early and not just that I have PMS. What tests are you all using? I've read such mixed reviews of all of them!

@berrypicking I'm still in limbo, zero signs of af coming. CD28 today. I also tested yesterday morning and was negative. If no af over the weekend think I'll test again. Our bodies do like to tease us. I've been having cramps and feeling sick which I have put down to af arriving. The day I expect it to arrive, they've all disappeared and I feel fine Confused and no af to speak of!

I have quite irregular cycles and I'm not sure 100% when i ovulated because I had ewcm for about 6 days and I didn't feel any ovulation cramping this month. I'm on cd 26. I had pinky/mucus spotting once when I went to the loo 3 days ago but nothing since. Took a test yesterday morning but it was negative but I'm so hot I feel like AF will arrive any moment but it's not? I also had strange on and off twinges on cd21 which is odd.

Oh I'm sorry @loobylou124 - good luck for next cycle!! You'll see I already joined the October bus in anticipation - I really don't think it'll be a BFP for me either!!

No sign of af yet. Also feel normal and so symptoms that I've had since Saturday. Kind of want af to show soon so I can open a bottle of my favourite wine that's in the fridge 😂
