Thanks for your good wishes Seaside. Apart from the discomfort the xray was ok. My tubes are fine, so no answers there.

How did your first day go City?

I haven't had a chance tp chart spot so I'll check in the morning and then catch up with everybody.

Hello again,

I got my blood test results today. I definately have an underactive thyroid. The levels of whatever they were measuring had gone up again and my antibodies were high. I have to see the gp next week to talk about going on thyroxin.

Cityangel - No news on DH's fate, it usually goes quiet about now for a few weeks - aah limbo, don't ya just love it . Sorry to hear that work is stressful, hope it calms down soon. Shame you gave your tickets away, I am keen to know what Wembley is like now!

Hi Ladies.

Still feeling pretty yuk today. I've got the usual Af migraine. I really hate feeling like this. Why does AF drain me so much. I'm sure it's getting worse as I get older.

Found out another RL friend is 12 wks pg today. Happy for her but that green eyed monster struck again.

Counting down to the HSG. So many people have told me they got pg straight after one. I know I'm building my hopes up for this xray performing miracles but at least it's something to look forward to.

It's so nice that Seaside and MrsMc are due at similar times. Hopefully the rest of us won't be too far behind.

Seaside ? I believe so! I think my EDD is 17/1 based on OV, 15/1 based on AF. How about you? Great that you are getting such strong lines, I am now I really hope yours is a strong sticky one are you going to join us on the graduate thread? People are so pleased for you over there too here your chart is fab! You are one hot lady! my temp was 36.8 today so I was happier, I didn?t like yesterday?s drop even if it was by 1c. Love the count down of the days of your pregnancy, that?s really useful! I see you OVd 29/4 and I was 26/4 I think I am 4+6 today.

MrsMcJnr - thanks hon - so does this make us due date buddies! can't quite beleive it even though have now done another test (first response) as read that the digitals can be a untrusworthy ? anyway the pink line came up really quick and strong -phew

pussycat - thanks for the lovely message - yes TTC for 14 months and 20 months since came of the pill - the old secnario of just had first proper fertility consultation last week with the gynie so in a weird way this month I was the most comfortable with either outcome as she has me booked in for loads of tests and I was hoping to get to the bottom of any issues we may have. Sods law eh! Think that is why I left it to test until 17dpo -after so long TTC you can't quite believe it might happen! Wishing loads of luck and fingers crossed for you getting a BFP asap

I just wanted to say congratulations to seaside on her bfp...it does give renewed hope to me whenever I see a bfp when someone has been trying a long time.

They do seem to pick up on the fact that you can have less energy during pg. Mine were like that when I was pg with number 3. I was exhausted. They tried to run rings around me.
Don't let it get you down.
Feel free to have a moan on here. We don't just have to talk about temping. Goodness knows, I moan enough .

Just what I was thinking re the timing and a girl. It will be interesting to see.

I think DH would be more up for another baby if I could guarentee him another boy (naughty DH).

3cats - I am so sorry about AF well done for picking yourself up and dusting yourself off on CD2.

greedy - I am so sorry you have had a sad day - sounds like you are having one of those days that I call a black veil day - everything gets to you and tears appear with little prompting. LO's just say what they think in that moment and I am sure in a couple of hours he will snuggling up to Mummy and asking why Grandma smells funny or some such comment Of course they love being with Grandma because she gets to give them 200% for 10 hours a week - you have to try and do that the other 150+ hours of the week!

All my other chartspotting buddies - it appears I may be PG -tried to hold off testing until tomorrow morning but failed so just did a CB digital and it popped up with "Pregnant" in less than 60 seconds - am def in shock but obviously over-excited After 14 months it was truly the last think I expected this month. OMG what do I do now - help! So I expect you all to be coming with me very soon - I'm not sure I like being the newest BFP!

greedy - {{{{hugs}}}}, you are a good mum, children just say things of the moment, your mum probrably gave them sweets or something equally as insignificant, and it does not really mean he loves her more. As for the girl theory, I was convinced of that with my first pg, just like you was way before ov, but I had a boy. A big shock (and hard to adjust mentally afterwards) when I was convinced due to the timing it HAD to be a girl....!!!!!

3cats - glad you are a little bit better today.

convinced i am having a girl 3cats for the same reasons. if not then it blows that theory out of the window. talking of crying, i haven't stopped this morning!..................my mum always comes to look after my kids on a tue when i am at work and they always have great fun together. well, this morning my ds said " i wish nanny could come over everyday" then he said " and i wish she was our mummy". thing is, hes too young to be deliberatley nasty and i know he wasn't saying it to be mean to me, he was just saying what he felt which makes me feel even worse. she has so much energy and plays with them ALL the time when she is here and i feel like such a crap mum now. anyway.........moan over.........set me off crying again typing it all down! not sure why i am posting my moans on this thread either really, sorry!

I'm only curious as you had a fair gap between bding and Ov. (I know I've read too much rubbish on timing - never tried it but know of friends trying it currently).

I've just told DH that as he can't get time off for my xray he has to make it upto me by putting in extra effort at the right time - neglected to tell him that my parents will be here. Maybe the stress of them being here will delay Ov until they've gone!!

Morning All.

Not so pmt ish today. Yesterday I was AWFUL.
So sorry if my moodiness shows through on here.
I think that first day of AF is always the hardest. I could have cried yesterday but today I've snapped out of it. Still not happy but looking forward and staying positive. Now hoping AF finishes before my xray and also hoping that the xray works its magic and clears me out and I get pg (wishful thinking but I have to stay positive).

I have just worked out that my next Ov will fall around the time my parents are here . They do not know we are ttc. My Mum would have a fit.
TMI..........our bed is REALLY squeaky, so we can't even attempt anything with them sleeping in the room below us .
