Ok so is this a positive opk??

We're sort of ttc baby no.2 and i'm 45!! No.1 conceived at 40. Am i crazy.?! Do i really want to do it all again at my age?! 41 was bad enough ..but also wonderful. But to do it all again. We're about to move out of a rented house to a new shared ownership 2 bed so if we have no.2 there would be no 3rd bedroom as there's no way we can afford a 3 bed!..and i'm really happy with just one (baby that is, not bedroom. Lol). .it's much more manageable all round having one ...So this morning i get this opk result..never tried them before..and suddenly i think omg now we'll have to dtd and i don't really want to just like first time round! So scared and yet something drives you to do it. Pesky mother nature! So is this test def positive? If you have a faint 2nd line it says negative. But the longer i leave it the brighter it gets. Aagghh!!

Ok so is this a positive opk??

Perfectly natural. I went into major panic attack when i found out! I was already 3 months gone and it was huge shock! I was 40! Life begins at 40 so they say! The doctor said it was normal to feel so scared. But i was so bad for about 2 days but then the excitement and happy maternal feelings kicked in thank fcuk!! So how many other DC's have you got? Xx

Don't give up! You're doubting yourself. There is a reason you've been trying and that's because you do want another. Now that's positive Iv shit mysel!!! Stressing can I do it, afford it,my work everything!! Only natural I guess. 🙌

That's def a BFP!! Those First Response tests are the business. You're only 29! I stupidly thought i was on an over 40 thread for a minute. Lol. Think I'm gonna give up. Not sure i really want another one at my age ..one is enough tbh!

Thank you. Believe it or not only cycle1 Iv just had my marina removed like 3 weeks ago so Iv not even missed a period. Can't believe it seen as #2 took 2.5years to conceive. I'm 29....

Not sure sorry. Confused Never had a pos preg test as doctors did it when i had DS. What day are you on? There could be a faint line there. I'm def AF. heavy now. Knew i wouldn't be this month. Not trying hard enough.

Mrs Lady sorry for late msg. Phone not working properly. .not enough memory so this may not work. I'm def out ...AF got me today!! Very light so far and hardly any pain. Had it like this with DS but was 2 weeks late. This one 3 days early! So how are you now?

I'm reading this- I hadn't realised it could come and go so quickly, I had a slightly lighter line Saturday and then didn't test till today which is definitely negative. Didn't realise this means it's probably come and gone! Not sure how I feel about potentially catching this month, was quite relieved dtd Saturday to think it wasn't in the window (1st month trying for #2). Sorry to derail Blush

Yeah. He came back and it was like nothing had happened! ! Men are funny creatures! Maybe your tiredness is a sign? I was so tired

Hi Lady, not bad. Sorry for late reply. .was at a party. Was going to ask how are you feeling? I've been feeling very moody and have nearly divorced DH!! Hence i went to a party without him! When i got back he wasn't there and i thought shit he's left me!! Phoned him and he was on his way back. So all ok now. Too early for me to test..how about you?? Xx
