Come one, come all, new and old, no-one wants to be here, but at least we're glad we've got each other :) Flowers

Hope your stay here is short.

Now, some BFPs if you please and BFNs for those who are waiting for them too!

@Stuckinstressville I'm so sorry to hear that, thinking of you & your dh. I think others are right probably still best to go to EPU tomorrow to see what they say FlowersFlowers

NoCatsHere · 27/07/2017 19:31

Oh stuck I really am so so sorry to read all of this. What an utter shit of an afternoon you've had. I agree maybe keep the epu appointment tomorrow so at least you can get questions answered and see what you do next. Hope dh is home now and you can put your feet up with all the chocolate. Masses of hugs xxx

I'm so sorry stuck Flowers. I hope DH gets home soon. Make sure that you look after yourself tonight

StepAwayFromGoogle · 27/07/2017 18:59

Oh Stuck, I'm so sorry. That is an awful thing to happen. Let DH take over when he gets in so you can have a good cry and process it. Lots of hugs and a big hand hold Flowers

Lime19 · 27/07/2017 18:48

Oh stuck. I can't believe it. I'm so sorry.

I would still go to the epu in the morning to see what it was all about. x

AnneLovesGilbert · 27/07/2017 18:38

stuck Flowers

That must have been awful.

Are you still going to the EPU tomorrow? See how you feel but might be worth getting another blood test. Hope DH is home soon and you get a rest tonight x

Stuckinstressville · 27/07/2017 18:30

Mystery sorted as just had nature step in and release me from the lack of answers in the car Driving home from Nursery. Car seat is ruined. Fuckity.

Am numb but appreciate all the support today. Waiting for dh to get home whilst wrangling a toddler when going through this right now is a challenge.

yellowfrontdoor · 27/07/2017 17:41

Thinking of you Stuck and sending you all of the good vibes xx

StepAwayFromGoogle · 27/07/2017 17:10

Thinking of you too, Stuck, hope everything is ok tomorrow. Maybe twins? x

MsJuniper · 27/07/2017 16:28

Thinking of you Stuck. xx

AnneLovesGilbert · 27/07/2017 16:13

Some of it's a bit scary so try not to panic as it might not be a molar. But I always like to swat up and have as much info to hand as possible so it might be useful. If it is, then you're prepared and you're in exactly the right place with having the EPU lined up already and they'll look after you x

Chocolate sounds like a good plan Brew Cake

Stuckinstressville · 27/07/2017 15:52

anne thank you will go and off and read this now with the family szie galaxy bar i just bought myself.

Lime19 · 27/07/2017 15:43

Stuck. I'm sending good vibes to you. I'm sorry to hear this update x

AnneLovesGilbert · 27/07/2017 15:40

Okay. It might not be that if they're not sure but here's some info on it if you want to have a read: www.miscarriageassociation.org.uk/information/molar-pregnancy/

You could call them this afternoon and have a chat so you know what to expect tomorrow.

I'm so sorry, you must be so stressed and anxious. Are you feeling okay physically?

Stuckinstressville · 27/07/2017 15:28

Epu tomrrrow morning as could be something called a molar pregnancy. My hcg is through the roof for 3.5 weeks and due to a scan I had at the start of my cycle I simply
Can't be further along :(

AnneLovesGilbert · 27/07/2017 15:24

Oh Stuck, how worrying. Sending all good vibes and love to you. Are they coming to you?

Oh god. Just had a call and a request to see a nurse in 15 mins as my
Results are abnormal from the blood tests .

So here already as was at home:( send me good vibes! Apparently the receptionist was a bit confused but said my hcg was 24000 which after a google for 3.5 weeks is not right.

LisaSimpsonsbff · 27/07/2017 12:07

Congratulations MsJuniper - completely agree that you can't actually prepare yourself for the pain by not getting your hopes up, so why not hope? I was discussing this with DH last night and saying that if there's a next time I think I do want to let myself hope. I keep thinking about how much better the success rates are of women who are regularly scanned and given support in their pregnancies - and presumably what that's actually doing is giving them reassurance and keeping their anxiety down. You have to be really careful with this, of course - one person told me that they thought I kept losing them because I was too anxious and I think that's unhelpful and bollocks - but I am going to try and go into my next one feeling positive. Easier said than done, of course!

I'm in a weird position at the moment as I'm desperately hoping my ovulation is delayed! I really want to go for the NK cells testing in Coventry but you have to be 7-10dpo and two months or more past miscarriage when you have it done. I think that means that if ovulation holds off until Tuesday I can have it done this cycle, otherwise not until September. It would be so much nicer to have it in August because then DH (who is a teacher) can come with me, plus I just want to get on with things. CD 13 and I normally ovulate on CD18/19, but have done as early as CD14... Blank circles on the ClearBlue at the moment, so fingers crossed!

Stuckinstressville · 27/07/2017 12:01

envy i am def pregnant this week ( now on cd 28 and dpo 13, on a normal 34 cd cycle. I have been thinking i am going crazy with early symptoms so can empathise. I too have all you list...hold hands ... only don't bump my boobs as they are soooo sore today. Never had this even with my DS... or 3 others. OW. OWWWW. And the brown spotting! ugh.
Anyone else had the feeling of pressure between ovaries?

MsJuniper · 26/07/2017 23:19

Wow lots of posts. Thank you for the kind messages ladies, I am now allowing myself to become a hopeful twat which is clearly dangerous and foolhardy but fuck it, it's not going to hurt any less if it doesn't stick.

Jen that sounds hopeful for you, I have everything crossed.

Emvy hopefully your date calculations are wrong and there might be a nice surprise for you too? The symptoms sound good... I've usually had an implantation bleed, the first 2 times I thought it was my period but it only lasted for a day. Maybe that fits in for you?

So glad to have this corner of MN to share our worries and hopes. It has really meant a lot.

JenCFA · 26/07/2017 22:43

Found you all at last! Been taking a bit of a break, so have just been catching up. I say just, I think it's taken me three days to read through everything. Hope everyone is having an OK week. 9dpo here and deep in hopeful twat territory. Weird little cramps since 6dpo, tired and ravenously hungry. Don't know why I've convinced myself, as timing wasn't all that great this month. Determined not to test until at least Monday (af) as Saturday is my due date from first mc, so can't take disappointment of a paper-white bfn test on top of that. But that said, I don't think I've ever managed not to test early...

SJ88 · 26/07/2017 22:33

Wow this thread moves fast
@MsJuniper congrats on the bfp, great news.
Everyone who is suggesting wine - that's a great plan I think.
I'm not sure who it was that said the "at leasts" are the worst. I couldn't agree more, I don't think people even mean them when they say it but i almost think they say it to make our situation a bit easier for them to handle - people try to see the good in every situation but sadly when losing a baby no matter the gestation or circumstances there is no good or at leasts to come from that- which we all know too well.
Cd 12 here and just got my first flashy smiley on clear blue opks so hoping that's a good sign my cycles are starting to get back to normal after giving birth x

TurquoiseDress · 26/07/2017 21:13

@MsJuniper
Congratulations on the BFP!

I have everything crossed that this one is a sticky bean Smile

Please don't apologise for posting, it gives Hopeful Twats like me...well, hope! Grin
