Et voila.

This Hut is more of a Bedouin or desert tent than anything too gloomy. We shall supply our our own gloom.

ooh duchesse, thats a fab idea. a romp in the sand dunes might be fun as long as i can stick my legs in the air afterwards!
and good point about the ebay tests. they are v good and have saved me a fortune. tho when i want confirmation i get clearblue, just to make sure

Lissie: creative solution- you leae your parents in charge of your baby and go for a meal and "walk" afterwards? Would that work?

eclipse- I know this is like giving drugs to a junkie, but do you know about the cheap clinical ones sold on ebay- they're just as accurate as the cassette ones, if not more so as they tend to be more sensitive, but they're 10 for a tenner! Also a lot less waste, if you're green-minded, as they are just a simple strip.

well right on schedule my period started on sat. but at least i can book my HSG now, get some dye poured into my tubes!
oh, and my next peak fertile day is when we're on holiday. the bad news is my parents are staying in the caravan with us on the two days that count!

Morning all. What a grotty day. I'd begun to expect it to remain gloriously sunny for the rest of the summer. Can anyone help me get the sides of the tent down - the rain's making my rizlas soggy.
I'm in the hut for some sanity this morning. I'm at that stage of the month when I'm just starting to waste money on hpts and I'm wondering whether to cut out the middle man and just throw £10 notes down the loo and pee on those instead.
I have absolutely no symptoms of pregnangy whatsoever. But... a few days ago, Friday I had some pains, on Sat evening I had the slightest pinky spotting and then nowt since. If by the remotest impossible chance the spotting was the elusive (whispers) implantation bleeding, how long should it be til a positive shows up? The pain bit was on cd24 and I'm normally a 26/27 day cycle person. And they're all negative, naturally.
I need a good hut-shaped talking to.

Nothing happening here in my world except work. Bah again.
I have a friend who's starting her counselling diploma in the Autumn, have checked some out myself, many expect that you are already doing something within the field. Do you think the 'Hut' counts? It should!
My pattern is that I'm oddly neutral during the month then quite hysterical when it hasn't worked out. Will I be like this until the menopause is over? It strikes me that I can't do that and remain sane. Oohhhhh. Like LLou says, can I just have a baby, please? Does trying for 2.5 years (all told) count yet? Better go off and look happy(ish).

Been feeling kinda sick all day - guess it is anxiety/stress. I'm trying to give myself a bit of a talking to... nothing has changed for the worse, in fact it is a positive I'm going to be an auntie, I was struggling to conceive yeaterday and still am today - the only difference is my brother has some really great news - he is going to be a dad. Am I convincing any of you? Hope someone is taken in by this because even writing the words 'going to be a dad' brings on a sick feeling. I'm happy for him but makes me (continue to) feel deeply inadequate.

My brother and his wife have just announced they are three months pg.

"Great" I say on the phone... then of course go off for a good cry.

Two one month old babies going to be around for Christmas. Whoo-hoo.

If you are thinking of doing counselling can I suggest you look into Coaching (Life Coaching) - mates of mine qualified in this change and unbelievable hour rate... and seem to get shed loads of work, (we're talking in excess of £150 per hr. Amazing.
