Shredtheevidence · 22/08/2017 17:01

I'm out. AF has turned up!!!!!!

lisara79 · 22/08/2017 09:50

Hi @melodypond17 I also have no experience but spotting the problem surely is the step to resolving.... my grandmother and partner both had polyps elsewhere and they seemed quite easy to remove and resolve... hoping all is sorted quickly for you x

Thanks @RhiBee29 xx

RhiBee29 · 21/08/2017 20:29

@Melodypond17 i don't have any experience of polyps. I hope the scan was ok and you can get to the bottom of the problem x

Melodypond17 · 21/08/2017 12:52

I had an ultrasound and internal scan this morning following the doctors referral for secondary infertility.

Apparently I have a polyp in my uterus that may or may not be causing issues... I have to go back to the doctors and potentially be referred to a gynaecologist.

Has anyone else has any experiences of polyps and come through positively on the other side?

Shredtheevidence · 21/08/2017 10:02

The 9 in that was a typo!!!

Shredtheevidence · 21/08/2017 07:29

11/12 9dpo this morning and another bfn. How do I stop myself POAS xx

RhiBee29 · 20/08/2017 20:52

I'm living it up ladies, wine, pate and Brie today. Hoping for AF next Sunday which will mean my cycle back to 28 days and I'm aboard the TTC train again. Trying to focus on being more positive and relaxed this time round. Good luck everyone x

Shredtheevidence · 20/08/2017 19:39

So sorry to hear that @littlemimosa. Time for a large glass of wine and some pate and camembert!!

littlemimosa · 20/08/2017 13:12

Shred - I'm hearing you loud and clear!

Af arrived:( Feeling really sad this time. Am starting to get really drained by the rollercoaster of it all.

Trying to look at the small positive of a regular cycle (especially at my age) and am making plans going forward. Going to give acupuncture a go. I love the reflexology but I've been going every two weeks for months so I'm wondering if my body needs something more. Something 'deeper'....

Shredtheevidence · 20/08/2017 12:06

Massive congratulations Katie.

I am 11dpo today and bfn so far. Having one of those months where I feel pregnant. Am just trying to get my head to overtake my heart as I know my chances are the same this month as every month. Try to persuade myself so inam not heartbroken when af turns up!!!

katiegd · 19/08/2017 21:06

Thanks all. Still fairly convinced it's all a big mistake and I'll test again tomorrow and there'll be no line.

Littlemimosa - I'm TTC #1, 32 (33 in a week) and this is cycle 12ish (over the course of about 18 months).

lisara79 · 19/08/2017 21:03

Hi @littlemimosa! it's lovely to hear from you... I'm ok... on going and regular wobbles but not 6 weeks today and told DH... fingers crossed things go ok. iv e made the midwife appointment for the 30th and hopefully that will help... wake me up in 6 weeks!! With regards to your symptoms... you know in your head that everyone and every pregnancy is different... I will have my fingers crossed for you... x

Congratulations katie!!
Remind me again how long you've been ttc and how old you are?

How's our other resident mama-to-be? Lisara looking at you! Hoping that little bean is nicely settling in...

As for me I'm CD29 and no sign of AF but that's not totally unusual for me lately. No symptoms at all though, zilch, nada. Not even sore boobs which is making me think I didn't ovulate. It's the progesterone from the egg that gives us sore boobs right? So if they're not sore like normal then surely I've not ovulated to my mind...I know i've done this pregnancy lark before but i honestly can't remember how i felt lol.

Melodypond17 · 19/08/2017 14:20

Congratulations @katiegd x

Sarah2209 · 19/08/2017 13:55

Wonderful news @Katiegd - life can be ironic can’t it..... Smile

RhiBee29 · 19/08/2017 13:17

Congratulations @katiegd

lisara79 · 19/08/2017 13:01

Wow @katiegd congratulations!

Hi all, sorry for the big long silence. I went away for 3 weeks and am now just back since Thursday. Just trying to catch up with news...congratulations Lisara! Really hope things go well for you.

I hope others are doing ok, sorry to those AF has got.

As for me, I seem to have got a BFP this morning...still not quite believing it and feeling very cautious about celebrating yet. Funny that it should happen on the cycle when we are having all our infertility tests done - I had my pelvic scan on Thursday and DP is supposed to be going to get SA done on Monday!

lisara79 · 19/08/2017 12:18

Hey.... missing you all! it's very quiet here x

OP posts:
Shredtheevidence · 16/08/2017 20:43

His. Not bro (that would be wierd)

Shredtheevidence · 16/08/2017 20:43

Good luck MelodyPond. I am in the 2ww too. I think so anyway as I got positive ppl last Tuesday. It is my DH birthday next Tuesday and quietly thinking to myself it would be lovely to get bro on his birthday!!!

Melodypond17 · 16/08/2017 20:25

Well I got my smiley face this morning but a bit frustrated that I didn't think to see if I had one last night as well as that could make a difference between dtd tomorrow morning or evening...

Mission accomplished today so fingers crossed and I guess I'm now once again into the dreaded 2ww.

Baby dust to one and all xx

lisara79 · 15/08/2017 16:23

Thanks @littlemimosa it gives me hope when people have successful pregnancies after miscarriages. I'm hoping that my body just didn't know what to do but that it has a better idea this time! Fingers are still crossed for you x
