I've never had so much as the faintest line before, so really not sure? Sorry for rubbish pic quality BTW.

I only tested as even though I had AF six days ago, my temps have remained in their post ovulatory state.

I'm sure it is an evap, but even getting the chance to post the question is qutterly thrillingSmile

Juno2002 · 01/07/2017 20:45

I also miscarried shortly before our wedding so I can relate to what you're going through. I also remember the feeling of not really knowing how to feel! Just seemed so cruel after all the excitement.
But we had a an amazing wedding last week and fingers crossed it'll happen again soon! Wishing you all the luck and clouds of baby dust! Smile

Seeingthings38 · 01/07/2017 20:17

Thank you so much for your kind words everyone. They are much appreciated Flowers

Bows85 I'm so sorry you're in the same boat. It is just indescribably shit. I wouldn't wish fertility problems on my worst enemy. The time since we started ttc last April has been the most challenging of my life.

Tbh I'm not that sad right now, but I think that's more to do with the fact I can't get my head around it iyswim? I think I'm in denial right now. So physically exhausted as well. I've had no help whatsoever regarding my physical health. Just a scan saying I was miscarrying and then sent off home. Still bleeding a bit and getting crampsSad

I really really hope you get some good news soon. Best of luck with everything.

Oh @Seeingthings38 I am so sorry to read this. I recently miscarried my first pregnancy after thinking it might not happen for us, so I have a tiny bit of an idea of how you're feeling right now. It is utterly shit, isn't it?

Take some time, gather your thoughts and keep going. You sound very determined and as someone has already mentioned, having a plan to move forward can really help.

I hope you're able to get some support and hugs from loved ones. I know how sad it feels to be sat on your own with this. Take care of yourself and good luck with the next few months Flowers

Orlandointhewilderness · 29/06/2017 10:28

oh lovely, so sorry it didn't stick for you. Hope you have lots of lovely sex and have a sticky one next time.

Rossigigi · 29/06/2017 09:40

I'm so sorry to hear it didn't work, but take hope in that it's happened once so can happen again X

Seeingthings38 · 29/06/2017 09:09

Thank you TheDowagerCuntess (great name btw) Sorry to hear of your own troubles, but so happy it worked out for you in the end.

We'll be ttc again straight away. I'm 38, so definitely no time for hanging around licking my wounds. Anyway I'm newly married, so lots of sex is obligatory surely?

Just have to pray it happens again for us.

Arrrhhh I'm so sorry to read this and hope your doing ok.....
Hard to be positive but you got pregnant so you can get pregnant again. Wishing you the very best Flowers

Naughty1205 · 29/06/2017 09:06

Seeing, keep the faith. I know this is the most horrible thing to go through but keep going, you have a plan in place with Serum who will help you move forward and get your longed for baby. I am so so sorry for your loss. Thinking of you xx

TheDowagerCuntess · 29/06/2017 08:53

Seeing - I've only just come across this thread, and was on such a high, only to come to the end.

Feel free to ignore this advice for the sake of your own mental health and wellbeing. But we tried for quite a while (I'm sure not as long as you) and then eventually got pregnant, only to miscarry. I then got pregnant again quite quickly ... and miscarried again. And then got pregnant again. And it stuck.

I've heard - and I don't know if it's just anecdotal - but apparently you can be quite fertile in the aftermath of a miscarriage. It was the case for us.

Wishing you all the very, very best. Flowers

Thank you Holdbacktheriver

It just didn't seem very healthy from the start tbh. I bled every day, had awful upset stomach etc. I spent most of the run up to wedding in hospital waiting rooms!

I haven't felt too bad until today, but DH has gone back to work before me so now I'm alone thinking about it.

I guess I just have to believe it can happen again and stick next time. Although it's hard to really have faith in that right now.

Holdbacktheriver · 29/06/2017 08:18

Oh op Flowers I'm so sorry.
Just in case no one has told you. This is not your fault. You have done nothing wrong and there is nothing you could have done to change it.
Take one day at a time and take as long as you like to grieve. I know it's not the done thing on here but I'm sending you the biggest cyber hug

Seeingthings38 · 29/06/2017 08:04

Just wanted to update all the lovely people who were so supportive on this thread.

Sadly it's not good news. I miscarried on Monday, two days after my wedding. Just for extra fun the nurse from EPU rang me day before wedding to tell me my HCG levels weren't rising.

It's an unbearably cruel blow after the year of heartache we've had. Also just brilliant timing. You can't help wondering what the hell you did to deserve itSad

We are flying out to Serum Clinic at Athens for a Hysteroscopy next month. Hopefully they can help us. Atm it seems like I will never be a mother.

Sorry I couldn't give better news. Miracles apparently don't happen...at least not for me anyway.

Thank you again everyoneFlowers

littlemimosa I really would recommend test to everyone ttc. It's such a simple thing really and I know I wouldn't be pregnant now if I hadn't done it. Fertility treatment in this country sadly does lag behindSad

Ah I see. Thanks for answering my nosy questions and for the link. I've never heard of that before.
Congrats once again. Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months.
