Get me a straitjacket...I can't stop testing my pee because I've lost my mind.

In a nutshell;
-Been with hubby now 10years, married for 2
-Decided to start trying for a baby
-Never been on the pill, all hail the wonders of condoms
-I ovulated on the 4th June and baby danced on both 4th and 5th
-Im taking STUPID tests every single day (cheapo amazon and SD)
-all were negative but of course I'm testing TOO EARLY
-and breathe...

I need some direction ladies. Why am I feeling so intensely crazy? I can't even wait another 5 days till period is due. Okay so I feel some weird symptoms, like a period pain type of niggling pain every night, a silly tonne of flatulence and hysteria. I just can't stop testing.

I even had a very vivid and incredibly real dream this morning that 2 lines appeared. So I tested but still a BFN.

How can I stop myself from testing every day? Has anyone else been a mad woman and done this?

oh no @Cookie1831.. not what you want! I am beginning to panic a little myself.. still have very light pinky smudge when i wipe two days after my period is meant to end. Normally by now its dark brown.. but I haven't really had any of that this time round. My AF seemed relatively normal too. I think the main concern is i'm also having a weird pain in my hips and feel SO TRIED! (But that's probably because I gave up caffeine and nothing else.) Is it possible to get negatives, still have your monthly bleed and STILL be pregnant? haha (clutching at short straws as i don't want to think that anything is wrong down there.)

Had a tiny smudge of blood last night all gone and another BFN on FRER sigh am on a hen do tomorrow so obviously will be on the wine so my plan is to use the luxury digital test so that I can read not pregnant and get drunk guilt free x

Aw no worries I am having a shorty say too meant to be 3 of us in my work today one has been off sick and the other not turned up so despite me being full of cold I am here on my own and ready to either cry or rip someone's head off (possibly a teeny bit hormonal!) on a plus note because i am obsessed I checked my cervix position again and maybe it is high and soft!!! I washed my hands extra well ewwwww!

Two days late, af always arrives overnight and should have been here Tuesday night. So I guess one day depending on how you look At it :)

@pinkemi i use the clear blue dual ones. There is a leaflet inside the box saying when you should start using them it's depends on your cycle. I have a 32day cycle and use the cheapies from around CD10 and then use the clear blue from around CD 14 and i normally get a positive on CD18/19. Use the same test holder throughout each cycle it seems to work better

Oh thanks squirrel! I know I'm not PG but I can't help but hold the tiniest shred of hope until AF arrives. I've looked through my old pics, when I was due with my DD I got my first BFP- first time I tested- at one week late and it wasn't even very strong, not remotely as dark as the control. Wtf.

I really hope this is your month, fingers crossed for you!

Ah good buns onto the next am not sure about ovulation I imagine will be day 1 as normal but maybe book an extra sesh in a couple of days after you normally ovulate to be sure?
My cervix is soft but lowish bah humbug but I didn't test today hooray what a screw up feeling proud that I managed 1 day without POAS!!x

Cd 6 here and very bored. Plan to DTD every other day all cycle I think.

I've never check my cervix before- i can't reach it without seriously bearing down.... odd. But I don't know what's normal for me.

Still no AF here.....

YAY PERIOD!

JESS CHRIST. To think this thread started with me being unable to stop testing and now all I wanted to was see AF so I can move onto next cycle lol.

How much will this mess up my fertile window and ovulation? AF has arrived 3 days late which is very out the ordinary, will this delay my ovulation? (Sorry novice here)

@TheGrumpySquirrel I'm so glad I didn't try checking cervical position this morning. Would have been a bit yuck lol

That would be low by my standards! High is like you can't reach without bearing down and really straining you hand

Well I "read" that it should be stringing.. people say it looks like egg whites.

My ovulation strips arrived today.. clearblue dual hormone ones. Anyone know when I should start?? Haha

I don't even know what a fertile cm looks like. All I know is...AF is a shady bitch

Have you had bedroom exercise recently though? as that could be mister's leftovers! (sorry.. haha)

I am paying close attention to my CM once AF clears up. (should hopefully be tomorrow.)

I still have no sign of SF arriving aside from odd twinge. CM seems to be watery/egg whites then sometimes look's creamy on the tissue when I wipe....sorry I know TMI. I've never paid any attention to CM before until now. Anyone able to decipher what my cervix is saying Grin
