when's the best time to take a digital test for it to show pregnant, so early on?

Updating the post.. just done another test, this time digital and it's come out not pregnant. Anybody had this but turned out pregnant?

Yep. There's a VERY feint vertical line... but that doesn't matter as you can't be A LITTLE BIT PREGNANT!! Woohoo well done OP. Congrats.

I see quite a strong horizontal line in the test window. Is that what you were asking about?
