when's the best time to take a digital test for it to show pregnant, so early on?

emily - sorry to hear that. I can't believe how cruel those clearblue tests are, I will never buy one again. I'm still really angry about it. Onwards and upwards, good luck for next month

Emily003 · 13/06/2017 11:10

Arrived this morning! waiting until next month

Emily003 I see a vvv faint line on both fr tests

Emily003 · 12/06/2017 11:46

You know when you just give up all hope..we mustn't though. Always next month, fingers crossed with what's to come!

emily - so sorry to see that, I had everything crossed for you. If no af though you may still have a chance.
I'm so annoyed with clearblue - the cross came up within a couple of minutes for me and I was convinced this was finally it. That's why I got out my digital I bought ages ago all excited.

Emily003 · 12/06/2017 11:18

No change:(

Not me personally, no. But I know that some ladies on here, and in RL have had false negatives due to flooding. Keeping my fingers crossed for you Flowers

Emily003 · 12/06/2017 11:02

Thank you, I never noticed that. have you experienced a different outcome when it's been flooded?

OP posts:
SprinkleOfInsanity · 12/06/2017 10:56

You can see the extra liquid seeping in to the window from the left hand side.

Emily003 · 12/06/2017 10:54

How can you tell if it's been flooded?

OP posts:
SprinkleOfInsanity · 12/06/2017 10:52

Did you buy a packet with two tests in? Do the other one if you did, it looks like that one in the photo has been flooded.

Emily003 · 12/06/2017 10:47

Not good news for me either. Just proves clear blue tests to begin with are a waste of time and money. I don't feel like I'm due on anytime soon though, still have the sore breasts since three weeks ago, lower back pain and some pelvic pain.

emily - good luck for this morning, post a pic of your test.
Sadly not good news for me - af arrived this morning as I was waiting for the test to develop. I am beyond heartbroken. That clearblue was a definite positive so I am devastated. Hope your news is much better Smile

Emily003 · 11/06/2017 23:31

wow, fingers crossed I'll be waiting for the response from you in the morning too! I wish every bit of luck for you both. cheap tests aren't all that bad, clearblue is just for the name really, just like any test for testing just not as sensitive as some cheap ones. blowing the good luck dust your way!!

emily - I really, really hope this is it for you! Update in the morning Smile.
Been ttc 3 years, have tried every alternative therapy going - acupuncture, every kind of vitamin etc, I've even been for counselling as it has got me down so much, this would be our second dc - I honestly wouldn't believe it if I saw it now and after seeing the line on the clearblue then getting the 'not pregnant'.
I will test tomorrow too but have only got cheap tests to use Confused

Emily003 · 11/06/2017 17:29

going to try tomorrow I think, if not definitely Tuesday. been trying for a couple of years, have pcos and been on metformin for three months so that's helped! just hope this is it, would be our first! what about you?

OP posts:
belleoftheball3 · 11/06/2017 17:00

I've just tried a Morrisons own and I think there's a whisper of a line but it won't photograph, they didn't have any first response. I'm not sure now, probably tomorrow, how about you? Let's hope this is it! How long have you been ttc?

Emily003 · 11/06/2017 14:27

when are you planning on testing again? try the first response as well! keep me updated too, fingers crossed!!

belleoftheball3 · 11/06/2017 14:21

emily I am in exactly the same position as you. I've had a line like that on a clearblue but my digital said not pregnant, it's really thrown me. I've spent a fortune on tests so am going to wait it out for a couple of days now. Keep us updated and fingers crossed!

Gerberama1 · 11/06/2017 13:11

Yes get a first response. I found the clearblue one you've posted a pic of was sensitive and I got a line on that early on. Digital took a few more days to show up. First response were definitely the most sensitive though

Emily003 · 11/06/2017 13:07

Thanks ladies! I've heard first response are the best ones that pick up early. will post again when re-tested

Gemaxo · 11/06/2017 13:00

No I get a vvvv faint line on a IC so bought a digital thinking it would show on that but apparently the CB digital do not detect the hcg very well unless there is alot! I would defiantly get a first response test if I was you

BelafonteRavenclaw · 11/06/2017 12:58

I see a line. I had a very very faint line that only appeared after the wait time with DS2. I dismissed it, but re-tested a few days later and it appeared straight away.
I think that's a positive test. Congratulations.

Emily003 · 11/06/2017 12:55

Thanks Gema, did you use a digital test first?

OP posts:
Gemaxo · 11/06/2017 12:51

Do not use a digital! They are not accurate, I had this and I was pregnant.

Do another test in a few hours with either a frer or a clear blue (non digital)
