No period or pregnancy symptoms :/??

I am thinking of relocating from east London to hastings/St Leonard's with my 9 year old daughter. We hardly know anyone there, but I just love the place and imagine being really happy there.
I am worried however about whether this is the right thing for my daughter, both in terms of the area's 'reputation' for drugs etc, but also in terms of activities as she becomes a teenager. She loves drama, art and writing and London obviously offers a lot in those areas (I just don't want to live there any more!)

Would be great to hear what people's thoughts and experiences of the area are, and also thoughts about secondary schools (both state and private).

The only way to make a baby is to have sex while ovulating, if you are desperate for a baby ( from all your posts it seems you are) then you need to have lots of sex... It is fun!

The others are right. Your doing yourself damage. In other threads you have spoken about how many tests you have done and always wanting to go to the docs. You may need help with your mental health.

Why are you using OPK as an indicator for pregnancy. You will have a second line almost always whenever you do it throughout your cycle. It's an indication of hormones in your wee. When the second line is just as dark or darker than the control line that is an indication that your body will spike within the next 12-48 hours and hopefully ovulate. Any other time it's just normal. That OPK is negative.

I think you are stressing yourself out so badly that you've become irrational with how you're thinking about. Maybe a step back, speak with your GP about your mental and physical health and then go again when you have an all clear for zika. I do worry that you're doing yourself so much damage by constantly testing. Please look after yourself.

Maybe you could try 111 and just ask their advice?

Just explain you had two days worth of positive pregnancy tests, they've now turned negative and you've had some brown/grainy bleeding but not your normal type of period even though it's been a week. Say you've tested again at the weekend and the result was negative and that based on the fact you haven't bled 'properly' you're just after some reassurance that there isn't anything to worry about in terms of the pregnancy not being expelled properly.

The nurse at the end of the phone may be able to help but if not she will get a doctor to call you instead.

Even though your lines are strong on the OPK they are still a negative reading so I wouldn't worry about them anymore in terms of your current problem. If it was HCG they were detecting then pregnancy tests would have faint lines on them too. It may just be that your body is gearing up to ovulate again, who knows what happens hormone wise within our bodies sometimes.

I'm glad you've got the Zika test booked as st least that will be one thing off your mind and it's great the results come through so quickly. I hope it comes back negative!

I think I would call the doctors only because you haven't had a 'proper' period as it sounds like you've mainly just lost brown blood and it's been quite light?

I'm not 100% sure but most women who have Chemical pregnancies go on to have a normal period albeit a bit late whereas that doesn't seem to have happened for you even though all tests are saying you aren't pregnant anymore.

I think it's in your best interests to go in case there have been any complications and it's best to get checked out. Plus it will give you a chance to talk to them about the Zika testing for your husband.

Only 6 weeks until he arrives and so the end is near!!

We waited a few months after my miscarriage before TTC again and then it took about another 8 cycles before I fell pregnant again which was really hard. I was however still breast feeding my other child which I don't think helped and I eventually fell pregnant the first month after stopping breast feeding altogether.

It was pretty bad as it was over the Mothering Sunday weekend it happened (great timing) and like I said my husband was out the Country so I had nobody I could talk to about it or lean on for support. We hadn't told anyone was pregnant so I had to wait a week for him to come before I could properly let it all out.

But, it seems a long time ago now and things have worked out ok in the end.

When I fell pregnant this time though I was an absolute nervous wreck that the same thing was going to happen again but thankfully it's been smooth sailing.
