Hey how are you! It's me @mrsjkerry although I changed my username.

MistyBxxx · 22/09/2021 10:51

I’m still here @MrsRosaline but I’ve had to add another x on my username coz I couldn’t remember my login details 😂😂😂 it’s been that long!!

MrsRosaline · 22/09/2021 09:50

@MistyBxx are you still here? X

Flatwhite31 · 01/10/2017 08:32

Thank you @passmethewine123. It's hard, and so much harder than I ever thought a MC would be. Seeing my baby lying silent in my womb on that scan is honestly something I'll never forget.

Sorry to hear you are still not pregnant. This whole process is so hard. Glad to hear you have an appointment at the fertility clinic soon, and that you're doing acupuncture.

I'm not sure if you're on any threads, but I've just joined a nice TTC thread called something like October Bus. X

passmethewine123 · 30/09/2017 13:01

Oh @Flatwhite31 I am so so sorry to hear that. This journey is such a cruel one at times. Look after yourself and give yourself time to grieve Flowers

No news in my world, still very much not pregnant unfortunately. Just started cycle 10. I've been giving acupuncture a go, it does seem to have had some sort of affect on my cycles but only had 3 sessions so far so still early days.
We also have our first appointment at an NHS fertility clinic in 5 weeks so that's something to look forward to, sort of Hmm

Flatwhite31 · 30/09/2017 11:33

So sorry to hear that @littleemma1. This whole journey is so hard.

littleemma1 · 30/09/2017 10:35

Ps. No happy stories from me. Still undiagnosed for my problems, half TTC, half not. No point in doing OPK's as my cycles aren't regular so we just do it when we please. Currently CD62 and going to have to induce my period again soon!

littleemma1 · 30/09/2017 10:33

Thoughts and hugs to you @Flatwhite31 💐💐💐 xxx

Flatwhite31 · 30/09/2017 09:55

Hi everyone. I had a sudden urge this morning to find out how everyone was. Sadly I'm back on the TTC journey as I found out on August 23rd at our 12 week scan that our precious bean had died, despite a great scan just four weeks beforehand. Words can't describe the emotions I am experiencing. I have cried everyday, and feel like I'll never get over it. It's just soul destroying.

Anyway, I'm looking for some happy stories. Any positive news on here? X

passmethewine123 · 23/08/2017 22:24

@MistyBxx still not pregnant over here 😒 3dpo just now so we'll see what this month brings but I can't say im feeling particularly positive! But what will be will be I suppose!

How are you and your little jelly bean getting on?

MistyBxx · 23/08/2017 19:48

How is everyone doing on here girlies? @SophSoph92 @Flatwhite31 @passmethewine123 xx

I'm still very much not pregnant, just beginning Cycle 8 now! Had my day 21 progesterone test done and by levels were on the low side unfortunately and I then went on to have a 9 day luteal phase which is my shortest ever - usually it's 11 days.
Bit sad but for a new game plan for this month with soy isoflavones to try and boost ovulation and vitamin b6 to try and increase my progesterone. Might fuck everything up but nothing ventured, nothing gained!
And then if that doesn't work over the next couple of months we now have an appointment for the fertility clinic at our local hospital in October so at least that is something to look forward to if nothing else!

Hope all you pregnant ladies are glowing and having lovely easy pregnancies! X

SophSoph92 · 05/08/2017 11:01

@MistyBxx according to the NHS calculator, my EDD is 7th March. How about you?

MistyBxx · 11/07/2017 21:55

@Flatwhite31 when are you due? I've just joined a board for Feb 2018 babas :) xx

Aww that's great @Soph. Love the TTC and pregnancy threads!

SophSoph92 · 11/07/2017 18:02

I'm on one named pregnancies due in march 2018 :)

Flatwhite31 · 11/07/2017 17:21

Great advice @MistyBxx! I'll stick to that! I'm having weird food aversions, but they seem to change every day. I was supposed to be making quesadillas tonight, but the thought of any Mexican food (which I love) is turning my stomach!
@SophSoph92, do you have an estimated due date? You can get them online if not. If you're March/early April, I'm part of a lovely March 2018 thread which you're welcome to join.

SophSoph92 · 11/07/2017 14:31

Thanks @MistyBxx, that makes sense! I will do my best :)

MistyBxx · 11/07/2017 13:54

Oh girls I wish there was something I could say that would ease your worries but there's honestly not!
My best advice would be to distract yourself as much as possible. Last time, I was so obsessed with my pregnancy, I was freaking out all day every day, thinking the worst, crying over everything, googling everything, and guess what, I miscarried anyway. It was hideous! And thinking, stressing and worrying about it did... absolutely nothing.

This time, I've made sure I've got other stuff going on... just sold my car, bought a new car, I'm moving house first week of August (which will also be coincidentally week 12 for me!) but I'm focusing on the house move, NOT the pregnancy or the weeks!
I know it seems impossible but literally please try and do other stuff. Make plans for the next few weeks which will take into account your milestones but won't obsess over them! Look forward to other things! Drink lots of water, try and eat as well as you can (lol... I've put 8lbs on in 5 weeks lol) and take some preg vitamins.
And just quieten your mind. Think and focus on anything else but your belly!😂
I know sounds daft but distraction has made ALL the difference to me this time!
Literally you've got your bfp... now forget about it 😂 sounds crazy but you'll be surprised how quick the time goes when you've got other stuff going on and in your head!x

Thanks everyone! So I guess I'm officially 4 weeks tomorrow, can anyone tell me when the panic is going to end?? Not missed a complete period yet and am scaring the hell out of myself that this is going to be a chemical pregnancy :(
Also, is it normal to be crazy emotional so early on??

Flatwhite31 · 11/07/2017 12:45

Wow 9 weeks already @MistyBxx! I feel a lot better today. How are you? I'm 6 weeks tomorrow. I can't stop worrying, and keep thinking I should feel sicker etc.

MistyBxx · 11/07/2017 12:23

Hey girlies, massive congratulations @SophSoph92 ! Brilliant news!!
@Flatwhite31 I've been like that... literally if there's no food in my mouth, I feel nauseous as hell ! It started end of week 6 and seems to be subsiding now I'm at the start of week 9 x
