Loving the new spreadsheet, thank you so much :)

So happy you caught your egg orange, ovia used to drive me mad so glad you’re taking it into your own hands. Fingers crossed for you this month. Want it so badly for you x

seven definitely go for the magic lube, seems to have a pretty high success rate!

Seems like yesterday was rubbish for so many of you. Hope you’ve all had better days - Tigger so glad you’re feeling happier today and it is of course impossible not to symptom spot. Roll on testing day!

Hope you’ve had a fab day grumpy and didn’t have to work too hard :)

I never even bothered posting in the ante-natal threads. I’ve read some of them but they seem to so often be full of bad news and wasn’t helping my anxiety. You girls are much better.

Hb you’re going to be fabulously zen. Good work! I might look into something similar, see what the local area has to offer. Are you going to consider NCT classes nearer the end? In fact that question extends to all of you. I’ve been looking in to them and my friend found them really positive.

buzz that is really tough. You’ll be showing in July surely so guess they will need to know. Maybe you could give it a month, see if there is any change to dates and if not then go and discuss with your boss really honestly. I wouldn’t tell them you might be looking elsewhere though but just give a good account of what the promotion would mean and how committed you are and will be when you come back from mat leave.

Oh otters am willing a lovely high blood test reading tomorrow. When will you get the results? Remember it’s only ?4DPO so might not be as high as it would if you could have the test on Monday (stupid bank holiday).

Well done on the DTD-ing mummy thats stamina!

Welcome haribo (your user name is making me hungry.. I’ve never been one for sweeties but since getting pregnant have had massive urges for chewy sweets.. oh and opal fruits!) Sorry, I digress… welcome to the board, really hope you get your BFP next week We’ve got loads of testers after the weekend if I remember rightly.

JB1983 · 27/04/2017 20:08

buzz that sucks that the chance for promotion might come after you have to tell your employer about your pregnancy.

Welcome haribo, there are a few of us impatiently waiting for next week to test.

Good luck for your blood test otters, I have everything crossed that it shows you ovulated.

Pregnancy yoga sounds great Hb

I am super impressed you managed ED on your fertile week mummy with the jet lag!

Enjoy surfing grumpy

Parastars · 27/04/2017 19:55

Thank you Mrs you're a star! Star

MrsC2017 · 27/04/2017 19:53

Added you in para!
Welcome haribo!
buzz really hope they get their skates on now and fast track that promotion for you!
otters FX for blood test tomorrow, I really hope it shows ov occurred! Will be thinking of you x

HariboFrenzy · 27/04/2017 19:08

Hi all,

Hope you don't mind me joining you! I have added my stats to the spreadsheet Smile
BFP due 1st May so trying to resist the urge to poas several times a day!

Parastars · 27/04/2017 18:57

I miss a couple of days and miss so much!
Spreadsheet looks great but I only use my phone so I can't edit it.
If someone would be kind enough too, my details are...!

TTC#1
Age 29
MMC at 8 weeks discovered at private scan. Had erpc. Waiting for af and then going to try again.

Hope you're all ok. Can't wait to see some more bfp on here again soon!

buzzmoon · 27/04/2017 18:50

And you're so right penguin about getting by-passed just cause you're preggers, even if they're not allowed it happens doesn't it! I'd want to have interviews and stuff and secure the job before I was showing so I don't get shunned!

buzzmoon · 27/04/2017 18:48

Excellent mrs! Well done :)

Thanks for advice- seven I'd stay in the same company and hope for promotion so wouldn't affect Mat leave. Just really want to get promotion so I get paid more for Mat leave! That's the dream! penguin you're right, it's 15 weeks before you go off, so I have to tell them in like August. Dunno if I can keep it a secret that long!

otters2017 · 27/04/2017 18:38

mrsc thanks for the spreadsheet!

seven well done on dtd. No need to arrest you yet Wink

tigger glad you're feeling better. Enjoy your spa break and the wedding!

jb I think we are at a similar stage. Don't know when I ovulated if at all so around 4-7 dpo too. Zilch symptoms!

grumpy glad you got a better nights sleep. Hope work wasn't too bad. Enjoy surfing.

buzz sounds like a tough one! Maybe have a quiet word and see what happens ?

mummy sounds like you've not missed a chance this cycle. Good luck!

I'm feeling nervous for my blood test tomorrow but also feel like tomorrow can't come soon enough. Really really hope it's better and there's hope that I ovulated this cycle albeit late in the cycle.

MrsC2017 · 27/04/2017 17:33

No probs penguin! Do u want to update your stats for me here and I'll pop u on or will I go from the last list?
mummy poor you I'm sure you're wrecked from a combination of jet lag and dtd! It sounds like you covered all bases if u want a night off though!

Mummyme87 · 27/04/2017 17:30

I didn't use agnus castus in the end. Bought it but then worried it would mess my cycles up. I take folic acid, vit d, vit c, zinc, selenium, aspirin, vit b complex.
I've dtd everyday this fertile week.. I feel like I should go again tonight for luck but I'm tired 😞😴 first day back at work after 2weeks and I'm flagging!!

Penguin27 · 27/04/2017 17:14

MrsC you're an angel! However I only use my phone and I don't want to download and use the app which could very easily out my location/phone number/whatever else... would someone mind popping my details in for me? Smile

Glad you had a better night's sleep grumpy and I hope work is going well for you! Enjoy surfing tomorrow, that sounds amazing.

That's a very frustrating situation buzz, I don't really have any useful advice. But I would say that you're never guaranteed a promotion and (in my colleague's experience) even if you're the best person for the job you might get by-passed if they know you're pregnant. It all comes down to money, they'll have to pay you more money whilst you're on mat leave, which doesn't make sense to fat cat bosses!! I'm sure there is a limit on when you have to notify your company that you're pregnant by a certain time? I think I read that on the government website about mat leave once....

TheGrumpySquirrel · 27/04/2017 16:53

MrsC thank you for checking all that and sorry it was so much hassle!

Buzz that is a tough one! I'd approach manager and say you need a timeline for promotion or will need to look at other options. Then keep the pregnancy quiet as long as possible.

MrsC2017 · 27/04/2017 16:35

Ok I think I have sorted spreadsheet debacle, I worked out how to look at who edited the document and everyone said anonymous except for me!! Anyway I deleted the original spreadsheet, all other online platforms that allow collaboration need all collaborators to sign up which is a pain in the neck! The old link will now not work! So I created an anonymous google account and copied all the details over, the link I am sharing on here allows contributing anonymously without signing in, at least I have tested this from a desktop, so if you are not signed in to your google account you should just be able to click the link and edit away anonymously, if you are signed in maybe access it from a private browsing window or incognito mode, although everyone still said anonymous on the last spreadsheet so I'm almost sure nobody was compromised, (except maybe me but that's fine!) Now as for doing it off a phone it may get you to download sheets and then obviously if your google account is set up on your phone I guess there is a chance it could not be anonymous (although as I said I found nobody's details in the contributors list except mine as the document owner)!
So here is the link, if anyone is worried about it or doesn't want to enter anything in that's fine , I'm happy to add stats for people and also if people just want the new one taken down altogether then that is totally fine!
Sorry for the long winded post but didn't want anyone to feel worried about being compromised!!!
Here is the new list link!

docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11g-CyD0tTF5KfWTvpFPnF5m_f4nUF_azruUvkwCreXM/edit?usp=sharing

Hope that's all ok!

HbH · 27/04/2017 16:19

Oh yes seven that has various benefits too... think mummy might have been giving it a go?? Could be wrong tho!

Seven0fNine · 27/04/2017 16:04

Awww Grumpy we will always talk to you.

Buzz that's really tough. I'm sorry I can't give you much help.. But I do know if you don't ask you don't get so it's good your colleague has spoke to your boss for you. Would you not sacrifice mat benefits if you started a new job? With us I think you have to have a year of continuous service before your entitled to stuff xx

Hb I did almost take agnus castus when I first came off the pill but when I read up on it there wasn't much research done on it with regards to fertility and I got a bit scared. I'll Deffo have a look into the one you suggested! Taa girl 😉

MrsC2017 · 27/04/2017 14:57

Hmmmm u know I didn't think you'd have to sign in so il gonna transfer it all to a new anonymous platform and delete that spreadsheet this evening and that should sort it out, now I've had a good look and can't work out out how to view anyone but that doesn't mean someone tech savvy couldn't so safest will be to do that, so will do that ASAP!

buzzmoon · 27/04/2017 14:32

Glad you had a better night grumpy! I'm the same with the antenatal threads! I much prefer all you lot!

hb I can't wait till 14 eeeks so I can start yoga! Very excited aboutsome super zen preggo content with life 😂

Bit of a shit day for me! Had a little cry in the loos of the conference this morning (pathetic I know!) so my manager said ages ago that in April he'd advertise my job at the next level so I can apply and get a promotion. So April has been and gone and nothing. My colleague has been a babe and is chatting to him about it trying to get him to do it and he told me he spoke to him this morning and now he's saying it might be July. I'm so confused because I haven't told anyone I'm pregnant yet. I thought I would tell him after I got promotion, but if that doesn't happen till July I'm sure I can't keep it a secret that long. Or do I just apply for other jobs? I could tell him after 12w and then explain that I want to get promotion asap to secure my future etc so I'm gonna just apply elsewhere? Which might A prompt him to sort something out, or B be like oh great I don't have to pay for Mat leave for you! I don't want to leave my current job but I'd rather get promoted knowing that I only had to do another job for like 6 months before Mat leave. Wwyd???

HbH · 27/04/2017 14:19

Haha Grumpy i posted a hello there just after finding out and that was the first and last time!! No one else lives up to you girls! Glad you're settling in to LA!q

Good to hear your GP is on hand to help if need be JB ! Hopefully you won't need it but always good to know it won't be a battle if you do!

Have just found a pregnancy yoga course i think I'm going to book at a lovely studio. Haven't actually done it before but like the sound of the benefits & they say beginners can start at 14 weeks. I'm gonna be so zen!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 27/04/2017 14:07

Think I'm going to give up posting in the Dec ante natal thread. No one ever talks to me! Hmm

TheGrumpySquirrel · 27/04/2017 13:04

Hi all, happy to report a much better night's sleep. 9.30pm-4.30am and only woke up once. Got a full on work day today so no pool for me 😭 but think we are going to try and get to surf for a couple of hours tomorrow morning. Can't wait to start the weekend here!

I filled in the spreadsheet - thanks MrsC - I'm a little paranoid that anyone can potentially see my google email address though, are contributors anonymous? Not sure how it works.

Time feels like it's going very slowly. I'm ok but missing DH and DD already. 7+4 today and symptoms have faded even more. Ovia says the placenta is taking over so the hormonal toll may be lessening.

Hope everyone is having a lovely day x

MrsC2017 · 27/04/2017 12:26

Hi all, if anyone is having trouble filling in the form just remind me of stats and I (or anyone) can pop you on! I'll post it now on the last page of the old thread so it can be found!
seven I hope ov shows up soon, the wait for ov is worse than the tww I think!
dancing if you do end up coming over let me know and I'll point you in the direction of a few nice wild Atlantic way points!
Happy humping orange!!!
tigger glad you are feeling better today and the weekend away sounds like heaven!
jb that sounds helpful of your doc, at least if you are worried at any stage you know you can pop in and not have to wait!

Tigger83 · 27/04/2017 11:02

Jb I ovulated on Friday so 6dpo last time I got implantation around 9dpo I think then bfp 13/14dpo. That's reassuring for you re the dr!

JB1983 · 27/04/2017 10:51

That sounds nice tigger, some time out and a couple of spa treatments sound like the best medicine to make you feel better.

How many DPO are you? I have zilch symptoms, don't even know how many DPO as had 3 days of positive OPKs so anywhere between 4-7DPO.

JB1983 · 27/04/2017 10:48

seven I feel for you with the irregular cycles. It must be so frustrating not knowing when Ov is to target DTD. I would need the EOD police too!

I was at the doctor this week getting prescriptions for hay fever and eczema and told the doctor we were TTC so I could check whether what she was giving me was safe to use. She asked about my cycles and even though I'm only on cycle 3 she told me not to leave it too long before going back in because my cycles are irregular, despite being off the pill for over 2 years.
I thought you had to wait till over a year of TTC before seeing a doctor about not conceiving so that was quite reassuring. However planning on giving it a few months before I'll start worrying.
