Well it ain't a squinter anymore! F**k this is actually happening. So if everything goes ok we will be welcoming the new year in with a baby (EDD 12th January).

grumpy US airports are nortoriously shit. We left from Newark and it was awful.. this was after I read an article saying Newark may be the best airport in the US 😏

7dpo.. so I don't think us anything to do with anything but I have been for a wee 4 times in the last 12hours. One small and 3 massive like I'm desperate for the toilet wees. This is very rare for me as I'm normally a max three times a day girl. I'm sure it's too early to be related to a possible pregnancy but I'm trying to be a bit positive without getting overly excited. I also did some googling and apparently implantation can cause watery clear mucus discharge due to the build up of the mucus plug I'm not symptom spotting

Ahh! Is there someone in the team you can trust to swap glasses with you / get you mocktails? I had a black tie event the evening of the day I got my BFP! I got through it by initially ordering a very very diluted Campari soda then sipping my wine at dinner very rarely so it never got refilled.. not sure if that would be super obvious in your case?! Failsafe is to fake a dentist appointment a few days before - then come in to work and loudly tell everyone they put you on metronidazole for a wisdom tooth infection (the only antibiotic that actually reacts really badly with alcohol - like you puke). Then hey presto you can't drink!

Currently waiting in the worst airport terminal EVER. See my insta.. omg it's so depressing and flight doesn't leave for another 2.5 hours
