Second pic is holding it in vs not 😂

TheGrumpySquirrel · 07/05/2017 20:01

Thanks all I am ok - sister is still with her friend in Paris but she will probably go and stay with our mum for a bit when she gets back. I can't believe it, such a waste of life.

On happier subjects, I've been messing around with the baby pics app. I've been taking bump selfies since 7 weeks but it varies so much with the level of bloating or not!

Haha, that's another amazing combination Wiggley :)

Wiggleyfingers · 07/05/2017 19:53

Jupiter Harry Potter and lasagne sounds like my perfect evening!! On Friday night we watched Forrest Gump with Fajitas and that was great too! Smile

HeyJupiter · 07/05/2017 19:47

Sorry about the bfn charl, must be so many mixed emotions. Sounds like you’ve made a really sensible choice in regards to delaying it but I know that doesn’t take away the emotions and the yearning for a baby. We were in a similar place a year ago and in the end I’m glad we waited (as difficult as it was) because it means we can relax a lot more about things financially now I am pregnant. It’s still going to be tight but much more manageable. Thinking of you.

Yay JB, nothing better than a digital spelling it all out. You must have a nice level of hcg to get a 2-3 weeks reading too. Congrats again.

Ohh Wiggley, you never know!! Roll on Thursday.. if not then onto next month :)

Thank you confused that’s such a good idea about going on the mothercare website. Is your appointment this week?

grumpy how are you feeling? Is your sister local to you - am sure she is getting lots of support.

Literally can’t believe its Monday again tomorrow, where did the weekend go? We’re watching Harry Potter this evening and eating lasagne though so all is well in the Jupiter household.

JB1983 · 07/05/2017 19:26

DH came so we did a digital together. He is very excited, even with a hangover 😂.

grumpy so sorry about your sisters friend, how awful for everyone.

Char sorry about BFN but it sounds sensible to just wait a few more months if it makes a. If differnece financially. We had a 6 month break before trying again and it did go quite quick but I understand the frustration at stopping once you had made the decision to start trying.

Sorry about your BFN too orange but your not out till Af shows up.

mummy how cute is that letting your DH find out via your son. Enjoy the spa break next weekend, massage and all!

That's exciting getting baby Jupiter's room ready! A cloud mural sounds nice x

Well done on a productive Sunday Hb

Lovely to see you back Confused! I can't wait for bump photos to start appearing. 😊
Still trying to convince myself that there's a chance I could be pregnant from our little unprotected session. Keep swinging between convinced it has worked to giving myself a sharp kick back into the real world and a stern talking to. I've decided to test on Thursday as I'll be 10DPO. I can't wait any longer than that!
I may need to admit myself into some kind of rehab if AF shows as I have had the most intense cramping today and if I'm not pregnant then I've imagined it all!

charl19 · 07/05/2017 17:27

Dancing totally get you!! I suggested it and then I'm like awww shall we just not bother.. and we're both a bit all over the place😂 it probably is better in the long run tbh, we both know that, and what's a couple more months really... I've worked out maybe we can start trying august-September and anything from then would be fine taking me up to a year in April!

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend xxx congrats all the bfps! So exciting!!!!

DancingUnicorn · 07/05/2017 17:04

Charl I'm so sorry for bfn. Can totally understand that it's especially hard now you've decided to wait. Waiting when it's something you both really want is hard. I know we waited for what felt like forever before we started trying. And sadly, once we've decided something my oh is very good at sticking to the plan (whereas I would totally have not bothered with half the condoms!)

buzzmoon · 07/05/2017 17:03

grumpy so sorry to read your update, that's awful :( sending lots of ❤️

charl19 · 07/05/2017 17:00

Mummy and parsnips .. official congrats!! Really pleased for you! Lovely news🎉

Grumpy I'm so sorry that's so heartbreaking xx

So had a bfn yesterday and af showed today. Totally mixed feelings! Bit gutted as we've decided to wait a little bit longer cos of maternity pay but we both really want a baby! So up and down ts so annoying!! Xx

confusedat23 · 07/05/2017 16:48

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 07/05/2017 15:29

Oh grumpy I'm so sorry to read your update. God the poor girl. I'm sure your sister is in bits. What a terrible tragedy. Thinking of you all ❤️❤️

Good work on the busy day Hb, love it! You can enjoy a little crash later, you will have earned it :)

Have been thinking about the babies room today - it's blue and white at the moment and DH is going to paint a cloud mural on the chimney breast later this year. In terms of what we need we already have a rocking chair and a chest of drawers up there. What else do we need apart from a cot, and a changing station? We're going to have a moses basket or snuz-pod in our bedroom to start of course. God all these things...

DancingUnicorn · 07/05/2017 14:55

I can do it confused. Remind me of your edd? And any other stats you would like on it!

confusedat23 · 07/05/2017 14:51

Yay Mummy so so happy!!!

I'm sorry Grumpy Drug use is so risky and its horrible that someone could give someone something that could cause such harm... I hope your sister is ok ❤

Can someone do me a favour and add me to the spreadsheet? It won't let me do it from my phone

HeyJupiter · 07/05/2017 14:50

Oh grumpy, how completely dreadful. I'm so sorry to read your update. Your poor sister and the poor family. Can't imagine. Thinking of you all Flowers

TheGrumpySquirrel · 07/05/2017 14:47

Thanks, it's like a nightmare.

Mummyme87 · 07/05/2017 14:32

How awful grumpy tragic. Much love to you all

DancingUnicorn · 07/05/2017 14:23

Oh grumpy I'm so, so sorry. What a shit situation. Your sister must be devastated, and you too I'm sure. Will be thinking of you all, and the poor girl's family and friends. ❤️

TheGrumpySquirrel · 07/05/2017 14:17

My sister just called me.. brain swelling has been too long now. It's looking 99 per cent sure that her friend won't make it - brain damage too bad. One more scan on Tuesday then they will probably turn off the life support 😢

buzzmoon · 07/05/2017 13:19

mummy I deffo haven't been as productive as hb, you sound like superwoman! So far today I've managed to have a shower 😂 that is all! It's so nice outside but I just can't be asked to do anything.

Not showing get hb so gonna wait till June to reassess the dress situation and if I need it altered. Fingers crossed though!

DancingUnicorn · 07/05/2017 12:56

I an sitting and having a quiet day recovering from last night. Watching the cricket on TV. Practising the knitting! Really want to convince myself to get my clarinet out too at some point... but I'm usually bad at that! Slept really badly, so may have to have a nap!

Mummyme87 · 07/05/2017 12:49

It was the whole spa! Only under 12weeks which I imagine is insurance. I'll keep quiet.

Sounds like you have had a productive day buzz we have been out to buy weed killer to keep on top of the bloody wild onion taking over our garden, and some lawn seed to grow back the grass we have killed off!

HbH · 07/05/2017 12:40

How's the dress coming along buzz Did you get it altered?
