@cakes that seems a very reasonable distraction and great that you are getting ready for next month. I can't even begin to think about it yet.

It was cycle 8 for us (a mix of fully trying and trying to be relaxed about it). It really is just heartbreaking each month.

@loababy I was convinced this was the one too! Definitely feeling down but my response is to distract myself with ordering 50 bags of raspberry leaf tea on amazon!! (Thanks for the Heath & Heather recommendation @Moo31!) It is a bit heartbreaking each month though. How long have you been trying? This was cycle 6 for us. Don't feel silly,that hope probably kept you lifted and smiling all month so it's not wrong,just sad when it turns upside down 💐😊

I'm actually deavsatated. I had all the pma, all the feels, the 'I just know this is my month' vibe and now I'm left feeling so upset and silly! So so silly that I made it all up and that I've took my foot off the ball for everything else to make this my focus for the month for absolutely nothing :(

Sorry for the negative post I just don't know what to do with myself. I was 100% convinced in every way.

@Cakes noo re RLT - I got heath and heather from Holland and Barratt as tesco didn't have any. I drank 3 cups from cd1 until ov. Never drink it past ov. I drank it hot but @phase (I think!) made it up and chilled it and had it cold. Worked for both of us so I would say just take it whatever way you prefer to drink it!

Af has rocked up. Bang on time. Certainly nothing wrong with my cycles. That's 4 in a row that we're bang on 28 days. Guess I need to start planning what to do this cycle! 2018 baby it is then!

@Moo31 no GP appointment yet as I remember from last time they won't even book me in until I'm at least 8 weeks I guess I'm 4+2 based on LMP.

I'll book it in in another month. This part of pregnancy doesn't feel real until appointments/scans etc.

So according to my EWCM I think I might be due to OV in the next few days. Which would give me a due date of 2nd week of January. I had a bad time giving birth to DS so I've been told I'll have to have planned C sections in future which they tend to perform at 39 weeks (I think) which would mean baby would be born first week of January. Which is only a few days after DS's birthday. What's the betting that this will be our month and we'll just be mega skint in Dec/Jan for the rest of our lives?

@Bella I know I feel so clueless about the whole thing! Oh bought me "What To Expect When You're Expecting" - it's a bit like an instruction manual haha! I freaked out for the first few weeks then calmed down after we had our early scan but can feel myself freaking out again coming up to 12 week scan #rollercoaster #screamifyouwannagofaster

Lol we might actually have discussed schools haha! You'll all know the history of religion in NI and oh and I are "mixed" so I think we'll go for integrated education which limits our choices. Jeepers we're getting ahead of ourselves aren't we! Haha!

I'm 10+5 today. Scan is next Wed. Eek! So not quite halfway but approaching the one third mark!

Depending on your area there's often places that do deals, mine was only £30!

Saw and heard a lovely heartbeat, which hopefully is a good sign of things to come!

Omg hippy - you have so much to look forward to!! I loved when DH proposed to me! I was riding high for ages after! Do you know how he's going to do it?

bella I went to see my GP first then the GP booked me in with midwife. It was lovely to have it confirmed by them!
My three things:

1. As mentioned earlier, the sickness is beginning to leave and I'm starting to enjoy food again! I loved my eggs & avocado toast this morning.
2. It's 17 days until we go on holiday to Italy and I'm super excited for sunshine.
3. It's my weekend tomorrow. Thank f**k it's friday Wednesday....
